The pizza, spaghetti, & corn were loved by the kids. The kids also really liked the themed rooms in which one could choose to dine. We picked Toon Town. Bluey was playing on a big screen (as well as some smaller ones). It was a large room, but, even so, by the time we were ready to sit down to eat dinner, every table, except one, and every booth, except one, was visibly dirty. That was kind of discouraging. I am not sure whether they need more staff attention or if this may have been intentional since it is difficult to know whether someone is finished and has left or not since it is all you can eat. I enjoyed the peach cobbler. The ranch for the salad was great and made it very tasty. Salad, itself, did not look fresh. I am hopeful I don't get sick having eaten it. Ice cream area was a disaster. We did not even approach. There were cones crushed on the floor in front of the machine. There were cones crushed into and left on the overflow/drip tray of the soft serve machine. Having never been here before, the fun card sales choices confused us. We purchased a card with a certain number of credits and two rides. However, when we got into the "Fun World" area, we saw that the rides were each labeled with a certain number of credits anyway. **shrug** We went to the bumper cars, but no attendant was there, no lights were on, etc. so I assume it was not operational, or, for whatever reason, must have been out of service for the evening. The kids liked the Crazy 8 roller coaster. The carousel was disappointing. My kids paid their credits, got on, and when it started going, they noticed that neither one of their horses was moving up and down. They rode again so they could get the full experience on one of the 4 working horses, that actually did move up and down, but they had to pay another 14 credits (which was kind of a drag). Oh well. The glow mini golf was cute, but theft and vandalism had obviously occurred which made me feel a bit nervous and admittedly less than perfectly safe. The backs of the giraffe and tiger figure had been bashed in (I am assuming with golf clubs). There were many missing balls and even more missing clubs. I can't imagine how so many people are able to get away with stealing that stuff. (There are warning signs that say one is under video surveillance.) There was also one young man serving as security guard near the entrance/exit. One of the main draws for my kids (what made them want to come here) was the Incredi-Bear mascot who is pictured many/multiple times on the John's website as well as throughout the restaurant. They figured they would see him (just as every guest sees Chuck E Cheese, at some point, during the course of one's stay in that pizza establishment). Eventually, my son asked an employee when Incredi-Bear would be coming out. To his disappointment, the worker told him he only comes out on holidays to which our son replied, "Yesterday was a holiday, but when we came, you were closed." :"(. It makes me sad to see such repeated disappointments involving this place. It was very difficult to get some of the games to read our game cards. The cards are not the thick, hard, plastic you get in competitor's establishments. John's cards are more like card stock. When we swiped them multiple times, eventually we could get them to work, most of the time. It was, admittedly, a near-constant frustration though. My autistic son never got the Down the Clown machine to work, and that is one of his favorite games. That was too bad. :"( He tried to play one of the NFL 2-minute drill games, but so many of the footballs had been stolen that he had nothing available to throw for much of the time and was left watching seconds ticking by on the time clock waiting desperately for one of the few balls left in the machine to drop within his reach. . Again, I just found it disappointing and sad. In the buffet area, I noticed a guest "Code of Conduct" posted on the wall. One of the first few guest "code of conduct" policies was that no baggy clothing of any kind would be tolerated. Right away, my mind jumped to wondering whether we may be in prime gang territory? I can't think of any other reason that would be so high on their list of concerns. One good thing was that they had a good game selection. There were newer games you would find at Dave and Busters, Round 1, etc. also, the credits do last much longer than the competition. We were there for probably about 3 hours. For that amount of money spent at Dave and Buster's we would have only lasted about an hour (AND THAT WOULD NOT HAVE INCLUDED FOOD) so it is a pretty great value. I would have appreciated the employees being more welcoming and helpful, but it wasn't as though they were bad, rude, etc. I don't think we would come back to that location, but maybe we might try another one sometime if we can find one in a little bit safer area. read more

This place has went all the way down to the bottom of the hill. They didn't even have plain cheese pizza to serve or a veggie option. The baked potato insides were all brown. Brownies rock hard. They no longer have fried chicken just prison chicken nuggets. All of the cups were filthy. Ice cream machine didn't work. Desserts not labeled. The hot water tasted like coffee favored water. I just pray I don't get food poisoning. Mind you it was a weekday and maybe only about 30 guests inside tops. Honestly prison food may be better. read more

Horrible! I'm a professional housekeeper and the food was always short, the area not cleaned or the floors. I asked a couple young employees why this was so, one said she didn't know and another person said the manager. I never seen a group of employees with no smiles and appear to be so unhappy about their jobs. Half the games, ride etc not working. This place is a scam, don't go! We paid for 2 hours of play time for the kids, plus food and "fun cards" using a Groupon. We were told when we arrived that the kids should use the purple games first, and then the 2 hour time limit would start once they swiped on any of the green games. Based on that information, we used the points for the purple games first, then we at lunch, but when we tried to use the 2 hours of play time on the green games as we were instructed, we discovered that the kids only had a few minutes left! We spoke with a manager, who reluctantly said he would "add an hour" to the cards. He even told us 3600 seconds equalized "almost 2 hours" (it's actually 1 hour). So in summary, we were given bad information by an employee, then the manager wasted our time and failed to resolve the issue even after I showed him the receipt. We will not come back. read more

I was excited to give this place a visit. It has been a long while since I visited John's Incredible Pizza, but at Westminister Mall(closed down, sad). Tuesday is pretty mellow, with light foot traffic and a few vehicles in the parking lot. Which is actually pretty nice. Today wasn't crowded at all. It seems clean and organized. I wonder how it is like when the traffic increases during the weekend. Upon entering and proceeding to the kiosk to purchase pass, I've noticed a sign. It displays, no chicken available due to availability, was really disappointed, cause that's my go-to choice when coming here beside Pizza. Anyhow, if you're purchasing a pass, I suggest purchasing through another source like Groupon for a greater price package. You'll thank me later. The pass includes 1 entry, all you can eat, plus a drink, 2 hrs of game plays plus rides, along with a $10 ticket game play. Well worth your buck. This place is good for events such as birthdays, graduation, and even reunion. They have birthday cakes for purchase at a price of $29.99. Also balloons and more at additional cost. Not bad, you'll definitely enjoy. There's plenty of seating area to choose from with different themes and such or a private room. The game selection is huge, but I feel like it's all the same, and some are old or broken down. The machine that's not operating has no sign posted, and some have a crack glass wall. I've even seen a piece of computer hardware on top of one of the game machines. INCREDIBLE, alright! There's bumper cars and a mini roller coaster rides inside, plus a neon miniature golf, too. Looks nice, but the experience is okay! Was really disappointed on the wait to flag a staff member, and when I spoke with one, I still have to wait another 10 minutes, about 20 minutes(estimates with plus minutes) total just to be helped. Overall experience was okay! Kids friendly, definitely! This place is unique in their own way, from design and presentation, it's pretty nice. If you're in the area, stop by. Share your experience. Everything went well, food was decent and kept flowing plentiful. Pizza is great and everything else is mediocre. But being able to eat and drink until your heart is content, is a dream for the kids. Staff kept coming around to clean tables. I took away 1 star because more than a handful of the games did not work, and on 3 separate occasions in this visit the staff gave incorrect info instead of just saying idk or finding out. My party planner assigned to us was Promise N. and she was a gem. She was so helpful and patient. Keep up the good work girl. We were very disappointed with our visit. The food quality was terrible, we saw gnats around the food area, and the cookies were being taken straight out of store packaging, not freshly made. There wasn't much "real" food to choose from, and what was available was poorly prepared. The cake was dry and had a weird batter taste, and the nacho cheese smelled bad and clearly wasn't made properly. Also their spoons were not cleaned well. Everything can improve. First i wanted to eat nachos so i took the nachos and poured the cheese. Once i took a bite the chips were good but the cheese was dry and very salty tasted like the cheese has been sitting there for a long time. The potato disgusting it was dry and had like a little crust on the bottom side. So i really don't recommend coming here at all. WORST experience EVER. read more

This place tries to cheat you. We reserved a room for my son's bday party. We verified a guest list number including those receiving the party package with game card and those adults who are just taking part in the buffet. We also had a few kids who are 2 and under who are considered free. They confirmed that we would be reimbursed for the guests that didn't show up. We'll, by the end of the party reservation, we had some "no-shows". Tried to get reimbursed and the girl claimed that the number of guests that we reserved for were all accounted for. Which is impossible because I had my list printed out and I checked off people myself. I spoke with the manager, who then tried to rationalize why it appears that all of my guests were accounted for, including that I could have been charged for the kids who are 2 and under, as if that made it all OK. Even if it were so, I was still owed back a few buffet packages. She said she'll check on how many ppl actually entered the party room and she'll get back to me. I told her where I'd be sitting so she can find me. Well, I stuck around for another 2 hrs socializing with guests and the manager never returned. I even passed by her at the buffet and she turned her head trying to ignore me. Since my son and guests were having a good time, my husband and i decided to not make a scene and just eat the costs. Needless to say, we won't be having a party here again. Quick tip: If you're going to reserve a party here, reserve with a smaller guest list then you're actually expecting. Its easier to pay extra on-site for more guests than to try to get money back for those that don't show up. read more

I've never been here and it was my first time. My daughters had coupons from school. From the start I was very sad and annoyed because they said we could only use one coupon for family ! Which I don't think is fair because obviously both my daughters earn their coupons. Anyways I decided to pay for my other daughter but once we were in I was. Having trouble getting the play card I asked a lady for help but she was very rude super rude acting like I should know how to do it but like I said it was my first time. I had to walk away and gather myself for a second because I was very upset and didn't want to fight or get into a verbal altercation especially in front of my children and other children. God is good though because once I went to try and get the play card again there was a sweet guy I which I remembered his name to give him a shout out but he was so sweet and helped me through the process. After I heard other customers also having problems with play cards as well. My children loved it and the food was delicious. But honestly I don't know if I will go again. read more

We were guest to my nephews birthday party. Our 2 host Reigh and Alysha were super great! They had so much patience with all the kids running around. They kept making sword balloons for the kids, it was great! I don't think we could have gotten better host than Reigh and Alysha. Also the buffet area was so clean and nice. We encountered an issue with ticket machine and 2 staff members were on it right away. Apologies but don't remember their names. I just assumed it's one of those places to have a kid's party. I knew nothing else about it. Then one day, my cousin decided to have her kid's 6th birthday here. I had everything planned: go workout next door (which is how I learned about these digs in the first place) then grub after. Okay, I didn't get to do the workout-next-door part, but at least I got to the party on time. There is a different line for private parties and for general/daily guests. I got through with no problem and didn't have a problem finding my party. First impression: man, this place is HUGE! Who knew! I mean, look it, they had their own mini-roller coaster and mini-carousel, so yeah! HUGE! Lots of arcade games to keep both small and big kids entertained. I didn't get the chance to try any of them out, but there are plenty of choices! The room is well decorated with balloons and all the trimmings. Staff also had a couple of games for kids to play. Mascot and characters were also brought out for photo ops. It was great times watching my niece have an amazing time with her cousins and friends. Food is on the opposite side of the arcade area. It is buffet style and any emptied out trays are refilled pretty quickly. It isn't just pizza (which they had plenty of different kinds!) but there are other choices: pasta, salad, bread, dessert, etc. There's even a beer area for adults! The choices are surprisingly plenty. FOOD: 4. SERVICE: 5. (They don't mess around with clean up!) VALUE: 3. (I can't really comment on this since it didn't come out of my pocket, so average should be fair.) PARKING: Huge lot shared with others. Not going to be an issue. OVERALL: 4. The only thing that may make this place better is if there was an easier access to the food from the back. When your reserved room is in the back, it can get tasking going all the way up front and then going all around just to get to the buffet. Dave and Buster's might have a serious competition here... It was a great first run and I'm glad I finally got to experience it. Planning a kid's party? This might be the place. Planning a family day out? This is also a good place.
