Ashley did my massage and was wonderful. Chloe took care of Makayla, and Jerrica did Madi's massage. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five was an issue with the complimentary sauna. When we scheduled our appointments, and again when we arrived, we were specifically told we could use the sauna after our massages. We were really looking forward to relaxing there together afterward, but when we finished, we discovered it had already been shut down. We were told the manager had turned it off so the spa could close about an hour early. That was disappointing, especially since we had confirmed twice that we would be able to use it after our appointments. Aside from that, we had a wonderful experience. The spa was lovely, the atmosphere was relaxing, and Ashley, Chloe, and Jerrica were all fantastic. We would definitely return for massages if we're back in Dickson!

Especially ones that are sanitary…read more I tried Sky Nails today and my appointment was for 3:00 p.m. I arrived at 2:55 p.m. When I walked in, there were two ladies having their fingernails worked on. There are only two people who work here so, obviously both technicians were busy. I picked out my color and patiently waited. it was 3:40 p.m. before my pedicure was started. I allowed an hour for this, so obviously I had no time left to get the Deluxe pedicure I wanted. Instead, I had to settle for the basic pedicure. The man who did my pedicure did a good job, so I thought maybe I would give them another chance and try making another appointment for another time. I asked the lady that works there if mornings were less busy. She basically told me in not so many words that she didn't want my business because I asked if I would have to wait 40 minutes every time I came in for a pedicure. I explained in a calm voice that it was not fair to me that I had to wait while their other customers received the services they wanted and now I couldn't get the service I really wanted because I had other commitments and now I will be late for those. She did not seem interested in my explanation and did not bother to offer a future appointment. Bottom line, they have a nice clean shop and they do good work, but if you schedule an appointment, be prepared to be there longer than you expect. If you're ok with not sticking to a schedule, then I highly recommend this place for nails. If you are the type who has a schedule that you need to follow, find another shop.
