Since it was almost 5:30, we knew we had limited options. We called Discount Tire and were told to head over as quickly as we could. Luckily we were only about 15 min away and they looked over the tire soon after we drove up. About 20 min later, Samuel gave us the good news that they were able to successfully patch it up, make sure all the tires had proper pressure and it would all be a complimentary service. Thank you Samuel for speedy service and fitting us in at the end of your day!

Yup, don't buy anything "As is" from this dealership because the car will start to fall apart once…read moreyou're out the door. The first time we put gas in it, it didn't want to start. They said it was fully inspected before we took it, but that clearly is not true with these issues present. They said Bring it up there to get checked and they wouldn't cover the cost at all. As well, when we got it, it didn't have the air filter cover. The stabilizer link also broke a week in as well. If you ever decide to buy from this dealership, have another mechanic look it over first, because this shouldn't happen. We shouldn't have to get serious work done right away like this. Especially when we got the car this August 2021. And like I said, it clearly wasn't fully inspected if the gas issue was there to begin with. They never told us this before they sold the car. I think something like this should be addressed and fixed before sale on their dime. Never buying from this dealership again.

These involved a deer, a felony hit & run(they still looking for him), and most recently, a massive storm blew over a tree, part of which landed on my truck. Each time I was impressed with their warm friendly atmosphere, their communication with me in regards to the progress, their professionalism, efficiency, and the quality of their work. They have finished my vehicles on time or even a bit early as compared to their initial time estimate. As an added bonus, they are the only preferred vendor for my insurance company in the county and as such, there was no need to wait for an adjuster nor did I need to get multiple estimates. From my perspective there is no need to go anywhere else for auto body repair. You will not be even a little disappointed...

*****RED FLAG******* ***DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE***…read more Had my Traverse in December for front-end repairs and a dented back hatch. I received a rental car with the tire pressure and check engine lights on, along with incorrect paperwork. This should have been my first red flag. When I called to report the mistakes, the receptionist dismissed it. After picking up my car, I called to say the backup camera wasn't working. The receptionist told me to stop by for a scan. When I did, I was told Bradley wasn't there and to come back after the weekend. On Monday, they walked out, checked the camera, and said it needed an "update" but everything was working, and I needed to take it to the dealership. They claimed they would go after my insurance if the they were found at fault. That's unacceptable; if they are at fault, they should own up to it. The dealership found that my camera and harness were corroded and needed replacing. I spoke with Gerald, who claimed corrosion was impossible in a sealed box - a clear sign he didn't know what he was talking about. The owner, Brad, eventually called. He admitted Gerald was wrong, and the camera didn't need an update, but now refuses to fix the backup camera, calling it a "known-issue," even though it worked perfectly before I brought my vehicle in. BRIDGESTONE DUELER ASCENT…read more I purchased four Bridgestone Dueler Ascent (22") tires on 08/16/2024 from Willy's in Marquette. In November I became aware of a severe tire defect when we had icy road conditions. The tires are very dangerous on snow and ice. The tires don't grip and wanted to throw the rear-end of the vehicle into a skid. Also, the tires don't have a good "clean-out", which means snow lodges in the tread to make the tires like racing slicks. I contacted the shop where I purchased the tires within the 90-days of the alleged Bridgestone warranty to complain about the slippage. I asked if the tires were recalled or if they had other complaints; the shop clerk advised they had no recalls or other complaints. He suggested it may be the vehicle's anti-slip device over compensating. After experiencing a near loss-of-control again, I once again contacted the shop and they suggested I check for wheel alignment, so I made an appointment - which was booked-out for more than two-weeks, so the alignment was performed on 11/26/2024. Nothing was noteworthy on the alignment. I also researched the vehicle to see if the anti-slip may have contributed to the sudden loss of traction; no other complaints were lodged and the vehicle was owned by one owner in Canada for several years, which indicates it's not the vehicle that's defective. After stopping-by Willy's, on their suggestion I contacted Bridgestone to advise of the hazardous tires, but they really didn't care. Shop wisely, Bridgestone also makes other brands of tires.
