Yes, 40 minutes after my appointment was supposed to begin. No updates, no options to choose my colors, just stuck in the corner. I have quite a bit of patience because I'd like to think I set realistic expectations for the environment I'm in. I expect to wait maybe 10 minutes after an appointment has been made, especially at a nail salon but this was egregious. If you're understaffed, please just say that. Or tell me it's going to be a little longer, I promise it won't bother me. What does bother me is my time being wasted and there being no communication. I could have ran other errands or made a different decision on what I wanted to do with my time. I understand we're all doing our best and I respect all of those in the service industry, I suppose I wish the same respect was returned. Either way, I won't be returning.
