Man is this place slow like crazy slow. There drive throw always has a huge line You think you can beat it by going inside you got another thing coming. They took 5 minutes to get my order. There has been constant times where we are waiting in the drive thru 30-40mins and no one speaks. So, we drive up to the window. In one instance, the worker has told us to drive back around. But today, this worker tried blaming it on us saying we were probably parked too far so she couldn't hear, but I was constantly saying hello so that she knew I was there. I don't know who, how, and why, but there is laxative in the sprite that we bought with our #1 medium meal today. The sweetness tasted funny and familiar but I couldn't remember what it was at the time. I took few zips and I don't know how much my son drank. I had diarrhea twice at night and still feel like going again, so I asked my son if he had diarrhea and he said yes earlier... and OMG at that moment i remembered what that taste was... the laxative I drank before my colonoscopy exam. I am beyond disappointed in this store! Typically I don't post reviews but I wanted to share how sad my experience was. They order taker couldn't get my order correct she asked me to review the screen and my order wasn't too difficult just two teriyaki bowls a breakfast sandwich and kids meal. It took longer to make sure she added the second bowl but she wasn't getting it and the drive thru line started getting long where other cars were honking and yelling at us. It's not my fault the order taker couldn't understand. As I pull through the drive thru the cashier took my money and told me to park and come inside to pick up my order. I told her I couldn't come in but she gave me attitude and told me I took too long to order and I caused them to have a rush they have to attend to, as if my needs weren't important. I couldn't come in because I'm temporary handicapped and cant carry my order with my cane. So she shrugged me off and told me to wait in the parking lot and she'll bring it.
