The repair ended up being more complicated than originally thought and some grinding and welding was needed. Jordan was very knowledgeable and explained what was needed and why. They replaced them, and at first, it seemed like everything was fixed. Unfortunately, the fix only lasted one use before the system went right back to not working. After waiting three weeks just to get into the shop, it's really frustrating to be back at square one so quickly. On the positive side, the staff was friendly, straightforward, and didn't try to upsell us on things we didn't need. Once our RV was in the shop, the turnaround was quick. But at the end of the day, what matters most is whether the repair holds, and in our case, it didn't. Bottom line: nice people, but our repair failed immediately, and that's not what you hope for when you trust a shop with your RV.

My motor coach set a check engine light and set multiple codes while on the road to a family…read morereunion in Texas so we pulled off in Holbrook AZ and stayed at the KOA campground. The codes had to do with the DEF sensor. I called Cummins in Phoenix to see if they had any mobile service but they never returned my call. I googled mobile diesel repair service and found Brandon. After further discussion, we both agreed it was a bad DEF sensor. I located one with Spartan in Michigan and had it shipped to the KOA. My wife and I left the coach at the KOA and went on to our reunion. The part came in while we were gone and Brandon drove 3 plus hours to Holbrook and repaired our coach. Because he has the Cummins INSITE programmer, he was able to force a regen. Brandon was a true professional and very communicative. I was not worried at all about getting him into my coach. I recommend Brandon to any one in the AZ area, especially my fellow motor coachers Jim (Lake Havasu)

My invoice is dated May 26, 2021 and there has not been any follow from this company. I have tried three times to leave messages in the past two weeks and no one has ever returned my calls or made an appointment to finish the job that was promised back at the end of May. If they are not going to complete my original job, at least be honest enough and tell me and refund me the portion that you are not going to do.

They cleaned up after they finished and explained how to make adjustments if needed to the gate. I am very satisfied with their work! The side story: I have a turtle that needs to make its way back-and-forth from her pond area that is located on one side of the fence, to the other side where she hibernates or occasionally just hangs out. They measured the turtle before installation to adjust the height of the gate. After installation they brought her to the gate to make sure that she would fit underneath. I was watching from inside when they did the final measure, they were really gentle with her and I could see them smiling at her. Very cute!
