He is always pleasant, professional and very polite. He made sure to ask if we have had any issues with our system since the last service, and whether or not they were addressed to our satisfaction. They provided a quote and phone number to do the job from one of the plumbers who came out. It was an LLC. When I searched the phone number, it was linked to a plumber and a driving school! Needless to say, did not go with them. Now, the reason we are here... along came Peace of Mind plumbing. Mike arrived as promised, quoted the job, and provided a date to install, no fuss, no muss.
