Please, please, Please do not go here, they discriminated against me because I was the only African American person getting my nails done in the salon. I made a 5:30 PM appointment in which they were taking walk-ins of a different skin color in front of me and proceeded to have me as the last person finished and out of the building. I called back today thinking I would give this salon another try and asked for a different person to do my pedicure because things happen and the salon was busy. However, the manager advised me none of his people are taking new clients and no one was free for weeks. I even asked "do you not want my business and that I was confused because he was basically refusing to let me make the appointment after I asked him about 5 different times and dates" I even left a nice tip and review prior so again...I was super confused on why I got treated this way. I have never been discriminated like this against in MY LIFE. As a family that just moved to Nashville from Houston for my husbands job transfer, we will be telling everyone we know about this experience. I am highly disappointed on the disgusting treatment of the manager and this establishment. This was a terrible experience that needs to be heard. Run and fine kinder people to do your nails. You do not treat people and good clients giving you business this way, period!

We went through a few options and I didn't feel I was in a high pressure sales pitch to get the pricey add-ons the other salons push HARD! When he was done, I was ecstatic. They looked and felt natural, I wasn't in pain or bleeding, and the price was fair. He has earned my trust and $$!

I expect to wait maybe 10 minutes after an appointment has been made, especially at a nail salon but this was egregious. If you're understaffed, please just say that. Or tell me it's going to be a little longer, I promise it won't bother me. What does bother me is my time being wasted and there being no communication. I could have ran other errands or made a different decision on what I wanted to do with my time.
