I work from home but he made things fast, easy and efficient to get on with my day and now gave me peace of mind. He was reasonably priced for such short notice and I highly recommend him for any of your handyman needs. Thanks Marvin!!

I used Yelp's extremely useful Projects feature to mass message several businesses with two issues…read moreI had: a running toilet and a busted ceiling light. I needed someone to do both because I know that repairmen charge a travel fee to come to your house and I didn't want to pay this twice by hiring two separate people. Lots of people told me they could only fix one problem. Gustavo was one of the handful who told me he could fix both. For those that don't know, many people in the repair business will want to do a diagnostic check on your issues so that they can give you an accurate quote. Some businesses will charge you for this diagnostic and some won't. As someone who loves to research, I only care about businesses that don't charge a diagnostic fee. Gustavo was so confident in my issues that he told me exactly how much it would cost and that he didn't do a diagnostic check. In fact, unlike literally all other people, he would fix the problem the same day that he messaged me. His pricing was very competitive. Unfortunately, when he went to fix my lights, we both found out that I had a completely different problem. (This is why most repair men do diagnostic checks to begin with) Even though it was different problem, Gustavo was confident in fixing it; it did make my cost increase by $45 but I'm glad that he could fix my problem so well. He was also friendly and didn't have a bad body odor like some other repairmen I've encountered.

We bought a prefabricated gazebo from Sam's Club and couldn't finish due to the summer being so bad, so once it was cool enough we started looking for someone to finish it because we lost the motivation to finish it ourselves LOL. Dean was able to finish it in about 7 hours BY HIMSELF which shocked us because we had 4 people put the frame together over 2 days. He was reasonably priced per hour compared to others who's whole business is to put pre-fabs together, yet wanted to charge their full price for BS reasons they claimed as potential "quality" or "liability" issues when half of the job was already put together.
