It might be pricey service after tax and stuff but it's worth pampering your skin. I'm a recent transplant, and am so happy to have found my first local self-care service! My stylist, LAUREN MOSLEY, is simply fantastic. As a blonde, it can be especially difficult communicating in the same language as your stylist regarding tone and color (it's always smart to bring photo reference!), but Lauren asked all the right questions, made sure she was clear in her understanding of what I wanted, and even gave me an estimated price before beginning. Not only all that, but she's a really calm, warm, and kind human being and a pleasure to chat with. I was not her only client during my appointment, but she juggled perfectly and I was never waiting for her to "come back". She humorously called it doing "hair traffic control". Yes, like all salons these days, they do try to up-sell additional services/products, but of course that's how they make extra money. Just say no thanks if you're not interested.

The book also advertised colors in a particular way that did not translate to the dip color I picked out - what was supposed to be a rosey mauve was more coral, so she colored it with a darker shade of gel that is still very far from what their display nails depicted. All in all, I feel like my nails look sloppy and far from what I envisioned. It is a bummer to keep driving to Franklin for a manicure, but this did not feel worth the time or money. The nail techs were kind, but I experience far better attention to detail at the one I go to normally (but my regular nail tech is currently out of the country).

I put some press on nails a few weeks ago and decided I didn't like them so much & wanted to get nail salon acrylics. I did use the glue that came with the nails and boy were they on good. The nail tech (pretty sure the owner) literally yanked them off my nail beds. OUCH! Why not just soak them off? They were meant to be soaked off. Then charged me an extra $5 to rip them off and damage my nail beds. She passes me over to another tech who proceeds to file my nails sooo crooked. Whatever, no big. 2 days later and now my pinky nail is CHIPPED!! Right before I'm about to go on vacation. I will no longer support this establishment and will be looking for a new salon who values customer experience and quality work.

She did a great job of layering it properly which blended the different lengths and textures, which allowed the curls to be their best and the dry frizzy straight pieces practically disappear. I was able to leave the salon with soft and defined curls all over. My hair finally looks healthier and has cohesive texture. A curly cut and styling from Journey was the way to go for me. I went into this store to potentially buy all new makeup because I was out of town with family. My…read moreboyfriend and I were profiled and when I felt it I bought a couple of items and returned what I needed. As we left the store my truck was surrounded by Spring Hill police. My boyfriend immediately taken out without cause and questioned. I was placed in the back of the cop car and I'm so grateful the gentlemen were kind. My car was searched and I was made to feel less as my history of being an ulta member was there. The staff is very incompetent and it's so sad to see this world has not overcome the generational division. My boyfriend owns multiple businesses and I am blessed to say I have a career in finance.
