They took my car in for a headlight replacement, then explained I needed a new assembly and…read moreverbally quoted me a new one on the phone, I asked if I could purchase my own and bring it in. They said I could but said they would check their second-hand supplier. They called back and said they could get me a used one for $117 dollars. I asked them to order that part and we scheduled for a week later. They call me the day before my next appointment to say that they never ordered the part because they didn't know if I wanted it. I say no problem, and we reschedule for another week out. I get my car in the next week and they call me midday to explain that they can't align the headlights because the older headlight assembly is too oxidized, but they have a lens restoring system they trust and could use it then align the headlights. I reply that I'd like them to do it if it can be done today, but if not, that's okay and I'll pick the car up either way. At the end of the day they call to explain that they couldn't get it done, but I could schedule another time for them to finish it. When I arrive to pick up the car they give me an invoice with 2 concerning things: 1) A $350 headlight assembly billed because "that's the one they bought." 2)$110 dollars for a headlight alignment that never happened. I was able to let the shop manager hear the voicemail where they quoted me $117 dollars for the assembly. After that and a 5-10 minute conversation between their mechanic and shop manager, she offered me $140 dollar refund...still $90 more than their original quote for the assembly. They said they would do the alignment free of charge in the future, but left it on the bill for $110. I asked if she felt that they were obligated to the original quote for the assembly. She said no because that's not the one they bought and explained that their guy was "just learning the ropes." Overpriced, under experienced labor and poor communication on pricing. I want to keep my business at a locally-owned shop, but these guys are making it too difficult and too expensive. UPDATE: The shop manager contacted me over the weekend to apologize, make a plan for finishing the job and adjusting the pricing. Thanks for doing the right thing LeMoine's!

About 20 min later, Samuel gave us the good news that they were able to successfully patch it up, make sure all the tires had proper pressure and it would all be a complimentary service. Thank you Samuel for speedy service and fitting us in at the end of your day!

The vehicle would misfire occasionally and they hooked it up to their machine and claimed the engine was bad. They wanted to charge me well over $6,000 to replace it with a USED engine. I have had no more misfires and have been driving it for 1 year since Fox tried to charge me for a used engine to "fix" the issue. Ford makes the Aviator and their mechanics should be the "experts" at diagnosing a problem. Therefore , they are either incompetent or deliberately trying to take advantage of consumers,

*****RED FLAG******* ***DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE***…read more Had my Traverse in December for front-end repairs and a dented back hatch. I received a rental car with the tire pressure and check engine lights on, along with incorrect paperwork. This should have been my first red flag. When I called to report the mistakes, the receptionist dismissed it. After picking up my car, I called to say the backup camera wasn't working. The receptionist told me to stop by for a scan. When I did, I was told Bradley wasn't there and to come back after the weekend. On Monday, they walked out, checked the camera, and said it needed an "update" but everything was working, and I needed to take it to the dealership. They claimed they would go after my insurance if the they were found at fault. That's unacceptable; if they are at fault, they should own up to it. The dealership found that my camera and harness were corroded and needed replacing. I spoke with Gerald, who claimed corrosion was impossible in a sealed box - a clear sign he didn't know what he was talking about. The owner, Brad, eventually called. He admitted Gerald was wrong, and the camera didn't need an update, but now refuses to fix the backup camera, calling it a "known-issue," even though it worked perfectly before I brought my vehicle in. This company has lied multiple times throughout this entire process, from start to finish. They cannot be trusted with your vehicle

We were a little discouraged when no one answered the phone when we called, but got smart and drove not up to the small entrance in the mini-mall off Front Street, but up behind it via Hampton and the parking lots behind the Women's Center. There we found a busy shop and staff happy to make an appointment to look at the car. We later learned that sometimes the phone does get answered, but not to worry when it does not. We made the right choice. The estimate was more than reasonable for the amount of work involved and the work was done promptly and well. No one tried to bamboozle us or mislead us into getting work that was not necessary. This isn't a fancy place, but it's an honest one, run by hard-working people who know what they're doing. Highly recommended.
