The salon I went to very clearly did not know what they were doing and completely ruined my eyelashes - where I did not have hardly any eyelashes left. I reached out to Ashley for help and she was so sweet and helpful. Although I had a better feeling after talking to Ashley, I was still nervous about getting more lashes put on. Ashley was so sweet and answered any questions I had and talked me through the process - and how it was different from what I had experienced before. Ashley's process of putting the eyelashes on was so relaxing and comfortable - I even fell asleep! I am so happy that I found the Southern Lash Lounge because I am so thrilled with the finished product! I have eyelashes again and they are long, beautiful, and look so natural!

The visit was incredibly pleasant and relaxing. Her house that she works out of is very convenient and easy to find, and she as the cutest little baby girl! However... This was my first time ever getting eyelash extensions. I was informed prior to arriving to remove all makeup. I did to the best of my ability. When I arrived she said there were still a little bit of mascara left and said "don't worry, most people think they get it all the mascara but some you can't always see." She said she would remove there rest, and she did. At no point did she say that she was unable to remove all the mascara or that I should wash again so that the application would take. Because I guarantee, if she had, I would NOT have dropped $200 for 3.5 days of lashes! She finished the application and gave me after-care instructions. On Day 1 following the procedure, 8+ fell out, Day 2 (48 hours later) I showered and 10+ came out, by day 4 they were 1/2 gone... it looked so weird. I texted her worried I was doing something wrong. She sent a very long text blaming it all on the residual mascara. Therefore, instead of her telling me that there was too much makeup for them told hold and rescheduling me, she took my money knowing she was going to do a poor job. I texted her back telling her that had I known the leftover makeup would cause them to all fall out immediately, I would have happily rescheduled or at least go wash my eyes again in her sink! She chose not to respond to my text. This was just so so unprofessional. As a professional, I would not want anyone walking out of my business with me doing a half-ass job. I would suggest spending your lash money elsewhere!
