After seeing her beautiful full lashes in person, I had to have them too! Shala is very sweet & made me feel right at home. The appointment went by quick as we had great conversation the entire time. I was expecting there to be some discomfort during the application process but I literally couldn't feel anything while she applied them! I am very pleased with the end result, they are long & full but at the same time, they are very natural & could fool anyone to believe they're real! I woke up today & swiped on a little bronzer and gloss & was out the door, it felt so amazing to not have to fuss with mascara!!! I also had her shape my brows as well & she did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend Shala to anyone who's interested in these services!!!

My experience with Ashley at the Southern Lash Lounge was wonderful!…read more I contacted Ashley after a horrible experience with another eyelash extension salon. The salon I went to very clearly did not know what they were doing and completely ruined my eyelashes - where I did not have hardly any eyelashes left. I reached out to Ashley for help and she was so sweet and helpful. Although I had a better feeling after talking to Ashley, I was still nervous about getting more lashes put on. Ashley was so sweet and answered any questions I had and talked me through the process - and how it was different from what I had experienced before. Ashley's process of putting the eyelashes on was so relaxing and comfortable - I even fell asleep! I am so happy that I found the Southern Lash Lounge because I am so thrilled with the finished product! I have eyelashes again and they are long, beautiful, and look so natural!

Over 1/2 fell out within the first 4 days!!! I have never…read moregiven a 1 star to anything but sadly i really have to be honest with this one. Let me start off with the good things. The visit was incredibly pleasant and relaxing. Her house that she works out of is very convenient and easy to find, and she as the cutest little baby girl! However... This was my first time ever getting eyelash extensions. I was informed prior to arriving to remove all makeup. I did to the best of my ability. When I arrived she said there were still a little bit of mascara left and said "don't worry, most people think they get it all the mascara but some you can't always see." She said she would remove there rest, and she did. At no point did she say that she was unable to remove all the mascara or that I should wash again so that the application would take. Because I guarantee, if she had, I would NOT have dropped $200 for 3.5 days of lashes! She finished the application and gave me after-care instructions. On Day 1 following the procedure, 8+ fell out, Day 2 (48 hours later) I showered and 10+ came out, by day 4 they were 1/2 gone... it looked so weird. I texted her worried I was doing something wrong. She sent a very long text blaming it all on the residual mascara. Therefore, instead of her telling me that there was too much makeup for them told hold and rescheduling me, she took my money knowing she was going to do a poor job. I texted her back telling her that had I known the leftover makeup would cause them to all fall out immediately, I would have happily rescheduled or at least go wash my eyes again in her sink! She chose not to respond to my text. This was just so so unprofessional. As a professional, I would not want anyone walking out of my business with me doing a half-ass job. I would suggest spending your lash money elsewhere!
