The space is extremely small and the products are very limited. There is not much of a selection of clothing inside. Upon walking in, I was not greeted or spoken to. There were three women talking who did not even lift their head until several minutes after I was in the store. Eventually I was greeted and told "Hello. The sale rack is right here." The women returned to her discussion with the other two ladies. I would not recommend this boutique/salon based on selection and customer service. Disappointed!

We showed the gentleman from front desk, what the kid wanted, after showing him what the kiddo wanted, he said we can get it done. They sat the kiddo at 10:10 AM, and when the lady who I assumed was going to be the person taking care of my kiddo, she asked what the kiddo wanted and we showed her as well, and she said something in their language to the gentleman that we had initially showed what the kiddo wanted, and she walked off on my kiddo, the kiddo was sat down at 10:10 AM. It's been 30 minutes and counting, and my kiddo has been sitting on the chair, and Not a single person has showed up to take care of my kiddo. My kiddo never got seen, forget this place!

My gel manicure took longer than usual, the edges we not very neat, and they started chipping after only a few days (that's never happened anywhere else!!). Not to mention, they don't use liners in the pedicure bowls!! They "clean" them between, of course, but I'm not too keen on busy worker's sanitation skills or consistency nor the dingy look of their pedi bowls. I ended up getting them done at a random shop while out of town and was very pleased. This was the first place I tried in Clarksville, so I have nothing to compare it to here, but I won't be going back. Hopefully I find a place that matches the quality of most other nail shops I "happen upon."

I made an appointment for a week later (today) to get my nails done. I got a call yesterday to see if I could come early for timing purposes. Then today I got a call saying my appointment was cancelled because she is running 2 hours behind and that I would have to reschedule for next weekend. As if I wanted to wait another week to get my nails done. Now I have to go elsewhere.
