We apologized and asked to move forward, but like a petulant child, Alan never responded. PLUS, the price the fix the unit was 1/8th of Alan's quote!!! Rich never showed up to look at the job.but sent an unreasonably high estimate which did not even include all necessary elements. it has been suggested by other HVAC contractors that the system was improperly installed. I would file a claim against them with the Better Business Bureau but the BBB does not even recognize them as a HVAC provider.
