My mother & I had the best experience here! I booked us appointments a couple of days before my wedding. Not only were they super educated and informative, they also offered snacks & drinks. My mom has never gotten ashes done before so they did a great job explaining how to care for them and what the process is like. I have gotten them done before and I will definitely come back here! Everyone is super sweet and very welcoming however I paid for absolutely nothing: here are the before and after pictures and you can barley tell any difference. biggest thing I'm upset about is no where was this a "fill" it was adding a couple extensions to my ends and calling it good. After putting the gel pads under my eyes and washing my lashes she took maybe took 20 minutes at most to "fill" them and it was an extreme waste of $75. She said a mini fill is 30 minutes and that's totally fine but I don't think from the second I walk in to second I walk out should be the whole 30. Like again she maybe at most spent 20 minutes actually on my eyelashes and they look the exact same. These lashes did not work. The people were really nice but when I got my first set done they fell out the same day and more the next day. I didn't wash them or get them wet at all. I came back to get them filled in and the amount that had fallen off within two days of getting them took and hour and a half to fill in. The second set I got done fell out immediately too. Again I never touched them or got them wet. They were going to replace them but then I woke up and way more fell out so they said I had to pay for the full set again. That's fine but I don't want to pay for it if it's not gonna work. They tried to say I might have used oil on the lashes but I didn't ever touch them get them wet or wash them. I washed the second set once the day before I was supposed to get them refilled. I thought it was fine since they wash them before they fill them. The wash I used was for eyelids and eyelashes and had no oil, parabens or die. I had someone who gets their lashes done frequently look at mine to see what the issue might be and they said the lash material and glue was cheap. She recommended not going to lash studios but going to a lash artist at a salon or their own place who uses better material. I've used at home lash extensions and never had an issue and got the single lashes for my sisters wedding and they were great. No bad blood, the people are nice but the product did not work. read more

I came in without an appointment for an eyebrow and lip threading. I had a last min need to catch a flight the next morning for a business trip, and this location was on my route. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Although appointments are preferred, I appreciate their flexibility and ability to squeeze me in. I saw Lily who was very sweet and gentle. I live 30 minutes from this location but I will drive it knowing I am going to get the service and quality like The Lash Lounge provides. The moment I walked into the doors Sarah greeted me with the warmest welcome and most beautiful smile. Check in was easy-- right after checking my tech Kylie came to greet me. After explaining to her what I was looking for she went through in detail all the options she had for me and gave me great suggestions on what to go with (which I appreciated because I can get overwhelmed with too many decisions) We ended up going with Classic level 2 with a D curl (I think) lash. The entire salon was clean and inviting, I appreciated the pillow they had for my knees and a blanket in case I got cold. Not too mention the barrier they put on my forehead to keep skin on skin contact from happening ( I have super sensitive skin and will break out if someone touches my face) it's the little things like that which go a long way for me! They definitely know how to anticipate their customers needs. Kylie's application process was gentle and quicker than I expected and the result was EXACTLY what I wanted! My lashes look beautiful! This was my second appointment and a complete diss appointment. I had asked for the same lash set from the previous appointment except with more of a curl. It was completely underwhelming for a whopping $350 excluding $40 gratuity for someone who was heavy breathing in my face so much so that I had to put a mask on. Waste of time and money. Look elsewhere. *To be clear 1) the lash technician was not wearing a mask or didn't appear to be during my appointment as her breath was moving my hair, blowing in my face and her breath smelled. I should not have felt every exhale during a 2 hour appointment!!! 2) You, Sarah, nor did Savvana accurately check my previous lash application when I stated I wanted the same but a shorter lash. I love this place . I've seen three technicians and they all do a great job. They are light handed and I never get anxious about being so close . I am still figuring out the style I like the best so I can accurately communicate that - the girls are not mind readers and should be held to a standard of perfection either . Lashes are tricky and everyone is different . I have a disorder - and I pick at my lashes , often creating gaps and bald lashes . But I have not once been tempted to pull or pick since they are applied so well. The owner is so sweet and they are super accommodating when life gets in the way and you are late ! Love my lash appointment time . I don't dread it at all - most people I talk to hate the time - but the studio is so nice and calming I just micro nap and wake up with a fresh set of lashes ! I must start this review by saying I was running 30 min late and should have just rescheduled, however, I called ahead and was told by an associate it was fine to come on in after first checking with her manager. I thought my appointment was at 3:30, it was at 3 - I felt terrible about it but they were totally cool. I get there everyone is so nice and chill, have my consult with the associate (don't remember her name, starts with a T I believe) told her I wanted bold but not over the top. I made an appointment for classic which was $99. I walked away looking like I applied a light coat of mascara. She said she used the size lashes SHE felt were best for my eyes, and that she was trying to protect the "integrity" of my real lashes. We had already discussed that my real lashes are thin and I wanted a full look. She said "I'm sorry I know they are very underwhelming" to that I stated "EXTREMELY underwhelming" I am going on a 10 day trip and didn't want to have to add strips everyday - I WILL STILL NEED STRIPS. I was told that I didn't have enough time for a fuller job and again the integrity of my real lashes were being considered, and next time to get hybrids. It's extremely upsetting to have paid $100 when I could have bought $8 mascara or strips and to be told AFTER the fact that this was all they could do, due to time. Had I been told over the phone I wouldn't receive a full set because of time, or that once she saw my lashes what she was capable of- I would have declined to have them done. I would have been happy to forfeit the deposit- instead I got a half done job paid in full backed by excuses. I'll never go back. Ever. read more

This was my second experience at the Lash Lounge. I came and got a lash life about five months ago and I had exceptional service, but I recently went to get my brows laminated and now I'm embarrassed to be seen out in public. I am fair skin with super blonde eyebrows and I asked my stylist for a taupe blonde tint. I specified how I didn't want my eyebrows to be dark at all. Well, my eyebrows are a super dark brown color now. Not only is my brows super dark but one was two shades lighter than the other. When I spoke to the manager she promised if I came in they would give me a complimentary service of tint remover. After I made the hour drive again later that day she explained how she isn't going to be able to do it because it would erase what they did. She told me how the stylists are supposed to ask the clients about additional service of brow threading before the lamination(bc my eyebrows looked like caterpillars) and I explained how my stylist never offered that service. Nonetheless, after offering a complimentary service to remove my tint (which they didn't do) they charged me the threading (around same price). After they let me walk out with my eyebrows waving at people, I will not be going back and I suggest finding another place that has better prices for better quality and service. As this was my first time having my brows laminated, I did not know much about the process. But it's not my job as a new client to know the exact process and what they should offer. It's not my profession it's theirs. They promised a full refund and refunded me but took it back during the refund process. So I was only refunded the threading charge. Now I have to go spend more money to get my eyebrows fixed. read more
