I had sought estimates from a number of Yelp welders in my area and a few never responded to my inquiry. "Joe" the owner of Legendary Designs Fabrication communicated promptly and we set up a date and time to inspect my gate. Joe arrived and was very professional and personable. I stayed in touch with him via E. Mails and he adjusted his schedule to accommodate me. Joe arrived on Saturday morning prepared to complete the repair. He had the equipment needed as well as the repair parts. Joe repaired the gate and adjusted the latch and my gagte now swings shut with no effort at all. I live in Sun City, West and our PORA office (Property Owner and Residents Association) keeps a…read morelong list of recommendations for any property thing you might think you need. They had two fencing companies who I lined up to do estimates and then I also picked two off of Yelp. Aldo Fabrication was not one of the PORA recommendations and was the lowest bid by far... and I initially had concerns thinking if I went with them, I might suffer from the old adage "you get what you pay for". That's not to say it wasn't expensive, because it was, but the other three were quite a bit higher. My contact was Jessica. I had two ideas for how to place the fence in my backyard. She completely understood my vision and measured accurately for each idea. She let me know that they would be super careful about utilities and have a locator come out to make sure we were safe. I was also concerned about my sprinkler lines because I do not have a plat showing where any they are. She assured me they would use care when placing posts. Jessica and every who worked on my fence at Aldo Fabrication did everything as promised in a very timely manner. The fence is beautiful and sturdy and they obviously did not cut any corners at all. Both gates swing open easily and latch securely. After the fence was installed, all weld marks and caps were painted and scratches were touched up. There is just nowhere that could've been improved upon. I'm literally blown away how the other three companies I requested estimates from are charging one and a half times what Aldo Fabrication charged to build this fence. Aldo request requested half of the cost of the fence upfront and the other half at completion and upon my complete satisfaction. They also offered a discount for cash. Finally, my neighbors remarked how the fence builders were as quiet and unobtrusive as possible. I found them to be very friendly and polite. The fence is EXACTLY what I wanted at a very fair price... and not a single elusive sprinkler line was hit! Thank you Jessica and Aldo Fabrication!

Unfortunately I don't recommend this unscrupulous and unprofessional small business owner. Roger…read morefrom Arizona Mobile Blasting came over to my house in February and gave me a quote to clean my swimming pool tiles. We agreed upon an April 1st date after he told me it was too cold for him to get in earlier than that. I should've have taken my cue at that point he wasn't really interested in doing the job. April 1st comes along and he's a no show. I communicated with him and he blamed his partner for a scheduling miscue and said he would "try" and reschedule me. Try? Any good business owner would immediately make some room and finish the job if he/she were honest and had some moral principles. Ten days later he still hasn't bothered to reschedule. Bottom line, he really didn't want to honor his phony discount. Roger, keep alienating and lying to your customers and you will soon be finding a new line of work. Good riddance.
