    Jolly Spaghetti

We walked in the door and up to the counter. I explained to Sheila that it was our first visit to Jollibee and wanted help with our order to go. Having been a Restaurant Manager for both Taco Bell and Pizza Hut many years ago and having eaten out for the past 50 years, I have a pretty good grasp on quality customer service, suggestive selling and up-selling. Sheila started by suggesting a combo meal. I told her that we wanted to try the Fried Chicken as well as the Spaghetti. She then suggested a Six-Piece Family Meal that would also come with Spaghetti and three Fruit Pies. If we wanted, we could upgrade it to Ten-pieces. She also asked if we wanted drinks. I did not, but my wife ordered a Pineapple drink. By the time we paid for our order and were handed a buzzer, our order was ready. Service was very efficient and friendly. When I couldn't decide regular or spicy, Sheila suggested mixed. I'm apparently not very good at ordering at fast food restaurants that I'm visiting for the first time. At a sit-down, I'll peruse a menu until I figure out what questions I want to ask. At an ordering counter, I also try to be mindful of others waiting in line. Our order was placed into two large paper bags. One with the Spaghetti and two containers of gravy. There were also plates, napkins and plastic ware for three, which is what we asked for. The other bag contained our bucket of chicken. We had already had lunch, but were in the area, so we figured we'd have Jollibee for dinner. When we got home and unpacked our order, I began to see where I had failed. We both prefer Dark Meat over White. Forgot to ask. When checking their website, it appears that most locations only serve Dark Meat, so we made out there. Why do we have two containers of Brown Gravy? Is this normal? Was there supposed to be Mashed Potato under the Gravy? Were there supposed to be two containers of Mashed Potato? Turns out that with further research, the gravy is often included in locales with high Filipino populations. At other locations, it has to be ordered and paid for. Some articles also stated that some Jollibee's do serve White Meat. Overall, how did we like our food? The chicken pieces are large, well battered, and super crispy. We did not eat it while it was hot and when we tried it, the meat was dense and a tad dry. We got Original and Spicy pieces. The Spicy was not overly spicy just as Sheila had said. We haven't tried the Original yet. The gravy is a simple, slightly sweet and seasoned with pepper. Perfect for dipping chicken or poured over rice or mashed potatoes. The Spaghetti is interesting. Definitely sweeter than I prefer, yet also slightly peppery. Ground Beef, slices of Hot Dog and a sprinkling of cheese on top. The Pies are super crispy. I had them at room temperature and imagined that they would be even tastier if I had reheated them first. The flavors were decent, the Peach-Mango more Peach forward. When I did my research post-eating, I found that Jollibee has an app where you can enter your receipt code and earn 10 points for every dollar spent, excluding tax. The minimum redemption is 200 points to get $2 off a Single Bucket and the maximum is 900 points for either a Deluxe Chicken Sandwich or an Angus Cheeseburger. Then I read the text that read Expires after 30 days. Oh well. Useless for me. My overall opinion is that the food is okay but the flavors too different from what I like. While I might return if someone else suggested Jollibee for a meal, it would not be my choice.

Came here after dinner for some dessert! Got a few ube pies. They were piping hot!! Lots of filling and the filling actually spilled out and it burnt my daughter's hand! So be careful !

Surprise surprise!! Food has improved but their service needs work!! Been going here on and off since it's just here... They recently just renovated their restaurant. Looks great outside and still looks a little updated on the inside. Plenty of parking. Plenty of seats to eat inside. Always crowded and long lines inside and at the drive-thru. Love that they now have spicy chickenjoy and good with gravy. Our family usually orders for family gatherings. Sometimes it's really spicy. They finally have ube pie but it's ok. I still love their peach mango pie. Sandwiches are pretty good. Only ok on spaghetti. I don't like sweet spaghetti. Now ...Service here is still TERRIBLE!! Every time! Today was the worst out of plenty of times. You would think with the remodel, the service got better. They are slow. Distracted and should only concentrate on the one in front of you but these people are nosy and easily distracted like their manager. Manager does not help in certain situations. They need to regroup or figure out a method to this madness. Majority of their staff are also a little order. Not saying that is the problem only but management needs to be directed on what to in crowds. They are scattered. I waited 15 min standing in line for one customer then another 20 minutes for my food. The line behind me went out the door! It was so much faster in drive-thru. I will never go inside to order. Trying the Korean bbq chicken sandwich, it's spicy to me. It's advertised as a bold kick of heat. When we came in the line was so long and I didn't like that when it was my turn and I was about to pay for my order the person that was behind me was helped on the register I was on so I had to wait but I was waiting anyways because I was told a 20 30 minute wait since it's a special I was given a buzzer and asked if it would go off if I got to the shop behind but he said no The wait wasn't 20 30 more like 10 maybe 15 We also got the spaghetti because my kid likes it I'm not here often but we usually stop by when visiting family FYI I noticed yelp added all my photos from past days to this review about the Korean bbq chicken sandwich I thought I had left a review before

First time here at this location There is a drive through but I opted to walk in and order. Parking is easy to come by . There is indoor and out door seating available Ordering is easy Customer service is friendly Prices are reasonable Food is good My little loved the adobo rice Chicken is fried well and taste so good with gravy Only draw back is you have to ASK for napkins as none are readily available Inside could be a bit more cleaner Parking is easy to come by

Haven't been to Jollibee in so long. Since I was in the area, I decided to stop here with a friend back in October. We got to try out the new KATSEYE special. We ordered the Korean BBQ with rice. I wouldn't order this again. The chicken was covered with a sweet and spicy sauce, I wasn't a fan of how the chicken tasted. The original chicken is still the best one to get.

Wow! They are still in renovation, what happen? Management? Oh well, first off the service is good, well organized, same employees. Now, they open the dining and they closed the drive thru. Food service is in order, the restroom i have not bother to use it. They have the same concept, i did not know why they did not change the concept or set up so it will give you a good vibes. Employees! I might comment in the dining area on the far left, sometimes they are a bit loud.

This location is currently going through some massive reconstruction so the drive thru is currently not available. The redesign looks cute so far. Service is great. I honestly don't care for the gravy, but I know a lot of people do. Maybe I'm one of the few Filipinos that don't like the gravy. Or the spaghetti cause it's the sweet spaghetti. haha, but if love that, then this is perfect. I do love the chicken and the mango pie!

As 11/29/24, has the renovation completed and allows dine-in?

How early can I order a bucket of chickenjoy?

When they open, at 8 am

Is the drive thru 24/7 again yet?

    Unfortunately it's not

How much for Chicken bucket? I want to order 50 pieces.

They only have 10 Pcs for bucket so you're going to need to order 5 of that and it's $19.99.

    Do u accept EBT card?

I withdraw my EBT money from the ATM and then use cash. I think you can use EBT card but give them a phone call to confirm. They're very nice people.

When does the drive-thru actually open? Used to be able to order in the morning when they opened...now it seems like it opens whenever. Correct me if im wrong. This is a drive thru question thanks!

    bump!

Are tuna pies ever coming back?

Is the drive thru still 24 hours during the pandemic?

No. As of 12/14/20 they are closing even the drive thru by 10 pm because of the curfew. I just called to double check.

What time do they start serving breakfast?

Jollibee on my end opens at 7:00am. They should start serving breakfast then.

Is the drive through still open 24hrs everyday?

For anyone still wondering, recently they changed their drive thru hours to close at 12 am! new management or something.

Is the the drive thru open 24 hrs on sundays?

    Yes, it is.

I enjoyed the ambience, well lit and simple but functional decor. The service was pretty good, everyone was nice and friendly. With that said, back to the food. I have to use a reference point to compare these chicken tenders to other fried chicken I've had in the past. So the scale to compare to is my top of the list place for fried chicken. And that is Plaza Inn at Disney Land in Anaheim California. Which is the best fried chicken I've ever had. So the tenders here at Raising Cane's is good. It's not greasy, it's not overly salty and its tender and juicy. So it's a winner. I got The Box deal. Paid approximately $15.50 with tax. Comes with 4 tenders, fries, a slice of bread, a drink and coleslaw. Overall, I give the chicken a 7/10. It was pretty good. So where did the 7/10 come from. It comes from taste, and value. I feel $15.50 for the meal is too much. A bit on the pricy side. I believe a fair price would be $12- $13 max. That would give it a fair value. But as it, it's on the expensive side. After all it's chicken ( chicken is a cheaper meat ). Will I return? Maybe. But not often. The value to me isn't there. It's a just good but it's not great. That is my assessment.

First, there were a plethora of employees talking to each other not serving customers. I understand they need to figure out their operations but I was left standing for awhile and the worker who helped me seemed distracted, I had to repeat my order a few times. I got the bigger plate, and the portions were smaller than usual! Also, they erroneously charged me extra $1.50 for premium honey walnut shrimp, which I didn't get. I also didn't get fortune cookie with my order. The rice were DRY and the noodles got dry eventually. They also lacked a bit of flavor compared to the other locations I visited, so consistency was not there. The portions were also below average as I mentioned. Wasted $15.95 for subpar fast food, should've gone to another location or another Chinese fast food spot to get more bang for my buck.
