2.5 - I was recommended to come here for the cheap AYCE price. Choicewise, I did appreciate the amount of meat dishes that were offered but there were some dishes that I do not normally eat so I skipped them. For ~$20 to fill up your belly, I do see the appeal especially downtown. Lots of people coming in and leaving as soon as they are full. Clean restaurant with signs on where to discard the excess food and put away the dishes and utensils. This was on my to try list and I say worth the try but I would not go out of my way to come here again.

Friends told me it was alright place for buffet and they were correct. Some items were better than others. My favorite was the fried chicken, beef broccoli, spicy fried shrimp, stir fry eggplant, seaweed salad and tomato with eggs. Costed $19 which is a good bargain for what you get. It's comparable to food court chinese food. A good place if you are very hungry.

May 8 I went there. The lady who worked there offered me a higher price than usual. Many plates were empty.

Food options are ok for the price, soda ain't with it and tray is a pain to deal with. There ain't any ice cream either.

ayce for 16$ is a good deal but the food itself is pretty bland and tasteless, most dishes had way too much oil in them as well

We made reservations in case but hardly a line unlike the experience at Dragon legend( had reservations but line up for it was still out the door and around building) It was busy but lots of food at the hot tables being refilled often, beverages refreshed and dishes from our table promptly removed. Service was attentive in the dining rooms and friendly by the hostess station. Lunch had enough items to be happy with, but it seemed like they altered the BBQ/Grill station to breakfast foods, like bacon and fried eggs and had a few empty slots where I remember had items previously. Highs: -Black peppered beef cubes very very tender and flavourful - fried noodles on point - tofu pudding dessert had a gingered sugar syrup to drizzle on top Lows: -peking duck seemed more hard instead of crispy skin - fried egg Left the restaurant very stuffed, kids were happy. They felt this buffet was decent and had more flavour than the buffet on Royal Caribbean. Was worth the trip here today, would return again.

Price is $55.99 per adult and for senior (65+), there's 20% off the adult price listed. The buffet price is a bit expensive but reasonable in comparison to other buffets. There is a variety of food to choose from including seafood, meats, noodles and veggie dishes to choose from. There's a Peking Duck section and a "noodle bar" as well. My favourite was the sashimi section and it was regularly refilled whenever I went to get more food. Personally, the highlights of the buffet is the seafood and the herbal soup. They even have lamb skewers in the hot food section! Overall, a good dining experience and service was adequate. The servers came around to pick up plates and check in regularly. Received our drinks in a timely manner. No major complaints except restaurant was a bit dark where we were sat so it'd be nice to have a bit more lighting.

It has a nice variety of dishes and my favorite thing to get is the Peking Duck (very glad that this is available for lunch and dinner). The restaurant is spacious - lots of seating available for small and large groups. The recent addition of claw machines is a nice touch for kids and adults who would like to try their hands at catching some stuffed animals and prizes. It was a highlight for both of my sons when we took them here last year. My most recent visit was this past week when I was in Canada for a work trip and got to spend a few days with family in the Markham area before going to downtown Toronto for work conference. Highly recommend checking out Dragon Legend if you are looking for a good buffet with a nice range of delicious foods.

Upon entering the restaurant I was greeted to a very clean and modern ambience that reminded me kind of like some of the big buffets in Las Vegas. Very cool setup where they have 3 self serve fountain drinks which is included in your buffet price. In the middle they have a grilling area where they are grilling Basa fish, salmon, chicken, sirloin steak. The steak was amazing they put this butter, garlic garnish on top that makes it so delicious. I had 8 of these steaks this evening! They also had a stir fry, soup noodle where you can choose your own ingredients, different vegetables and protein and carbs for them to either turn into a stir fry or soup noodle. They had plenty of ice cream to choose from as well as a soft serve ice cream machine. The service provided by the employees were top notch, so friendly, and helpful. There are thousands of possible combinations. It can get busy and you may have to wait 8-10 minutes for your food to taken and cooked. I don't care for their technique for cooking. Because they have divided the grill into 12 zones, they don't really "stir fry" you food. The flavors don't really mix well together. They need to toss the food a bit more so the flavors and spices mix. There is a little salad bar with lettuce, cucumbers, potato salad. macaroni salad pickled beets and a few more items. The night went they had a chicken noodle soup and minestrone soup. It's out of the way for me, but if I were passing by sometime in the future, I would return.

We had preordered everything but our drinks. We mostly all got cocktails and they came out with relative quick timing. The servers were attentive and listened to our requests for how we wanted our steaks or prime rib cooked. The sides were pretty good and included sautéed carrot purée and we also started with a small salad and fresh bread and butter. We had plenty of butter to share. Only complaint was the salad dressing was a little too light on the salad. Could have used more. Overall we had a really nice experience here. You can't beat the view of the falls and the revolving floor. Side note: It's a bit inconvenient to use the restroom here as the elevators take a while. In addition, we opted to upgrade our desserts to other desserts available on the menu. The view was phenomenal! I am scared of heights but it wasn't terrible, the elevator ride was tough but you're able to face the other way. With dinner we also were able to go up to observation deck, since it was early March it was absolutely freezing and windy due to weather on the other side of the falls. In the warmer months I'm sure it would be phenomenal to take a walk around the outside to look. There is the option to stay indoors as it's enclosed in glass when you first get off the elevator, there's also a gift shop at the top. I'd highly recommend this restaurant for a fun experience paired with a phenomenal dinner. The pictures do not do the flavors justice.

When we had first arrived, we were told that it would be a two-hour wait, and that we would need to have a pager with us at all times that would be used to notify us once a table was ready. We weren't able to get a pager immediately as they were all being used therefore, we had to wait at least fifteen minutes before we were able to get one. Once we had that pager in hand, we waited about one hour for our table, which was actually not as long as we had expected. Upon entering the restaurant via an escalator from the first floor, we were pleased to see how picturesque it was. With the large windows showcasing the horse racing at the time, along with the tables that boasted their own private television screens, we were impressed with how wonderful and inviting everything looked. Upon being seated, we were given programs on the betting available for the evening's races, which was detailed with everything we needed to know. We also noticed that there was a middle-aged woman coming around, asking us if we were interested in placing bets during our dining experience. The diners went wild during the races, which created an exciting, yet sometimes, loud atmosphere. In terms of the dining, I was pleasantly surprised with how many options were available. Since it was only $12.95 (with a Winners Circle Card), I was blown away at how much food was placed within the buffet area, with an area dedicated to bread with a variety of spreads, another area with salads and other cold appetizers (such as artichokes, cold cuts, cheese, etc.), a hot table (with such items as lasagna, pizza, chicken, fish, and more), along with a dessert section, which boasted a wide variety of desserts, and a few dishes of fruit. All of the items were well-prepared, and everything tasted fantastic, with each item at the hot table coming onto my plate hot (temperature-wise), which is rare to find in a buffet. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience at this buffet, and would highly-recommend it to anyone who wants delicious food, at a low price. The only thing that I didn't like was the waiting period, and how slow it was, considering that many guests usually sit there the entire evening, watching the races and eating for hours on end. Although this is definitely the idea of the trackside buffet, it could have been the reason why we were so delayed in getting to our table. Nevertheless, it was worth the wait, and will definitely be going again!
