She explained it's not an exact science, we would need to play the shape of the tattoo and the duration of the work by ear. She doesn't listen. It's frustrating. I know what I like. I'm a very grown adult. I asked for brown, Carol said we have to do black. She doesn't like how brown fades. I asked for a thick, rounded arched line, Carol told me my eyelids wouldn't hold it. I ended up with a thin black line in a shape that's almost square, not round/arched like I was hoping for. It changes a lot about your look to have eyeliner with sharp edges on your eyes. I am really sad. But at that point it's a tattoo on your face. What can you do! It will need to be fixed by a different person. The worst part is Carol kept my $200 deposit to put toward a "future appointment" and still charged me full price on the day of the service. That's a terrible scammy business practice. I don't want a future appointment. So I'm just out of luck. She stole $200. Shame on you Carol. Listen to your clients! You may not like brown, it's my face! You should know by looking if you can't perform the service as requested. You behaved very cavalierly with someone else's money and eyes.

As we were finishing up, my mom's aesthetician nicked her wet toenail putting her sandal on, so he literally just put another coat on the scrape. It looked so terrible and then we were laughing so hard when we got to the car because her toe was literally so lumpy worst pedicure ever. As you can see in my photos, my manicure was a gel manicure and was so thin it was like there was no gel and then they chipped the next day, so I walked in for them to fix it. When I came in to get it fixed the towel they used for me was so nasty I couldn't handle not asking for a clean towel. When they fixed it, they literally made my nail a different color than the rest of my nails and used a pink base instead of the clear despite my asking if this were the wrong color. My sisters had also come with me and their toes have already chipped one day later and the people who did their toenails were not even looking at them while they were working. This place is not professional. Affordable but not good quality.
