    A uncut personal pizza.
    Mariah C.

Came here with my niece and nephew. It was an okay experience, we ordered two personal pizza and pretzel bites. When we got the personal pizza they were uncut. I asked for butter knife so I can cut them myself and they didn't have any. I saw that the cut the big pizza so don't know why the personal pizza aren't cut in 4 slices. Second they told me my order would be ready in 15 mins it wasn't ready for 30 mins. They forgot to give me my pretzel bites and then handed them to someone else and I had to wait longer. They didn't have enough cheese for my order and told me is this enough. Not only did they take forever but they didn't even have enough cheese for my pretzel bites. Honestly out of all the times I have been here this was my worst experience. Also we came right when they opened. There touch light up floor games were not working for 1 hour and a half. Mind you they just opened it took someone finding an employee to fix it. They should have all this up and running before even opening. In the toddler section they have a structure that had the biggest hole in it. They should completely shut it down from the bottom instead of letting kids still climb in it. The also didn't have any of designated to the swing or the bar so parents had to help bring in the swing. I think overall they need to be more organzied and have orders out correctly. Really sad this experience was not it because my niece and nephew love coming. Also it's very frustrating that parents sit at the tables of 4 and it's only 1 person. While others are looking for places to sit and eat . I feel like there should be a seating area and a eating area and parents shouldn't be allowed to stay at the tables if they aren't eating. , also I feel like there should be a capacity of how many people are let in it's just overly crowded today.

The slide/jump in the background was closed.

Had some pretty low expectations after reading other reviews, but overall we had a good time. We were attending a birthday party. I've taken my son to the Cerritos location many times before for Little Leapers (early hours for 7 and under kids). This was our first time here. This location has more high tech stuff going on, is a lot more crowded, and does not have air conditioning. (The kids got SO sweaty! Many would stand for minutes right in front of the fans/vents.) But I didn't see what others commented about as far as things being broken and busted. I found the restroom to be clean. There was a shortage of workers which meant several of the attractions (zip line, tall slide, and others) were closed, and there was usually only one employee roaming around and keeping an eye on things. Overall, you probably just have to keep an eye on your kids yourself, or hopefully they know how to take care of themselves and not hurt others. Two of the boys in our party got hurt, but it was mostly because they were playing basketball as if it was football, or because they were ignoring certain rules (like no double jumping). If you're going to let your kids run off by themselves while you chill or eat at a table, things like this are going to happen here. One young lady ran the entire birthday party once we got into the private room. She did an admirable job considering she was flying solo, and I have no complaints about that. Parking is a bit challenging right now. Like I said, overall, it was a good, sweaty time.

Broken toe - placed on modified activity for 2 weeks.

Please be careful if you come here, there is a lack of clear safety guidance. I went on the trapeze and ended up leaving with a broken toe. Before I got on, I asked a staff member ( twice) if the length of the trapeze would allow me to safely swing back. Both times he said yes and specifically added "yeah if you want" with no safety instructions. Unfortunately I trusted the staff member and when I swung back, my legs slammed against the platform. The impact broke my toe, and I had to go to urgent care. My colleagues immediately came over to check on me and showed genuine concern, but the worker did not care, was not responsive, and offered absolutely no consideration for what had just happened. This should not have happened. A simple, specific warning "make sure to lift your legs when swinging back" could have prevented the injury entirely. I trusted the staff member's reassurance, and that trust directly led to an avoidable accident. This is a fun place, but please be careful, especially on the trapeze. Make sure to lift your legs when swinging back, and be extra cautious so you don't get hurt!

My guests and I had a blast at SkyZone on Saturday, April 26th celebrating my son's birthday. SKYZONE made our experience absolutely seamless, magical, and memorable! Keith took very good care of me and my guests. He provided names of all guests who checked us in, the room was set up as scheduled, our Host was an absolute doll who entertained the kids with guessing games, and they assisted my sister when she lost her phone! The entire staff at SkyZone are so very professional, polite, and friendly! I'm so glad they have people to ensure the safety of other children checking age, height and sizes. Our toddlers were safe and the big boys ran throughout playing away from the smaller ones. Even the adults got in to play. Everyone had a great time! We visited the park before the party last week and saw a kid broke one of the swings. I was impressed to see it was quickly replaced a couple days, in time for our birthday venue!! Lastly, the SECURITY was friendly and peaceful. They were amazing GATEKEEPERS! I truly appreciate the way staff treats their guests there! We will be frequenting that SKYZONE LOCATION!

The good: My toddler had fun jumping here. Outside of trampolines, they had a ball pit, slide, swing, basket ball trampoline area and some interactive games. The music is bumping. The staff were friendly and informative. Membership is $36 per month with an adult add on pass for $12. Standard day passes are $31. The bad: I wish the gated area past the lobby was socks only. I'm confused at how half the parents are wearing shoes there and half are wearing socks. And then referees and staff are also wearing shoes onto the trampolines. It seems cleaner to just stay consistent with what areas are no shoe zones. The foam cubes are super worn down and broken up. Even my 3 year old didn't want to jump in because she said it was dirty. There were lost socks in there. The trampolines had large clumps of dust and thread bundled up. I saw a piece of spit on one. They told me the ball pit area was for toddlers but I'd say it's not the safest for toddlers still. Lots of kids jumped without looking into those areas so my 1.5 year old didn't have many places to be. The bottom of the net area in the "toddler" area had lots of debris and pieces of broken equipment. The party tables are close to one another even if you're in a different party. It was extremely busy on a Sunday. The referee whistle isn't heard by all. They should have an intercom because they did hand motions to tell kids what not to do but I noticed half of the kids didn't understand or didn't see them motioning. The parking lot was very full so people parked in the red lane and temporarily loaded things from the handicap spot. I smelled weed in the lobby. Food options are limited. The interesting: We learned about this place from Blippi. It's better for slightly older kids. Some kids here looked huge. The springs were looser than I expected so the trampoline bounces deeper than I expected.

We had a group of toddlers to 10 years old to go hang out at the Sky Zone and let the kids have some steam off running around. Some parents said they really liked the additional options at this Sky Zone and had more things to do than the one in Westminster and will definitely be visiting this more often. I personally liked that there were more than just trampolines or one type of things they can do and also for parents, too. Staff were friendly with QR code and everything ready. Check-in was easy. And check out was easy too. There are tables enough for all parents to hang out and if too tired to make food, they can buy pizzas/drinks/ice cream/etc. Great for a rainy day. Would recommend to others!

The. Business is unsafe due to the lack of ac they have available for an indoor trampoline park. There is nothing being monitored in regards to the ratio of guests versus the capacity of the venue during a heat wave. In addition the temperature conditions are unsafe for all age groups yet the business is operational. Today the heat wave inside the venue destroyed my 8 year old cousin birthday party. A kid left in an Ambulance!

Booked a party here all the employees were great and friendly. Worked hard for the whole party and did it all with amazing smiles Thank you all so much Danny and Serena you guys so much!

My younger grew up in the recreational program, we did everything from mommy and me and she went through the classes as she got older, joined the JO Team this past June. I personally didn't think she had what it took, but trusted the gym's judgment...and she's been thriving. Her coaches overall were great, and we even still have moments where rec coaches who work seasonally will come back and be amazed at how much she grew! My oldest has always been on team and we have had injuries, but she had a great season last year. I appreciate how much all her team coaches (Carmen, Toya, Mike, Jim, Kevin, Savannah, Sophie, Jazz), Courtney and the front desk team support her. Having so many coaches for the team is wonderful as they all offer something different in terms of coaching style and personality fit. No place is perfect, but what I do appreciate is that you can have a transparent conversation about how your child is doing / how together we can partner to help our kids progress in a safe way. These conversations may not be easy but the intent is shared that the gym also wants what's best for your child. My oldest has a mental block from breaking her arm twice and the fact that she's at the gym and love gymnastics still is a testament to how much the coaches and the gym cares. I've had conversations with the coaches and Courtney about how it's more than just gymnastics, but how their time at the gym shapes their identity and who they grow into so I appreciate the macro view this gym has vs it's about level / skills / medals. The Xcel coaching team is also excellent - we trained with Curtis on the pre-team prior to JO and we loved him. Kelsey also worked with our girls and is so supportive. It's clear how much the coaches here care about the kids. The gym itself is so well kept in terms of equipment and safety so it's nice to see the pit is cleaned and everything looks clean vs at some gyms there's a lot of dust, fraying, and wear. Lastly, we are not in cheer (sadly), but love Neda and Sammy's energy, and can't think of better coaches to lead this team.

It is way bigger and has a ZIPLIIIINE Which sits to the far right side away from the toys! This gym is BIG compared to the other one we went to and there is so so much for the kiddos to do! One of the many things I appreciate is that while there are several swings I noticed on days when it is more crowded one or 2 are removed as to avoid kiddos swinging into other kids . However, how the gym is set up makes that less likely if a child walks the perimeter. While not because of the swing but this cute horse ramp thingy My owned kid mowed down a parent who was in her line of fire and it was both HILARIOUS (Me and the mom cracked up about it) I apologized to the mom and moved the toys back to where Ms. Tiffany originally had it -which would have avoided the accident in the first place (So my bad :-) ) I have so many things to say about how much I Enjoy We Rock The Spectrum! But the main thing is I can tell this place is run with love, integrity, and passion! We Will be back soon! *The Long Beach location closed a while ago which is why I am comfortable comparing the two. If they were still in business I would not have mentioned them.

Update 2: the owner has all ready edited their unprofessional comment towards me twice since they…read moreposted it. I received two Yelp notifications today, 5 days after the fact. Despite the edit, they are still making up lies about my child. They've also changed the language of the original comment. For example, from "my son" to "the owners son" I guess in an attempt to make it seem like someone else wrote it. It's weird if you ask me. Nobody is attacking you. If you deem every negative review as an attack against you then you should hire someone else to manage your social media. It's a bad look. I won't comment any further. Changing your comment towards me and editing it after I've responded to it is another sign of distrust. Hire an attorney and proceed with legal action if you think I'm lying. I will happily repeat everything I've said under oath and I have a witness. Update: the owner responded and essentially accused me of lying by saying my child did not get hurt there (she did although it was an accident). If that doesn't show you the level of professionalism at this place then I don't know what to tell you. To address her claims, my daughter was not upset on arriving. She became frustrated in the waiting room while we were waiting to fill out the form. Once she got into the gym she was jumping and shouting for joy. Nice job leaving that out, really helps build trust. The kid on the zip line had to be very close to middle school age. There was another kid close to middle school age as she mentioned who was likely her son. Neither one of those is the kid who stepped over and fell on my daughter. That kid was in elementary school and likely 6 years old or so. The parent even apologized when it happened. I'm guessing your cameras didn't catch that or you are being deceitful, either way it's concerning. Why else would we come in and leave after 7 minutes? I'll stand by my statement that having kids close to middle school age riding on a zip line in an area where autistic toddlers are walking around isn't exactly what I consider safe. There should at least be some padding or something blocking the path. Everything I wrote in the review is true. Instead of calling customers liars, go back and check your cameras in the play area again. My original review: If you have a toddler with autism, I would highly recommend against this place. I am really surprised that it has such a high score. Usually reviews are reliable. We took my 3 year old daughter who has slight autism here so she could check out a new place. They have you sign a liability waiver and I see why. The first thing I noticed is there are a lot of people packed into a tight area. The "gym" is about the size of our living room, maybe slightly bigger. There was a decent number of people in here for a small area. There are kids that are very young, and kids that look like they are close to entering middle school mixed together. They have a zip line, which is nice for older kids, but incredibly dangerous for kids that are toddler age. I would imagine most toddlers with autism cannot participate on the zip line, but easily could stumble into the path of it when an older kid takes off on it creating an incredibly dangerous situation. We had to keep moving our daughter away from the path that it travels as an older kid was riding it non-stop. They have a rock climbing wall, but I imagine it would be pretty hard to climb safely without shoes on (kids and adults have to remove shoes) as the parts that you step on to climb up are incredibly small compared to a normal rock climbing wall. They are about 1/4 of the size of the ones at Anderson Park, just for comparison. I just can't see how that would be comfortable for the child in the slightest. We were there for a whopping 4-5 minutes before an older kid bowled over my daughter and caused her to get hurt. She was sitting on the slide area and the kid just stepped on her and fell on her. Again, it seems like an incredibly bad idea to mix older kids with autism and toddlers with autism. $16 seemed like a fair price and the positive reviews had me excited to take her there. We left after only 4-5 minutes, $16 down the drain. I let the front desk person know this isn't a safe place for toddlers on the way out the door. They should have scheduled times for certain age ranges instead of mixing them all together. I can't think of any other establishment whether it be a daycare, school, therapy, etc where they mix kids of all age ranges together in small area with equipment that could cause possible injury.

They keep a numbered list of guests who sign in and put that number sticker on the gift they bring. So smart! I'd say the target age is probably 3-6? I know they advertise for older and younger, but the best parties I've been to are 4-5 year olds because they can actually enjoy the big slide and use the play areas with minimal adult support. The parties are completely private, so no mixing with the public. They do pizza and cake service for you. They are friendly. The birthday kid gets a king's crown and special seat at the head of the table in their party room. The only "complaint" I'd have, if any, is that the kids have so much fun in the play area that sometimes it feels rushed once we get into the party room for cake. Also, the location is a bit random, they do have a parking lot, but spaces seem limited if you come during a hot hour. Despite that, it is very easy for the host.

I had never…read moreheard of Scooter's Jungle, and didn't know what to expect but was so impressed by the way the event was run that we hosted my son's birthday party at Scooter's Jungle a few months later. The reservation process was easy and the staff walked me through each step and checked in when they said they would to finalize details. Once we arrived, they helped to unload our car with the supplies and basically set up the party room themselves--which was awesome and looked great! The kiddos are given a quick breakdown of rules, and then we all went into the Village Arena. I really like that you get the play and dining areas to yourselves. They ran around like crazy for about an hour and half. There's a huge indoor slide which was fun not just for the kids, but also the adults! I wasn't sure if we should book the village or ultimate arena, but for kids ages 2-10, the village arena had more than enough bouncy houses and activities to keep everyone entertained. We had two staff members assigned to our group, I think their names were Eddie and Jacob? They were seriously fantastic. It was nice to have people step in to help with moving the party along, and also with set-up and clean-up. Their help made the party so much more enjoyable for me as well, since I could focus more of my energy on my son and our guests. The food was yummy, the staff was great, and the space is perfect for little ones. Oh, and there's quite a bit of flexibility on the food items you can bring in which can help to cut the overall cost down. If you're looking for a venue that has a private play and dining space, maintains a list of attendees and their respective gifts and cards, handles loading/unloading vehicles and set-up/clean-up, AND provides food options all under one roof--then Scooter's Jungle is the spot for your kiddos next birthday party extravaganza!

I really appreciate Sheila's help coordinating and planning the party. Everything went smoothly. She was very helpful with the flow and made announcements. This helped the guests stay with the program. There was also a bracelet station for kids to enjoy. That was a fun bit. The decorations were beautiful! All the kids loved it. I'll definitely keep this place in mind when it's time to plan our kids' birthdays again! The place is on the smaller side so I'd recommend it for a party of 50-60 guests. I do like the size of the play area being a bit small so the kids are easier to spot. ZoomiZoomi is located on the second floor, right by Dick's Sporting Goods.

No matter how hard you try to Google map this location, the exact location won't show. The Google map will just show you that it is somewhere in the mall. Keep in mind that Del Amo Mall is a huge mall. We learned the hardware by parking 1/4 mile away. The way we found out is we had to look at a touch map inside the mall. It was quite confusing because the legend is not stationary, it rotates 180 degrees from your location. Always remember it is by Dicks Sporting Goods, nothing else. This place is hidden on the 2nd floor. It looks like a store. Deceiving looks from the outside. Arrived at this location which we were greeted for checkin under the birthday boys name. You must take off your shoes to enter, so make sure you have clean socks on. The other way is to wear some plastic booties, but it is frowned upon. That option is usually used as a last resort, like not wearing socks. The party was private, you can only have 1 party at a time. You self cater your food and drinks to the gathering. You can even bring a cooler with alcoholic beverages! Which is a plus for grown adults. Social and gathering with adult beverages males the conversation sweeter. This place is not like a chuckie cheese, it is more intimate with a core family since it is private. Its small so it may seem tight to move around. Place accommodates a jungle playground with plastic balls. Enough for the little ones to be entertained. There is one host that works there to assist with the games, food and photography (someones cellphone). That worker is very helpful. The other host works at the front counter for admission. Also you can even hire a character to visit and play games. Surprise appearance by Sonic! Woot woot! Overall, it is small and private. Good enough for 50 people. I will throw a small gathering here on a rainy day, cold or Superhot day only. There is nothing a public park cant provide that zoomi offers. Especially on a warm comfortable day. :) Lots of parking at the mall. Friendly helpful workers (only 2 of them). The 2 negative things is that stood out is removal of shoes and 1 restroom to use. Overall this place will get the job done to celebrate an ntimate birthday party. Fun fun ! Package pricing is unknown, I was not the host but assume it was a good deal since 90% of the party resources was purchased outside of the venue. Comfortable, cozy and small.

I had a good friend locally who had a son who was a parkour fanatic and she recommended Urban Youth Park. We both received friend sign up bonuses, so hopefully that is still being offered if you're thinking about sending your kids to parkour class! The instructors were engaging and fun, and the classes decently structured. The classes are by level, not age. Open gym time is also offered and they frequently have fun weekend night time events, like nerf gun parties. Located inside the now struggling South Bay Galleria near the Macy's. Easy entrance from both the Macy's and the Q LUV side entrance. We unfortunately had to move again unexpectedly and the staff were very accommodating with figuring out how I can use the remaining classes I had already paid for the month. We wish we could have continued to come to the fun parkour classes here. My kids always got a great workout and left nice and sweaty. Thank you so much!
