I no longer need to drive 2plus hours just to eat at Jollibee. Now it's only 39mins drive from where i live. Chicken Joy is the best. I go to Popeye's before, but Jollibee is closer to me now. I am a lil bit sad because they don't carry no more Jolly hotdog. If you are not a Filipino i recommend to you chicken joy, you won't be disappointed. read more

Pineapple drink is bomb here . The food is pretty good chicken strips with the gravy is my go to

I decided to go to Jollibee at Delano to try something new compare to the one at Bakersfield. I have one thing to say I was really really really disappointed on my chicken... why was my chicken brown and soggy!? The one at Bakersfield isn't brown or anything like this! Their chicken is always golden and crispy. I wasted my time and customer service was really awful. Also the Bakersfield cooks for the chicken is way better! One last thing the customer service was giving me a weird look when ordering and I felt uncomfortable ordering here it just felt off. read more

The chicken is absolutely crunchy. The gravy is divine. And let's not forget about the purple bbq sauce delicious. We went for the funky spaghetti with wiener which was good but was side swiped with all the other items. The mango peach pies were delectable. Overall I gave this place a 3 star because it's an hour and a half away. People were all about service no mistakes.Great experience would make the drive again maybe not during 108 degrees weather. read more

Literally took 40 minutes to get our food. We got a family meal and a spaghetti. We waited as instructed for 20 minutes before we went inside and they apparently gave our order to someone else. Ok fine. So they make our order on the spot. Get in the car and check and its missing the sides (mashed potatoes and fries). So we go in again and they were looking for somebody else's order. No organization whatsoever. Everyone just running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Finally got our sides and decided to try a fry and it was cold. Fail all around. I can't wait for the Bakersfield location to open. I hope the service is better. read more

never disappoints. chicken sando, pineapple drink, and mango pie are my go to menu options..

Waited 2hrs in line which is okay since it's grand opening. While waiting in line we passed MULTIPLE staff handing out menus. None of the menus or employees mentioned any items being unavailable or mentioned a limited menu so we assumed everything was available. 2hrs into the line and we finally get to order, not at the window or menu board, but in the line with a cashier. It wasn't until we went to order that they told us they weren't serving what we wanted and that if we wanted the same kind of combo we'd need to pay the $5 for the extra ONE piece of chicken as a kids meal.. So, i ended up ordering just palabok. Drove back to Bakersfield, started eating, just to find a hair in my food. Not sure if i've eaten more pieces of hair but wasn't till i was almost done that i saw the hair. Tried calling the store and it automatically says all employees are assisting other customers, the same recording you hear when you're on hold with a telecenter. No one ever picked up. Very annoyed and so disappointed. read more

Messed up my order. Learn to take orders correctly. They took my order but when i finally got my food there were items missing. I dont care if your food is good if you mess up an order that destroys the whole purpose of me going there. read more

So we came here because we read in the news was supposed to be best chicken to try unfortunately it was a lie , my husband got the chicken sandwich meal his fries were cold and old like had been sitting for who knows how long the sandwich was so small with a slap of spicy sauce the value chicken sandwich you get at fast food chains are bigger and tastier I ordered the 2 piece meal and the chicken was like biting into grease I only tasted grease I was so disappointed this was a awful experience and waste of money I only think the cashier was pleasant and the only good thing at this place read more

So I just stopped at this new location here in Delano for business travel. Went to drive thru around 0900 pm and was told to park in front to wait for the rest of orders. Come 0920 no food yet. So I finally went in to check my orders told them I ordered via drive thru and was told to wait in the front. Only to find out they didn't have my order ready not only that my list of orders was not even in the cue to be prepared. If I have not went in to check my order I would have starved myself outside waiting for nothing while other orders with big buckets already got theirs. You did not only starved me, driving 4 hours and finally getting a chance to eat, you just ruin my appetite to eat. read more

I was so happy to find out that a Jollibee opened close to where I live! We must've gotten there at a good time because there wasn't a line at the drive thru, but once we got our food there was a line. The food did not disappoint, as always. The chicken sandwich with the brioch bun is always good, and the chicken with rice and gravy are a must. We also got the ube pie and mango peach pies... Our hour drive to Jolliebee was worth it! I really hope they add a Red Ribbon bakery next to it read more

The food is great, but the place is not well staffed. I asked the cashier if the condiments I requested were in the bag, she said yes. Later after I left, I discovered they were not. read more

I finally seen that it was open and decided to go and risk waiting in the long line . However I was in and out in less that 20 minutes . I know this isn't authentic Filipino food but the chicken , rice , potatoes and pies was all amazing. The palabok was good but I feel like I have had better , regardless it was great. I can't wait for them to start carrying the spicy chicken. read more

Super good chicken and spaghetti. It is Filipino food, so it serves Filipino-style spaghetti as in it's sweet. Make sure to phone in your order ahead of time. We drove from Fresno and called in while we were about 20 minutes away and it was ready when we got there! read more

Finally had a chance to try the spicy chicken sandwich really good! They forgot something in my order and gave me 2 free pies when I came back. Customer service is good. Spicy chicken sandwich comes with fresh jalapeños, fries and pies were good still haven't been inside because of covid so can't comment on the inside read more

Alright swrvice but they do not have a lot of the Jollibee Favorites! The chicken was good though and the rice was just a bit muahy.

We came in to order takeout for my daughter's graduation and Cid, the manager, was very friendly and accommodating despite my mom interrupting our conversation several times for multiple requests and questions. Will come back for more of the Banana Langka Pie among other food we love at Jollibee. read more

It's Jollibee. Where else can you get fried chicken and spaghetti fast? Try the Spicy chicken sandwich and the palabok or fiesta noodles.

First time here and I tried their spicy chicken sandwich combo. The sandwich has a nice heat level to it, the breading was good on the chicken, and the sauce was a good compliment to the sandwich. Unfortunately I was parked right away and I was only parked for less than 30 seconds I received lukewarm fries. The mango peach dessert pie was also good. So I'm giving them a 3 out 5. I will try them again. read more

They've messed up my order the few times I've been here. Sometimes the food is cold, but the staff are friendly.

Happy to have jollibee just 1 hour away from home. and the waiting time is not even bad plus employees are soo jolly and always smiling

Went through drive thru obviously the place was empty no cars it was in the evening and when we received the food the fries were cold, literally the chicken inside was raw no sauce at all plain dry bread absolutely disappointed the worst part however is the cheeseburger I don't know what kind of meat it was because we spit it out the taste and smell was the most disgusting thing I have ever tried i do not recommend this place at all absolutely gross read more

This was my first time ever going to a Jollibee. I've seen them in Southern California but have never been to one. I decided for my inaugural trip to Jollibee to go to the Delano location. I ordered the deluxe chicken sandwich combo. Let's start with the difference between their regular chicken sandwich and the deluxe chicken sandwich . The deluxe chicken sandwich for $.50 more you get mayonnaise smeared and I do mean smeared over the top and bottom bun and if you're lucky... the globs of mayonnaise will also get to the outside of your bun so your fingers smear it all over the outside of your bun. Don't be A HATER But I was lucky enough for this to happen to me. But in addition to the extra mayonnaise that the regular sandwich doesn't get you get a piece of Romain lettuce. I wish I would've just got the regular. OK now that we have the difference between the regular sandwich and the deluxe sandwich let's talk about it the food. The fries were COLD! I tried them as I was driving away. So it was Less than a minute of receiving my bag. The sandwich was Luke warm with deluxe mayonnaise and the Romain lettuce. The diet Pepsi I ordered with light ice was cold and wet so that was a good thing. The staff was nice and quick so that was also good thing. I can't say I will try again or I would recommend but if this year thing good for you enjoy it's just not for me read more

Just like every thing in the world it just takes a little time and learning. I love the spicy chicken sandwich! The chicken is also good. The spaghetti and the pies are my favorite!! Very good and fast service as well. read more

It's soooooooo nice to FINALLY have a Jollibee close to home. No more driving to LA for those Jollibee cravings. Only disappointment is, they don't serve those hot dogs anymore. I was going to take a couple stars off but I'm sure it is the franchise that made that stupid decision. They still have them in The Philippines. Everything else is great and the chicken is just tasty. Love the mashed potatoes and gravy. Also when we have our Pinoy parties, we don't have to travel far to pick up food here. I find it funny tho, this is the only place that makes you wear a mask in the drive thru. Not complaining, I wear it, we just always find it as comical relief. read more

The food is ok.. chicken tenders are super greasy and the cashier in the drive thru damn rude! Wont say no names but she was damn rude never again will I go there because of her rudeness! read more

01/2021 - i love spicy chicken joy but they only have original flavor at the moment. sadly they don't have any app to download for smart phone for online ordering and the phone number on yelp is registered as an office number so i ended up going to drive thru instead. read more

I've been telling my husband to bring me back since the opening. I'm a super lucky girl because here I am. The employees greeted me as I walked in. We decided to eat inside and it did not disappoint. The vibe is family friendly. Everything is so clean. There's someone always doing something.I knew what I wanted and ordered. The wait time was non existent. We ordered the chicken/palabok, aloha burger, two chicken sandwiches, two mango/peach pies and the infamous pineapple refresher. I wasn't sure about the palabok because I'm usually picky about chain or other people's way of making palabok and I've never had it here but I was surprisingly happy that I liked it and super sad when I didn't have anymore on my plate. The chicken was as I like my chicken, crispy on the outside, moist and tender on the inside and perfectly seasoned. It was so fresh, non greasy and super delicious. We weren't able to get the spicy chicken because the store didn't have the inventory. I didn't try the aloha burger but my husband said it had just the right amount of teriyaki or Jollibee sauce with an even ratio of meat to produce-lettuce and pineapple. The fries were standard, crispy, non greasy and lightly salted. The mango/peach pie is super delicious if you can remember when McDonald's had fried apple pies? The crispy outside and the ooey-gooey-hot inside? That's it but with soft, warm pieces of mango and peach. The pineapple refresher was good. It tasted like a pineapple drink...like Dole. After cleaning up, we took a picture with the Jollibee. read more

This place is a disgrace. Can't even modify food. Can't even add an order when paying. Several months now and still not having a complete menu. Mga gago! Tamad. Magsara na kayo! Hospitable daw mga pinoy. Ulol! read more

Would not recommend I will now be returning here, left very disappointed. Chicken was rubbery, freezer burn??

The peach mango pie has got to be my favorite of all the items! An item that is not really advertised yet but they have is the amazing aloha yum and it is delicious. I have not had any issues with the service and all the employees are very kind. I have been there a couple of times and plan on returning more! read more

Terrible service from beginning to end. The guys that are supposed to be directing traffic we're just messing around. I didn't even receive a menu until it was time to order after a good amount of waiting. I then asked for multiple items on the menu and was told that they don't carry those yet. I politely asked "when will you have them" to which they replied "we don't know...". Once at the window I asked a few questions about the place and they were all ignored with a simple "have a jolly day" and shutting the window. Having only 20 minutes left in my 1hr lunch I rush back to eat just to find out that the food is mediocre at best. *This is only my opinion and experience, based on what I experienced I will not be back. read more

This spot hasn't even opened up yet, but I know it's going to be fire . I'm just casually writing this at 4 am because I watched some jollibee mukbang and I'm hungry af. Hurry up and open! For now enjoy my review 5/5 stars ya feel me read more

ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and a small spaghetti and it took 30+ min to receive it. i don't understand how it takes this long when hardly no ones in line. on top of that this system of asking each car they told to wait which order is there's takes forever and half the servers aren't going to each car to check who ordered what. had to go inside and get our order that was already ready. read more

First time here they couldn't find my online order after calling manger he managed to find it but after he left the cashier lost it again which was unfortunate cause I had already been waiting for like 30 minutes called manager back he found it again still took about 10 minutes to get my order done idk what the issue was but it seemed he didn't know much about technology along with them laughing at the situation which was really bad. food was alright customer service was horrible read more
