Trailer jack malfunctioned and they want me to pay $300 for it. No thanks. And I will tel the word to stay away. Clint the service manager was main issue Not to mention instead of trying to communicate with me in regards to an obviously upset customer you just tell me that I hit something which is false. Not to mention, the 20 something year old Clinton was so flustered about me driving through your precious rocks and avoiding being hit by the 17 traffic, he had absolutley no ability to even talk with any kind of service. And just to mention you guys should put some very visible signage over there, so someone doesn't have a similar experience to me. And Travis, for you to TELL me i hit something is just the icing on the cake. I have a very large audience and companies actually pay me to advertise to my 24k followers on social media and every single one of them is getting a full on review of the terrible experience I had at your dealership. Instead of telling me I am wrong and I hit something maybe you should have picked up the Phone and spoke with me realizing I'm a reasonable man that was pushed. Your employee couldn't even complete a sentence he was so mad about me driving through the rocks. And just so the rest of the people know, when we bought the trailer they didn't even ask my spouse for her id when signing the contract till after she said something. They were so happy we both had 800 credit scores and getting their commission they pushed it out the door. And the brakes failed on its first trip! Down a curvy mountain of course and with 6k lbs in the back. One of the most terrifying experiences of my life. They locked up and almost caused an accident more than once. They did fix it but beyond telling me I'm a liar that's the kind of quality control they have. This place is a joke and now the owner is calling me a liar. Really terrible biz practices and I can't even tell you how irritated I am. I live three hours away and spoke someone on the phone before I got there but when I got there I was shamed and told they couldn't fix my jack unless I paid $275. High desert trailer sales and Lamar should be ashamed of themselves. What a joke. There's a place in Apache junction called diversified give them your money instead of rollin the dice with these ding bats Travis, you're inconsiderate just like your employee and not a good biz owner. For you to jump on here and also try to say I'm lying is just trash and I will tell the world about this absolutley gut wrenchingly terrible experience.

In addition, I needed some other work which included replacing a side camara, removing the diamond shield on the generator door, "which he had to do anyways due to the damage from the chair", which would require repainting the whole door. I also ask him to prep and repaint the upper trim around the bus. He needed three colors to do the door but buy enough paint to do the upper trim also. since we were replacing the one side camera lets due a backup and the other side camera as well. I sent Brian pictures of the damage. Brian was prompt with the estimate and made a comment it was a rough draft but would work with me. Brian was paid in full buy the guy who caused the damage prior to starting the job. Brian indicated he had to finish a couple other jobs and should be able start in a week or so. This was around the first week of Nov. I had no issues with that because I was going to be out of state. Brian had a hard time committing to more than a couple hours of work when he did show up. He would say he was coming and not come. I would text him and he very slow to respond. Had to text him several time. I finally indicated to him he needed to communicate with me. He sent me pics of some of his paint work which look good and he indicated he owned body shop for several years. I don't like burning people on a review but felt my experience with Bryon should be told. Brians work ethics as a business owner for me were below my minimum expectations. Not Dependable! He started my job the first of November 2025 and has never completed the work. My last communication with Bryon was on January 1st. I had mentioned to him I needed it at Christmas. He replied not a problem..lol. First, he doesn't show up when he says he going to and when he did show up it was only for a couple of hours before dark. To help expedite the work, I removed the 3M film and 1/2 glue residual on the front of the bus. I installed the backup camara. The lower driving light was also damaged. He had purchased 2 so they would be the same. I ended up installing them. His paint was blow what I what I what expect from a previous body shop owner. Tape lines were off, he over sprayed silver into the green then clear coated over it after he told me he was going to fix the over spray. He ran out paint several times. If you any experience in having auto paint color matched, you need to have enough to complete the job and have a little left over. He was always trying to stretch the paint by thinning it to much which causing not to cover well. When he painted the front of the bus, he was in a hurry to leave and asked me to un tape it if it started to rain. Whether it rained or not he should have stayed and un taped it when the paint was still pliable. Needless to say, any I wasn't happy about that. with him running out of paint left several light spots on the upper trim of the bus. he was aware and said he would fix it. The wind picked up and blew off some paper that fresh paint on it which smeared onto other portions of the bus, He did not bother to clean that when it was still wet. I'm not sure if Bryon and I got off on a wrong foot somewhere or this is how he works. He has some great reviews, and I had read them prior to hiring him. As an owner of an aircraft repair facility for 25 years, aircraft repair and paint were one of my specialties which leaves me a little anal. I also offered Brian the use of my air compressor or any tool he might need. I sent a text to Brian on January 1, stating was getting a little concerned about what was going on and if didn't want to complete the job I would hire someone to finish it which included all his mess up. I have never heard back from Brian. Brian was very personable, but I would not hire him for any more work.

They replaced them, and at first, it seemed like everything was fixed. Unfortunately, the fix only lasted one use before the system went right back to not working. After waiting three weeks just to get into the shop, it's really frustrating to be back at square one so quickly. On the positive side, the staff was friendly, straightforward, and didn't try to upsell us on things we didn't need. Once our RV was in the shop, the turnaround was quick. But at the end of the day, what matters most is whether the repair holds, and in our case, it didn't. Bottom line: nice people, but our repair failed immediately, and that's not what you hope for when you trust a shop with your RV.

She was rude and difficult to deal with. At one point she called demanding our deductible check be mailed, without the job being finished. We had our black tank replaced, and it STILL leaks. Their excuse that a new tank will leak if filled all the way is simply not true, according to other RV techs. They've refused to fix the issue and badly overcharged our insurance company, which now won't work with them anymore. They made zero effort to rectify the situation. They do not stand by their work. I would not recommend them to anyone.
