Family and I were craving fast food- decided on Jack in the Box. First time at this location- we decided on drive thru. We were asked to park on the side and someone would deliver the food to us. I dislike giving bad reviews. I would like everyone to be aware and be mindful when ordering. Please check your food order. The kids found hair in their burgers. If I could give zero starts I will. I work overnight so for my lunch I wanted to order pickup. Placed it on DoorDash for 10:05. Came at 10:05 and the doors were locked. Okay understandable since the place closes at 10. Come though the drive through and no one is even taking orders through there. There was this car parked there as if it's been there for a while. It's 10:15 at this point and I have only 15 minutes of my lunch left. I'm frustrated picking up the order because it's COLD. As if it's been sitting there for an hour. hi, I just got my bad experience at this location just went to get some food around 10:40pm on friday 20 and the person that took my order was horrible wasn't giving me time to see what else i wanted. Make sure your drive through order is correct. I ordered a pricier promo burger but it ended up being a plain double cheeseburger. It was even wrapped in the promo wrapper. They ask everyone to park in front after they take your order just so they can get their times down. My favorite Jack in the Bay so far! Most fresh food and communication is clear through drive thru speaker! NEW mini tacos are worth the $3 but i will substitute it for my combo meal next time now that I know how mini they really are. They are just like the regular tacos but without the cheese and lettuce. If you choose to park and eat in the car, do it at the Sonic parking lot. More lighting but still private because of their menu boards. read more

Accidents happen (I once spilled hot tea on my crotch while checking out a sexy server), but I've never had any here, and so I don't know why I bring it up. Anyway (hehehe), my wife and I bought dinner here on Saturday (we took our food to go). We placed our order right away. Our cashier was competent and cute (I thought that our cashier was going to be this guy, but I think he was just filling in for a second). She also didn't ask too many questions (when you order an item, some Jack in the Box cashiers are anal about whether you want the "combo or just the sandwich," but she really only asked once- most customers will make it clear when they're ordering a combo). I'm impressed by the new layout (the restaurant looks radically different now than it did just a few years ago). They're a little dark and drab, but the tiles are otherwise great (the eating area used to be carpeted). There are only a few booths now. All along the back is a counter (I counted 14 chairs), and there are a lot of tables. In short, the restaurant looks more spacious now even though the seating capacity has increased (it used to be over 50, but is now over 70). There are now 2 TV's inside (they're nice and somewhat big). A Spanish sitcom was on one of them (I don't know the name of it, but the characters are all silly, and it features grown women dressed as schoolgirls), and an English talk show was on the other (it features boring segments). The restaurant is always kept clean, and the restrooms are fine. We received our order in about 5 minutes (the time went by fast). The drive-thru was busy, but it was just us and a Mexican family inside. Note: All prices include tax. Sourdough Jack ($4.99): 8.25/10. They're good, but overpriced (they used to be under $4). My friend Winnie likes them more, but I'm also a big Sourdough Jack fan. The one I had on Saturday could have been better, though (it just wasn't as tasty as the ones I've had in the past). Still, my patty was cooked well, and my slices of bacon didn't have much fat. My bun (grilled sourdough bread), as usual, was off the hook. I'm also pleased that I received my Sourdough Jack plain (I have no complaints regarding the service we received- our cashier even gave us a fair number of ketchup packets). Meaty Breakfast Burrito ($3.90): 8.75/10. They're more expensive now too (they used to be under $3), but they're as good and filling as ever. I joyfully ate my burrito. Breakfast Platter w/Sausage ($3.25): 8.5/10. A great deal (you receive a lot of food). Order the Platter with Sausage, not Bacon. The buttery spread and syrup are good, but my wife didn't want hers (that's fine with me- I put some of the spread on the English muffin I had last night, and will try to use the syrup later). Hearty Breakfast Bowl ($3.90): 8.5/10. They're very good and filling. My wife's only complaint had to do with the sauce. I mentioned it to her before we ordered, but only hinted that she should order her Bowl without it (my dad likes the sauce, but it's a bit hot and overpowering). Seasoned Curly Fries (Medium- $2.82): 8.5/10. I received a decent amount of fries and didn't really have to add any salt. In general, the fries here are consistently good. I enjoyed my food, but it wasn't entirely filling. I should have ordered another item (I'm just a big eater). Although some of our items were overpriced, we ate well for $18.65. Inedible. Even when drunk. We were drunk and decided to get some monster tacos, curly fries, and chicken tenders. Everything was soaked in oil and not edible. The oil was old and clearly hasn't been changed and the food tasted burnt and stale. It was as if they tried to warm up week-old leftover food in the fryer. Waste of $18 for midnight munchies. This is our usual spot for decent fast food since the food is made when ordered. It takes a little longer to wait for your order but I don't mind. No one really eats inside the restaurant do it's rarely dirty. Mainly, you will see people use the drive-thru. I have been going here for years as I live close by. They have not messed up my order so far. They are open 24 hours and convenient for those midnight snack. I like it here compared to other fast food chain plus it's close to home. Love their Oreo cookie shakes, to sourdough sandwich or spicy chicken sandwich, egg rolls and their dollar two tacos. There are more sandwiches I have tried but these are my favorite ones.
