Their AYCE BBQ, buffet, and salad bar lunch ($29 on weekdays and $32 on weekends for adults) is a great deal, especially since it includes beverages like juice, coffee, or tea. The buffet is a nice way to pass the time while the grill heats up. The selection is manageable, so you can try a bit of most items without overloading your plate. Not everything listed online is available, but there's still a solid variety. On this visit, I tried the chili shrimp. The sauce was well-balanced with a gentle heat, though it leans on the sweeter side. It would be even better if the shrimp were kept under a heat lamp, like the French fries and tempura, instead of sitting in a covered dome where they lose their crispness. The same issue applies to the fried chicken wings. They had the potential to be crispy, but the dome traps moisture and softens them. Fried food just shouldn't be covered. If soggy fried items are a dealbreaker, it's best to stick with safer options like the tteokbokki, fried rice, or the sliced jokbal, all of which were solid. I even went back for seconds of the "spicy" rice cakes, which stayed impressively springy despite sitting in sauce. The main draw, of course, is the Korean BBQ, where everything is cooked fresh at the table. Pro tip: go for thinner cuts like brisket and top blade, which cook quickly and evenly. The chicken kalbi thigh, on the other hand, took a while on the not-so-hot grill. The beef finger was decent and cooked faster, especially since it doesn't need to be fully done. That said, I wish the meats had more flavour on their own. Even the soy-marinated options were fairly mild, and there aren't many dipping sauces to compensate. A nice way to finish is with a bowl of udon. I added some steamed beef with bean sprouts, which in hindsight wasn't the best move as they were dry and chewy. Dessert options at lunch are minimal, just some sweet fruits and vanilla soft serve. Probably for the best, since we were already full. I definitely didn't need dinner that night. Service was attentive, especially for an AYCE spot. Staff came by twice during our visit to change the grill plate, and since we went on a weekday, the spacious dining room never filled up. They were also relaxed about the 1 hour and 45 minute seating limit, letting tables linger a bit longer to chat.

BBQ with a full Korean buffet meal? Even better, you can skip the BBQ and just enjoy the buffet for $25-$27 at lunch. That sounds like a great deal to me. The buffet spread was quite impressive. The most popular dishes seemed to be the shrimp kkanppungi and the pork jokbal, which came with two different sauces. Other items like japchae, chicken wings, and even the pasta were getting plenty of attention as well. I also appreciated that there were some lighter options, such as steamed pork with bean sprouts. They also had sweet pork bulgogi, which I imagine is geared more toward diners who choose not to order BBQ meats for the grill. One interesting observation: there was plain bread in the dessert section. I wasn't quite sure what it was intended for, but it definitely caught my attention. As for the BBQ meats, my top picks were the beef tongue and the hanger steak. The hanger steak was cut on the thicker side, making it especially tender, simple, and delicious. Grill the meat, wrap it with plenty of garlic, onion, and kimchi, and enjoy

Overall, I had a good lunch and would return in the future. Apr 2026, lunch buffet only was $24.99 and buffet plus bbq meat was $29.99. I opted for the buffet plus meat. If you pay with cash, save 10%. First, the buffet had a good selection. There are plates and bowls at the buffet - just go up and select what you want, There was soup, a few salads, tempura, chili shrimp, japchae, fried rice, udon, pasta with a red sauce, jokbal, kimbap, steamed beef & pork, fruit, soft drinks, and more. You could easily make a meal of the buffet. For lunch, there are a variety of meats to choose from. You must order your meats from a server. It took only 3-4 minutes for the meat to arrive. I tried nearly everything: Beef - Brisket (Salt & Garlic), Brisket (Sweet Soy), Beef Finger (Salt & Garlic), Top Blade (Salt & Garlic), Top Blade (Sweet Soy) Chicken - Kalbi Thigh Pork - Pork Belly (Fresh), Pork Butt (Fresh), Pork Kalbi Marinated, Pork Sausage Veggies - Mushroom The best, by far, was the chicken kalbi thigh. The worst, by far,was the pork belly. It was all fat...there was absolutely no meat. The restaurant is quite large. They play Korean music all the time. Luckily, it's not too loud so you could talk with others. I would have liked to see more banchan on the buffet. They had kimchi and a red cabbage salad. I was hoping for more - so, 4 stars for that.

This is only about adult ayce buffet & salad bar (option 1--no bbq). The positives: good selection of food like jokbal, japchae, tteokbokki, soup, chili shrimp, jeyuk bokkeum, salad bar, soft serve ice cream, juices & coffee, attentive staff and clean restrooms. There's a few more items but im too lazy to list them all. Apparently these will change daily. The negatives: room temperature to warm for the hot items, no cream for coffee & the biggest disappointment lack lustre kimchi. They are newly open so it may improve. Maybe if you go for the ayce bbq they'll supply you with the real kimchi? Someone else can comment, but not the review by GJD. Their pictures show 2 different types of grill which btw is NOT the kind of grill used at Jongro. If the pictures are inaccurate that makes the whole review very suspect. It's probably a fake AI review because the same kind of wording and phrases are similarly used by the other review not recommended. I am hopefully confident this is better than the former Korean Grill House.

The dining area, food stations and bathrooms were all very clean, which is so important at a buffet. They even have gloves at the end of each station in case you didn't want to touch the serving utensils with your bare hands. The variety of food goes from everything you can imagine at a Chinese buffet like sushi and fried rice to American options like burgers and fries, to surprises in-between like New England clam chowder and prime rib. Tons of dessert- hard ice cream, cakes, pies, fruit, jello, even Crème brûlée and waffles. One of my favorite surprises was the variety of mocktails. Most places offer me pop as a mocktail or a Shirley Temple at best. Decent pricing. Father's Day special dinner menu was $50/pp (Canadian) about $36/pp (American) which is pretty great for all you get and that's WITH their high tax. I believe the refular pricing is about $10/pp less. A must try only 30 minutes from Western NY.

Very cool setup where they have 3 self serve fountain drinks which is included in your buffet price. In the middle they have a grilling area where they are grilling Basa fish, salmon, chicken, sirloin steak. The steak was amazing they put this butter, garlic garnish on top that makes it so delicious. I had 8 of these steaks this evening! When we had first arrived, we were told that it would be a two-hour wait, and that we would need to have a pager with us at all times that would be used to notify us once a table was ready. We weren't able to get a pager immediately as they were all being used therefore, we had to wait at least fifteen minutes before we were able to get one. Once we had that pager in hand, we waited about one hour for our table, which was actually not as long as we had expected. Upon entering the restaurant via an escalator from the first floor, we were pleased to see how picturesque it was. With the large windows showcasing the horse racing at the time, along with the tables that boasted their own private television screens, we were impressed with how wonderful and inviting everything looked. Upon being seated, we were given programs on the betting available for the evening's races, which was detailed with everything we needed to know. We also noticed that there was a middle-aged woman coming around, asking us if we were interested in placing bets during our dining experience. The diners went wild during the races, which created an exciting, yet sometimes, loud atmosphere. In terms of the dining, I was pleasantly surprised with how many options were available. Since it was only $12.95 (with a Winners Circle Card), I was blown away at how much food was placed within the buffet area, with an area dedicated to bread with a variety of spreads, another area with salads and other cold appetizers (such as artichokes, cold cuts, cheese, etc.), a hot table (with such items as lasagna, pizza, chicken, fish, and more), along with a dessert section, which boasted a wide variety of desserts, and a few dishes of fruit. All of the items were well-prepared, and everything tasted fantastic, with each item at the hot table coming onto my plate hot (temperature-wise), which is rare to find in a buffet. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience at this buffet, and would highly-recommend it to anyone who wants delicious food, at a low price. The only thing that I didn't like was the waiting period, and how slow it was, considering that many guests usually sit there the entire evening, watching the races and eating for hours on end. Although this is definitely the idea of the trackside buffet, it could have been the reason why we were so delayed in getting to our table. Nevertheless, it was worth the wait, and will definitely be going again!
