This is primarily about the Johnson RV facility in Fife,Washingto. We bought a Leisure Travel from Johnson in the fall. It was sold to us on consignment. The same week we purchased the rv my wife was diagnosed with Parkinson'. Our hope was to negate the purchase due to the circumstances but apparently that was not possible. Sense we hadn't taken possession of the rv we opted to sell the unite on consignment with Johnson. Well their offer to was $35,000 less than we and just paid the week before. Now the rv hasn't move from the lot since we purchased it. It was just detailed from our purchase and ready to sell due our purchase. We decided to take possession of the rv and sell it ourselves which is daunting due to our circumstance. The whole point here is there was no consideration to what was happening in our lives. It was sold to us said and done and no renegotiation of sale. The rv was detailed and ready to sell on the lot. It is still on their lot as we have been waiting to for delivery. I bought 2017 Pleasureway in July 2019, after getting a lawyer, the title finally shows up Dec 2019. With a lot of "excuses" as to why it was delayed. In the mean time I find the vehicle has a dangerous recall attached on the airbags. I want to return this RV, with total refund! I was not informed about any recalls. I was charged for plates and tags, when I told them I already have disabled veteran plates good for my lifetime! I do not pay registration fees! This company has FAILED AND POSSIBLY COMMITTED DEALERSHIP FRAUD. read more

Total lack of communication. We signed a purchase agreement 07/23 with delivery date 08/08. There were several items on the due list. I followed up with the sales person, Chris Redd on 08/05 and his email stated:" I will check tomorrow and send you an email. I'm sure everything is on track. Last time I checked everything was on. Someone from finance should call you tomorrow to confirm everything." At 3:30 the afternoon before delivery I received a call from Mikele telling me that delivery needed to be pushed out as some part was not yet available. Delivery rescheduled for 08/15, I talked to Mikele on 08/10 and she indicated that everything was fine and she would call me if anything changed. Her words "No news is good news." I called Monday at 11 am and spoke to Bob Humphreys who assured me things were a go and on schedule for 9:15 Weds, When we arrived at 9:15 on 08-15, there was a pretty red carpet and a sign with our name on it, but no rv. The receptionist escorted is to the lounge area where we waited....and waited. After 30 minutes with NO contact we went back up front to ask for a manager. Finally Mikele and another person (Rod ?) arrived to tell us that service had found an issue with the toilet and were just finishing it up. We went to breakfast and when we came back in hour, the coach was there waiting......yeah! The walk through went well and the service person Jennifer was friendly and seemed to know what she was talking about. One item on the due list was replacing the missing dinette table. Although the due order clearly stated that Johnson was to provide the table it seemed to have been overlooked. Mikele indicated that she would get it ordered and let me know when she had a delivery date. Alas, we were too naive to run the toilet. At home the next day the toilet did not seem to operate well and had TWO LEAKS!! I called Mikele Friday and left three messages. I called today and left multiple messages. At one point I was told she was writing up something and would call me back within 20 minutes....that was 6 hours ago. Oh, and going through owners manual I found recall notice for seatbelt issues.I called Renegade directly to find that the recall had not been taken care of and I would need to call Johnson to get it scheduled. Sigh. I am so disappointed in this dealership. Johnson RV went above and beyond what anyone could reasonably expect when purchasing a new motor home. I found my dream 2018 NEW Leisure Travel Serenity at their dealership on RV Trader and agreed to purchase it sight unseen from Los Angeles. I drove up in my 2015 t@b trailer and had an absolutely great experience. I won't lie, I was a basket case about the decision, the journey and all I didn't know buying my first proper RV. Everyone at Johnson was impeccably professional, patient with me, kind and knowledgable in their area of service. Crysta Rankin was my sales person, she was so warm and stayed with me every step of the way (even walking my dog in the rain!) Bob Humphrey gave me a trade in on the T@b and SUV I was happy with, and Michael Roan was extraordinary with financing and walking me through the warranty options, Ryan from Service was excellent--walked me through the Serenity, was patient with my endless questions and very good at explaining things. The service department was right there the following day when I thought things on the Serenity were faulty--but in two separate instances it was just newbie mistakes on my part. We are seriously looking for a specific class A motorhome. We found the one we were looking for at Johnson RV. After contacting them through their web site a sales representative called that evening, hours after our contact. The request was to provide a price for the motorhome. After four days and multiple calls they refused to provide a price unless we provided a $5,000 deposit and copies of our drivers license! I declined and requested a selling price again. The sales representative informed me that is not how they do business. I needed to demonstrate my commitment before they would provide a price. We declined and again said we just want a price. They sent the following message. "Our policy is simple. A committed offer means you will purchase our coach if we accept your offer. Offers are not entertained without that commitment. I'm sorry you have chosen to not give us the opportunity to field your request." This is not a customer centric business. They evidently don't know the definition of transparency in their dealings. You either do it there way or not at all. Here I thought this kind of shoddy sales tactic went away in the 80's. All they needed to do is provide a price and if it was competitive we would buy the coach. It does make you wonder what else they are hiding. read more

They treat you real well at Johnson RV. I highly recommend them for both service and for an RV purchase. After dealing with some real crappy sales tactics up at Poulsbo RV it was real nice dealing with these guys. Everybody we talked to was very nice and helpful. I'd especially recommend Brian in sales for his easy going but informative help, Jayson in finance for being helpful and finding us great rates and Art in service for a great walk thru on our purchase. I think we could have done a little better on the price but these guys seem to back the product and I'm sure if I find anything wrong with my used rig, they will make it right. What I really like is the added benefit of a rv dump which is very useful when coming home from the mountains or from eastern Oregon. Now that is service. I purchased a 2017 Forest River forester from Mo Rozema at Johnson RV. I know that usually people write in with complaints but I am writing in to express my satisfaction with the sales and service that Johnson RV has provided to me. On July 14th I had a service appointment with Linda in your service department. The objective was to go over my "punch list" and repair the items in my Rv. I was greeted by Linda and Jason. They took my complaints seriously and worked with Doug in the service department to resolve our issues. At the end of the day, Doug went over the issues with us and explained how each item was dealt with. One unresolved item is waiting a response from Forest River. If this is the way the Johnson typically deals with customers, then I would rate your company a perfect 10. Thanks so much for the wonderful experience. read more

(Strike # 1) Bought a 2006 Fleetwood Pacearrow, which seemed pretty clean for what it was. The buying experience was somewhat shifty. We needed to sign an agreement stating that we were ok with the terms of our loan being set at 4% interest and after both parties signs it means we pretty much bought an RV, both parties signed the contract. but when we came to pick up the motor home all of a sudden our interest is now 7% so much for a contract. (Strike #2) When driving home the TV mounted above (or should I say barely mounted by Velcro) above the dash fell down and hit my wife on the head and left a minor gouge in her scalp and also tore the vinyl on the dash. Johnson's did remedy the ripped dash and TV mounting issue however with new mounts plus also informed us that they are going to check all after market TV installations in all there other "Premium Pre-owned" units because of this event. (Strike #3) for our first maintenance check which was within the first year we owned it, the mechanic wanted us to see the condition of the oil, which was thick, pitch black slop. This is odd knowing that this was a "Premium Pre-owned RV" which Johnson's RV claims to only sell . You would think that a "Premium Pre-owned RV" would have had the oil changed prior to selling. Also the mechanic also asked if we heard rattling in the back-end when driving because the back suspension/sway bar had no rubber bushings in them which seems like this should have been in a "Premium Pre-owned RV" inspection. (Stike #4) We bought our Motorhome in Sandy OR knowing they also had a location in Puyallup WA which is 45 minutes from where we lived in Olympia WA, but when bringing our motor home there to have a leak fixed (which was not discovered in there "Premium Pre-owned RV" inspection also wipers that did not work correctly and a failing electric drivers-side window and ultimately a major slide-out controller module which failed soon after purchase. Their work was so bad that they actually shut down the repair shop in Puyallup because of it. so now I need to bring the motor home back to Sandy OR to have them fix it. which is 2.5 - 3 hrs away. (Strike #5) this is my fault, I should have asked for the Carfax because the more I own this motor home I can now tell that some pretty good body repair has been done to it which, of course, was not disclosed to us. Overall, I think anyone would do just as well buying from an honest private owner instead of having smoke being blown up their caboose from this shifty company...Premium pre-owned my butt, thorough bumper to bumper inspection my Keister! Ok, they did give us a red-carpet send off and a coffee cup with our picture on it, I guess that counts for something...right? I'm sure they had a good laugh knowing, in our excitement we fell for the whole "Premium Pre-owned Malarkey. Overall we love this motorhome because of the way it fits all our needs after we finally did our own bumper to bumper inspecting. To bad we had to pay for a luxury we did not receive from Johnson's Buyer beware!!! read more

5 stars on everything. I cannot say enough great things about Johnson RV. I stayed the winter close to Mt. Hood and would drive to Johnson RV in Sandy whenever I needed propane or other small things for my Airstream. They always had the best prices on gas. I happily gave them my service for both price and how friendly and informative the staff was. Then, something unfixable by myself happened with the electrical to my RV. They quickly fixed the problem, which was extra helpful since I'm living in my Airstream. Their technician explained to me what happened and how to avoid it in the future. The price was reasonable. I'm on budget and they did everything they could to get me out the door without an ulcer. Phillip, one of their employees, was on the phone with me every step of the process. I cannot thank him and the rest of the staff enough for being so great. Phillip even recommended me other great local businesses for needs that they could not provide me. I started looking for an RV to travel in now that I am retired. I did a lot of research before I went to any dealers. I had been to a dealer that called every week after my visit, but when I went in and talked to Ben Maddox he told me I would not call me, that he would wait until I called. Ben also spent about 45 min talking to me about what I planned to use the RV for, and was able to help me further define what I wanted. He showed me the RV's that fit the parameters that I had set up, and only those. I did not feel like my time was wasted in any way. When I called him back he looked at inventory when I went back in and I made my purchase. I haven't used the service dept yet, but am hopeful that they are as great as Ben was. Sadly I had need for the service department. I spoke to Jason and he sent someone (Tony) out to my location. My jacks wouldn't go up. Tony (I really need to get his company name) spent 2.5 hours working on the jacks just to get them to retract. I got my MH to Johnson RV and Linda Minnick took over because Jason was busy. She was amazing. I was frustrated, she was professional, and yet fun at the same time. She kept me posted on what was going on. I can only imagine her dread when she had to call a the day before I was picking it up to tell me a snag had been hit. It took 3 weeks to get it done, but they did in fact get it fixed. I must say, I am COMPLETELY happy with Johnson RV. All my interactions with them have been great. I will return when I'm ready to install solar panels. We purchased a 2005 Pleasure Way Class B RV in November 2014 from Johnson RV. It had one previous owner and only 20,000 miles on the odometer. The bathroom and the kitchen had never been used. Essentially, it felt like we were purchasing a new vehicle. The folks that work for Johnson RV are really nice people. We never felt pressured. When we found the RV we wanted, we settled pretty quickly on a reasonable price and made the agreement that we would purchase it. An issue came up around a generator and within a few days and after several phone calls back and forth, they installed a new one at their expense. On the afternoon that we showed up to do the final inspections and go over all the many systems, we found out that they had found cracks in the tires and put on a new set of tires at their expense. WOW! Everyone was friendly, helpful, and they spent hours with us to show us all the systems and to be sure we were ready to roll. This is treatment that we've never received at a dealership. Hats off to their customer service, their sales staff, and their support staff. I'd highly recommend this company if you want a great vehicle and reasonable prices. Ask for Katie or Brian. We worked with Rich to sell our RV. Rich was very helpful, thorough, and explained the process and expectations very well. He made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Unfortunately, the "finish" was different than we anticipated, as they found a soft spot in the roof that we did not know about. He was able to connect us to a wholesaler who was able to buy our rv, and still at a reasonable price, given the circumstances. Although I saw several I really liked, the price makes those not in my immediate future. However, Christa really listened to what I was needing and showed me a couple trailers I hadn't seen before (Prime Time). They were really great options, and Christa was terrific in finding me a great option and following up. I know my profile says "San Francisco", but every summer I travel to Washington with my PleasureWay ONTOUR (Class B). At summer's end this year, the heater in the coach failed just a few days before I was to return to California where I enjoy a lot of winter camping in the mountains of the Southern California desert. Winter RVing is no fun without a heater! I called the Service Department at Johnson RV in FIFE, WA to see if they could schedule an emergency diagnosis/fix under warranty. I spoke to Service Manager Deanne Stinson. She was sympathetic, but explained that she had no open service appointments for more than a month. I realized that I had no good options for warranty repair elsewhere. But what could I do other than accept the bad news? I was still pondering my plight about 20 minutes later when my phone rang. It was Deanne. She'd taken the initiative to talk to her Shop Manager, John, and she told me that they'd agreed to take a quick look at my problem if I could show up 2 days later when they opened their doors first thing in the morning. I showed up. They looked. John replicated the malfunction. Deanne called the manufacturer to confirm warranty coverage and was told that no warranty parts would be authorized until further diagnostic tests were run to check pressure in the propane line feeding the heater. So they did the further checking/testing. And they confirmed faulty line pressure... AND they were able to immediately remedy the problem without needing to await delivery of warranty parts. They asked to keep the RV overnight so that they could re-check it again the next day to confirm a 100% fix. They probably ended up spending 4-6 hours with my RV when they'd really had no extra shop time to spare. They got the heater working flawlessly. And Deanne made sure that 100% of the cost was covered by warranty. Obviously, Deanne didn't need to beg her Shop Manager to squeeze in my repair. But she did. The Shop Manager didn't need to find the extra hours in the busy shop schedule. But he did. Thank you, Johnson RV FIFE for exceptional compassion and exceptional service. You saved the day. In fact, you saved my entire winter season of RVing plans. Five stars. read more

I could write a book about what an awesome our experience was...in fact, I did and decided I had to condense, so I deleted my very detailed novel and will attempt to condense! We worked with both Mark Bridges at the Fife location and Nick Gunderson at the Sandy location as well as managers Jason and Bob. They did and unbelievable job finding the perfect coach for us while never allowing us to feel pressured. At one point we thought that we had found it and they worked out and excellent trade in value for our unit, but we decided it was too much of a stretch financially...No problem! We'll keep looking! Once the perfect coach was found, we went through and made our punch list of items to be fixed. A few days before we were supposed to pick up the coach, we got a call from Nick and Bob letting us know that there were a few things that they were not going to be able to get done in time. They knew we had already scheduled a camping trip, so they told us they had arranged for the coach to be picked up after our trip so they could finish those items and they would deliver it back to us. We got there for our delivery and they started going over the punch list and there were things on there that weren't on the original punch list. When I questioned it, I was told that those were things that THEY found and were going to fix! This is NOT our first RV buying experience and this does NOT happen!!!!! We had our red carpet experience and took pictures before our walk through. Before they sent us on our way, they told us that if we found anything else that needed to be addressed to write it down or call them and they would add it to the punch list! THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN IN THE RV INDUSTRY!!!!!!! We had a punch list with our previous RV that didn't get completed before we took it and we were told they wouldn't complete it because we took it before it was done! We did indeed find a few more things that needed to be addressed and called Nick to let him know. Every single item was addressed and fixed before it was redelivered. Both Mark and Nick have continued to keep in touch and confirm that everything is perfect. So, I didn't do such a good job of condensing... But there is sooooo much to gush about! Buyer beware - we wanted to purchase a used Class B and felt that going through a reputable dealer would ensure we would have a fully operable vehicle that went through inspections and be fully repaired. We were pressured to reserve a coach that they had acquired but didn't have on site. The salesperson ensured us that $5K down would put us in a great coach that would go through a thorough inspection and anything broken would be replaced or fixed. And, if we weren't completely satisfied then we would get our money back. We went over a month with minimal contact from Johnson RV even after multiple attempts to contact the salesperson and no one could give us any information or updates on when we would be able to see it or finalize the purchase. After 5 weeks of feeling like we were suckered out of $5K, we finally able to pick it up. Right away we noticed several visual issues that were not addressed or fixed. They had already given us a list of items that would require service once parts came in so we were able to add on items that we noticed at pick up. It was over a month before they would be able to get us a service appointment to install those parts or repair any issues. However, within that month we found several other underlying issues like the propane meter was showing full when the tank was empty, the clean water tank was filled with algae, seat belts were missing, etc. It became very clear that they had not done an inspection at all but rather just cleaned and detailed it without inspecting it. We are going on 6 months and after 3 visits to the service team, we still don't have all the seat belts or a functioning propane meter. They have claimed they have fixed it two times now and it's still not working. We are very frustrated and will not buy another RV from Johnson RV. read more

We used the rental side of Johnson RV and loved it! Tracey was super helpful in showing us everything and was available by text for questions. We rented a roadster camper van so we could get a feel for it before buying one. It was brand new, we were the second renters. Big props especially to Tracey who took amazing care of us and gave us great, personalized customer service. The rental contract was super clear and they also provide several instructional videos to explain how every piece and part of the RV works--hugely helpful since we were newbie RVers. The various "add-on" packages for cleaning, kitchen supplies, bedding and bath towels also made it really easy. Tracey responded to all of my inquiries and questions immediately. We will definitely go back to Johnson RV to rent again or even to buy if we go that route. We feel like we now have a relationship with them that will continue. This place will over charge you for your RV. They care until you buy your RV, then you are not important to them anymore. They will lie and tell you the extended warranty is handled thru them and it is NOT! If you have a problem they will give an 800 # that has nothing to do with them and that company is NOT nice. The service department is terrible, the woman there that books your service does not follow thru with your service request. I did report the problem to her manager however he is useless as well. Stay away from this place, they are a rip off and they don't care about the customer, all you are is money to them. read more

I had an interesting experience at Johnson RV in Sandy, Oregon today. I've not experienced this kind of crap in 30 years or so. Perhaps this is just simply an artifact of the discrimination based leadership in this country now. However, that too will pass. Walked in Johnson RV and asked if I could look at a specific model that was advertised on their website. Waited for he salesman to show up, and when he arrived, he started out asking legitimate questions about what I was looking for, which was great (even though I already answered the question). A long story short, the salesman eventually transitioned and probed consistently about my credit rating, as if I didn't fit the profile of someone that could afford to purchase from this used RV outfit. Based on how uncomfortable he was with his line of questions, I could tell this crap wasn't coming from him. Well sales guy (won't tell folks your name, because you're probably too young and inexperienced to understand the long term damage to yourself), tell your sales manager or managers they were wrong about this particular customer and never, ever let anyone coach you to judge a persons welfare based on what they look like! That is a "customer experience" short trip and even worse, there's zero money in it! I'm willing to bet, that my cash and credit purchasing power is far greater than that of a used RV sales manager that makes his or her living pimping previously damaged RV's. I could make a bigger deal out of this, however I value my time and money far more than debating this issue yet again in my life. I'm in the market for a Class A motorhome, I'm going to purchase one soon and I CAN pay cash for a NEW one if need be. After today's little extravaganza, I'm just not going to buy it from Johnson RV! One star My wife and I purchased a used RV from Johnson RV (Sandy, OR) in mid March of 2017. It was the day after the big RV Expo in Portland where they sold a lot of units so we were asked to wait two weeks before picking it up. Also, they said that they wanted to make sure that everything was perfect with our purchase. After an additional delay of two days we picked up the unit and drove it home. We planned to drive the RV to Texas and back the following week. While preparing for our trip we discovered a water leak under the galley sink. I called Johnson and asked when they could fix it. I was told that the service department was booked out to August and that they couldn't squeeze us in! I was told to find someone on my own and they would pay for it. Well, everyone else were booked several months out so we put a towel down and took off, hoping to get it fixed in Texas. On the second day we decided to start out early so left while it was still dark. This was when we discovered that we had a burned out headlamp. Within the following two days we also discovered that there was a problem with the rear axle, brakes and the parking brake. We had wondered why our cell phones wouldn't charge and discovered that the power inverter wasn't working correctly (only worked when connected to a shore line). And on top of that, two of our power outlets were completely dead. We don't understand how making sure everything perfect translates into what we ended up with. All of these issues should have been easily found during a mechanic's inspection. We don't think that an inspection was made - the unit was probably cleaned up a little and called good. How can a service department miss these major items? We are now stuck in Texas waiting for all of these issues to be fixed at a local RV shop. As for Johnson RV, we feel lied to, cheated and betrayed. If we could give Johnson zero stars, we could. UPDATE: Took the RV to a great facility (RV Specialists - Liberty Hill) and they fixed all of the issues we had. $571 down the drain because Johnson RV doesn't do what it says it does. We were on the road and developed an electrical problem with our Jeep toad. The lights worked fine and then the left blinker would activate both lights in the the back. After staying a few nights at Barton Park, when we went to leave the toad lights did not work at all. Usually a ground problem I probed the entire system but could not determine the problem. The very friendly camp hosts at Barton Park recommended Johnson RV. I pulled in and told the person inside my problem, within 4 minutes a mechanic Jeremy came out and began to troubleshoot. Long story short, they found the problem and it was indeed the ground. I had installed a new harness recently and it seemed that I had the brake wire and ground wires crossed. Full time RVer for two years now. Wife and I have been talking about class A rigs for a while now. We were staying near Mt Hood and saw the dealership and decided to drop in. Currently have a 2015 Ram 3500 and a 2018 Bighorn 5th wheel. Being retired I still make very good money. Now I'm not gonna waste their time or ours if I didn't see anything that caught my eye but I did. Tried a few class A doors and all were locked. Understandable be retired cop. But I feel that they judged a book by its cover. It was hot= tank top, I have two full arms of tattoos and a white long beard. Walked in and asked the only guy in the front if all the rigs were locked and he gave me the crappiest look and said most of them and went back to his phone. Did a quick look at a rigs exterior because I was pretty sure that's the make and model I was truly interested in and left! We rented an RV from Johnson RV to travel through northern Oregon and Washington up to the Gorge Amphitheater for several days. Upon arrival Tracey met us in the parking lot and provided excellent customer service and being first time RV'ers, made sure we knew the in's and out's of the vehicle before leaving. She also made sure we had the supplies we needed to have a fun successful trip. I can't tell you how much I appreciate Frank Borges and Johnson Rv. I purchased my holiday rambler and five days later I miss judged a corner and did thousands of dollars damage to the rear of my coach. This occurred right at the beginning of the Covid virus problems and so I didn't want to bring it in and have it get stuck here in the repair shop. It took me over a month to decide to bring it in but every time that I talked with Frank he was like "bring it on in whenever you are ready, we're ready for you" Being a full timer I would have had to pay hundreds of dollars (as it turned out thousands) for hotel/ motel while my rig was being worked on. Not with Frank and Johnson Rv. They have space allotted for customers to stay in their home when the shop isn't actively working on it. Full 50amp service and fresh water hook up and sewage dump and a beautiful view of Mt. Hood as a cherry on top! Johnson RV carries a lot of newer pristine used Rv's for Sale and although our HR is in nice condition it was probably the oldest unit on the lot in amongst the $300,000 rigs Frank never treated us as anything but their best customer. I just can't say enough about Frank's customer service attitude, outstanding!! He handled all the negotiations and paperwork with the insurance company. Even when my insurance was dragging their feet and denying things left and right, Frank never got flustered and just refused to allow the insurance company to get over on him (me). This is getting to be too long so I'm just going to close with this... If you need collision repairs and live anywhere close to Portland, Oregon come see Frank Borges at Johnson RV Collision center. I requested a quote and received a confirmation email, but never received my quote. Do they even have anyone staffing that department? When we went to the lot it was a ghost town, no one seemed to exist at all during the entire 45 minutes we spent both on the lot and in the building. I guess they don't want to sell? Maybe it's just an RV museum? I sure would have liked to have made a purchase. read more

Our experience with this dealer started with an ad on RV Trader. I contacted the dealer to request a price on a 19ft Airstream and spoke with Sammy. She confirmed it was still available and gave me the price. We set up a appointment the following Tuesday. We live a 2 hour drive from the dealer so I confirmed before we left they still had this trailer. Ten minutes before we arrived she called and told us someone else was looking at this trailer. When we arrived she said it sold. Since we were there we looked at other units on their lot but never saw the Airstream. My wife had her suspicions it was there to begin with. Fast forward, this same Airstream is still on RV Trader for sale by this dealer a week later! The only conclusion I have is this is a bait and switch. My second experience is when I called and asked about ordering a new RV. Sammy was thrilled to place my order and asked for my credit card info for a deposit. I declined because I wanted more details on the ordering process, fees, and refund policy. She said she would email me the info the next day. I haven't heard back from her since. No call or email. I don't know what to make of this? The bottom line is we ordered our RV from a different dealer! read more

I stopped in here recently because I was lost and needed a map. I figured they might have one, but what I got was even better. I didn't catch the mans name, but he took me inside, brought up a map program, looked up where I needed to be and printed off the directions for me. There were also two gals in the showroom who were jovial and nice. I wanted to give props to these folks for excellent customer service. We just purchased our 2nd motorhome from JohnsonRV. This time, after a couple of missteps from other salespeople, we ended up purchasing from Chris Redd. Chris really impressed us with his never quit attitude, timely follow-up, very hard work and honest representation. He's knowledgeable, sincere and extremely accommodating. There are many weaknesses at Johnson but in this case Chris built a relationship that created a sale. If my wife and I still owned our businesses Chris would be working with us. We should also mention Art, the man who walked us through our "new to us" motorhome. He really went to bat for us to correct things that should have been fixed prior to delivery. At the end of the day everything worked out but didn't need to be as complicated as it turned out to be. read more

I bought a 1999 Bounder a year ago from Johnson RV. First staff treated us very well. Service department ---- Toby is awesome he kept me informed what was going on with my rig and treated us very well. the repairs were done as fast as they could do them and when there was a delay Toby called me and explained why. They washed my rig, filled the propane tank and when I pick it up Toby told me everything they had done. would I ever buy another from them hell yes. Thank you Toby your the best. read more

This is a horrible place. We watched a video on a 2013 fifth wheel. We had a appointment to see it and was told it was still available only to find out this fifth wheel did not exist. The 2013 was a different color and was being lived in and unavailable. The one that was shone was a 2012 and not at all what was in the video. When we told the sales manager, he did not seem to care at all. This video is still on the internet, they have not even taken it off yet. Everyone please steer clear of this business! read more
