Nancy and Helen are great. They do a thorough job and are very friendly :) thank you !!

The women at JoJo Nails are wonderful. They are kind, welcoming, and do an amazing job! I visited their location on a weekend, and they had availability for me, my two daughters, and my mother. They pampered us and made us feel at home. My teenage daughter had specific requests, and they went above and beyond with their artistry. So impressed! We will certainly be revisiting this location. read more

I'm so livid! I got a very expensive nail dip service on my nails and one of them just flew off! How is this possible!? I just got them done less than 5 days ago! I have never had a nail come off ever like this after a few days of getting them done! No wonder so many people come in to "fix" a nail because they don't do a good job!! Awful place! Do not come here , save your money and patience! read more

I love my nails , my first time going and I can honestly say I will be a repeat customer the atmosphere is also amazing! And the ladies are great at what they do. read more

JoJo Nails - Ombré coffin nails - Nail Salons Near Me - Costa Mesa, California

Despite my review, I loved the ladies working. They were all very kind. I was looking for a new salon today and purposely called in beforehand to get a price for a gel manicure and regular pedicure with callous. She quoted me about close to $60. I went to pay and it was $86 for exactly that -- a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I didn't really get told what I was being charged for. I got a 5 min massage per service. I have gone to other places that charge $75 or less. Again, the ladies were wonderful and they did a really great job, I was appalled at the price though. I have never paid close to $100 with tip for my nails and toes. I will probably not return. read more

Me & my GF came in for pedicures. We called and it was easy to make an appointment over the phone as I wasn't able to select the Costa Mesa location online to book. The wait was quick once we arrived. My appointment was for 3PM. The shop was gorgeous and clean. I believe Nacy did my pedicure and I was satisfied with the process. She made sure my massage was timed and took her time with the color I picked out. It was a bright Orange Gelx out of there books. It's been 4 days and they still look great. I did experience some little slices/cuts on the bottom of both my feet im assuming it was a tool or something that was used after my feet soaked. My GF's experience was a little different. We asked for the same Deluxe pedicure, she soaked her feet got her massage and picked her color. She picked out of the same book for the Gelx (pink book). She picked a bright Yellow. The gal who did her pedicure explained she was going to use white under so the color would be brighter. Im not sure if this was the problem or if maybe she rushed through the end because they got a small party of 7 (walk in group) that wanted pedicures and needed the seats we had been in.. the girl next to me getting her toes done used the same nail color picking book we did and they used the UV light. Not on either of our's... Her toes looked nice and bright and only noticed a couple patchy spots once we got in the car. Honestly it wasn't a HUGE deal BUT Monday morning rolls around and we notice 3 toes on each side started chipping/peeling off. Overall we left the salon feeling pretty good much better then when we came in. Im going to go back and try them out again! read more

I had the best manicure from Wendy and Nancy worked so hard on my pedicure. I will definitely be coming back to them from now on! The service is amazing and all of the workers are so kind and caring. My friend got a pedicure from Lan and we spent most of the time joking around and enjoying each others company. These three are the dream team if you're looking for a relaxing and fun time! read more

JoJo Nails is my favorite salon in Orange County! All of their staff are true professionals. I had a dip removal and then dip manicure. My color is still vibrant, shiny and full intact nearly 3 weeks later. Amber was so patient and very detail oriented. I also had a 10-minute massage from Lane, which was incredible! I cannot recommend highly enough. Also, I have never been to a salon with SO many dip color options! Really wonderful salon and team - I've already booked my next appointment! read more

Made two appointments for myself and a friend for 5:30 manicures - didn't actually get started with our nails until 45 minutes after. They made us pay just before 7pm (when they were supposedly closing and while my nails were still wet/processing). Finished our nails up around 7:30, only to watch them take another walk-in for a full set service at 7:30pm. Not a fan and I'm really not hard to please ‍ read more

What a great find! Brand new salon, bright and clean atmosphere, fabulous skills here. Had a gel pedi and enjoyed myself immensely. Amber is adorable and did a fabulous job---she lovingly detailed my toes, which needed a lot of love in the time of COVID. Lily and Andy took care of my cousin's mani and pedi. Wonderful experience for us and we will definitely be back! Thank you guys! read more

I decided to try JoJo nails again after 3 bad experiences here and one good experience. There are hundreds of salons to choose but it was convenient so thought I'd give it another shot. I brought my husband with me and they said it would be a 10 minute wait... that was fine. After 20 minutes they started my husbands mani/pedi, but she only did the pedi and then left him in the chair while they did 5 MORE CUSTOMERS who walked in the door. We hit the 2 hour mark and they came back to do my husbands nails, disgraceful. We had asked every 15 minutes when they would return to do his nails and they were very rude, and said "you wait." Meanwhile non stop chatting in Vietnamese and since my husband speaks some Vietnamese we knew they were chatting about us. Since we were so upset that we had been in the salon already almost 2.5 hours since arrival we didn't get his nails done. Now for me, I had the worst gel manicure ever. Probably really old polish because it has bubbles in it. On the wall is a neon sign that says "Too cute to be True" whatever that means I don't know, but we will never come back and waist our time here again. The guy that works there says to call him "dollar bill" and seemed to think our situation was really funny. For a $55.00 pedicure/10 minute massage, and $50.00 gel mani, We will go anywhere else but here and get quality work done. Will post photos of the gel "manicure." Will NEVER come back here. read more

Nails by Tiffany! I'm so happy with these they are exactly what I wanted for a weekend in Vegas. The first time I got them done we did the nails separately so the gel didn't fully set long enough and they chipped within just a few days. I went back today and Tiffany restored them for me back to their beauty. We did each hand all at once and then put them under the light which I think works much better. I love! read more

I've been here about 4 times. My boyfriend got me a gift card here because of the raving reviews. I typically go to Luv Nails! The staff is friendly & the facility is very clean. Other than that, I do not see the value of spending extra money at this salon. My gel manicure peels off about a couple of days later which is very frustrating & shouldn't happen when you're paying $40 for a manicure. I will continue to go to Luv Nails from now on since it is cheaper & lasts way longer. I really wanted to like Jojo Nails, but unfortunately, I won't be returning. read more

I don't like it when nail salons are deceitful about their prices and lie saying things are included only at the end to charge for it. Overall my experience was OK but just OK nothing special and I had to ask several times to see the color I originally asked for. They always try to upsell and don't care about the comfort only about what's Fastest. FYI the 'JoJo' manicure does not come with gel even if they say that it does. read more
