The process was so painless and comfortable that I actually dozed off multiple times. Tracy was extremely thorough and detail-oriented. She carefully measured, re-measured, and had me both sit up and lay down to ensure my brows were perfectly even and shaped to my face. I was told - Dip was $40 & Polish was $15 = $55 When I called them to make another appointment with the same girl, I wanted to first inquire about the charges; I couldn't get a solid answer... the Manager-Lily kept changing the "fee" amount (for each service) to try and "match/justify" what I was charged. She kept saying ... "You got a pedicure" (I did not), then "you got gel polish" (I did not)... "$5 to soak nails" (Okay - I've never been charged extra for this service, but okay - it's still an overcharge!). She kept changing the base fee, even blaming it on her dad (who processed the transaction) ... until I gave up and decided that this place isn't worth the STRESS it would bring if I returned. * Customers deserve a CLEAR Pricing structure - you don't get to charge whatever you want and expect them to return... and risk an even higher fee the next time!! Unfortunately, this really affected the first half of my walking-heavy trip. Their father brought them in for nail services and then left the salon, leaving the girls there without a parent or guardian present. My concern is that the salon knowingly allowed an 8-year-old and a 10-year-old to remain in their care without an adult responsible for them present. After I learned what happened, I contacted the salon because I was concerned about my daughters' supervision and requested the available video footage from that time. The manager acknowledged remembering the situation, confirmed that video existed, and even told me that she felt the need to watch out for the girls while they were there. Despite acknowledging those concerns, the salon refused to provide me with the footage I requested. As their mother, I find this extremely concerning. A business providing services to children this young should have clear policies regarding unattended minors and should not put its employees in the position of informally supervising someone else's children. I'm sharing my experience because other parents should be aware of how this situation was handled when deciding whether they are comfortable bringing their children here.
