Came for a birthday party. The hostess was great. The food from the buffet was surprisingly good. Types of pizza I had: pepperoni, combo, chicken alfredo, spicy peanut butter, and chicken alfredo. Highlight for me though was the fried chicken. Kiddos liked the blue slushee. Desserts were pretty good. Yeah, a bunch of games seemed to be out of order, but there were plenty others to play. The little roller coaster was actually pretty fun. I read other reviews beforehand, so we did not use the restrooms. read more

Give it 4 stars because I didn't see any employees sanitizing any games. But overall the experience was lovely, only about 2 games were out of order which was great!! Then there's a buffet with a salad bar , pizza bar, pasta bar and a ICEE station. They have many rooms most are reserved for parties but there's others where you are welcome to dine, they also play cartoons on the screen. I mean it's such an amazing place they even have margarita's!!! It gets really congested later in the day so try to head there early especially if you have little ones read more

We had such an incredible experience with Tijera at the bumper cars. my daughter is 5 and it was her first time going solo on the bumper car. As a parent I was very nervous and anxious to let her ride alone. Tijera was very kind and respectful to my fears and really made me feel at ease as she was so sweet with my daughter and validating towards my feelings. She had so much patience and kindness towards myself and my family, that's very hard to come around these days, and we are very appreciative of her work and everything she does for her guests. it wasn't just her giving great customer service but giving great customer experience. We've gone twice. Once at the end of November during Thanksgiving break and today. Both times we arrived at opening and pretty much had the entire place to ourselves for the first hour and a half. Please keep in mind that the pizza isn't ready at opening. Both times we waited just a few minutes, maybe 15 maximum and lots of varieties came out. My children love coming here. For the rides and games of course but they especially love having their lunch in either the Kaleidoscope room or the toon room at the front. Today there were no cartoons playing in the toon room, they had a football game on but they did have some kids shows in the last room, the kaleidoscope room and my kids really enjoyed the show with their meal. There's always PLENTY of parking and the staff is nice. The food is okay. It's what you would expect from a buffet. Pizza, breadsticks and pastas, some salad. But the prices are really reasonable. We don't come here often but once in a while for the kids as a treat is fun. If you want a less crowded experience and environment, I would recommend coming at opening. read more

They stood around and did nothing then when we asked if they can refill our drink pitchers one of them had an attitude. Rude & unprofessional. They also rushed us out of our room. the party was over at 4:30 and at 4:30 we started to gather our stuff then our "party host" got a different worker to tell us that they were gonna charge us $200 extra for the extra time we took & it was just 4:35 when we left. We had it sorted out with a manager but the fact that they would pressure us is not okay. Will never go here again. Rude & Unprofessional. Save your money Save your time. read more

I was impressed after attending an event at John's Incredible Pizza - Carson location. So, I booked a birthday party online a month later. Booking online was pretty easy and you're able to edit your order at anytime. From the start to end employees and managers were very professional and very accommodating. There's plenty of food on thier buffet line. I recommend going when they first open. As the day progressed, there are a few patrons with kids who are sloppy and leave their dirty plates near the clean buffet line. So, I understand the previous reviews of the mess. Blame those flithy patrons! So, arrive early because the buffet line is fully stocked, clean, and you don't have to deal with it being crowded. Bathrooms were clean. Games, bumper cars and indoor mini roller coaster were great! Our party was hosted by Alexis Asberry - she was very professional and awesome with everyone, especially with a group of kids. I wish there were more "Alexis'" in our world! Very professional. The price point is very cost effective, especially for very large groups. My twin boys had the most amazing time celebrating their 7th birthday here! Joaquin was our checking-in person and he was so gracious. He also helped us with all our questions, since this was our first time here. Our hostess, Ryelle was also very attentive and made sure the boys got a sword/ crown balloon, brought drinks She and the whole team made sure our whole party was taken care of. Worst place to have a birthday party! I purchase a room for my daughter for 1hr in a half. It was so hot in there the AC didn't work we were sweating in there. The food was so cold nothing was refilled there was no cups for the soft drinks everything was so dirty . The staff there were not friendly at all. Went outside to take all the gifts to the car and had to wait for 20 min for the staff to check the cameras to let me back in. It was not worth my money never again will I host a party at this place. read more

This was a bizarre experience, an odd mashup of a pizzeria, an arcade, a mini golf course, and a carnival. When my friend told me about it, I thought he was pulling my leg. While the food wasn't spectacular, the fact that it's only $20 for an all you can eat is enough to balance it out. Definitely made more for a younger audience, so bring the kids there to entertain and feed them. read more

Literally was there this past Thursday evening & someone needs to rate this spot here on this app ASAP. To begin with, the food service was ridiculous! Every section of food was empty, there was no pizza, no salad, no pasta, no desserts,nothing. The food kept taking way too long to be served so you kept seeing people just standing around with plates in hand waiting for more to be out. The soda machines were out except 1 that barely disposed of any ice &the worst part was the silver ware that was disgustingly stained!Every spoon, fork &plate I kept trying to reach for, looked stained almost as if it had not been properly washed. It was seriously so gross just thinking of how many people had actually used up those utensils throughout the day. The game area was okay I guess, since it was probably because it was a week day & it was not as crowded as I would assume a weekend probably looks like but even then there were games that requested a worker to assist you &one would have to haunt them done for kids to ride those games. Overall not coming back to this location with my children, mainly because I think cleanliness for me is a MUST at a restaurant &in my opinion this restaurant was just not it. read more

First time doing a get together here and honestly I would suggest not to do this location. I waited over an hour to have a table cleaned. I asked a worker if they can come clean it and she said "yes. The guy is cleaning the first room and willl be here shortly." I thanked her and proceeded to wait. No one came 30 min later and our guest had arrived to I had to clean up the table in order for us to sit. So I moved all the plates from the party before to a different table for us to use. 1 hour into our party they finally decide to clean. If I would've waited for them that's almost 2 hours for them to come and clean. Then where would we have sat down. Now I understand it's the weekend it gets packed but that's is to much. Mind you I was not the only guest who came and cleaned just so they can sit down. I would recommend to not come here. They had no plates or silvaware was never clean or ready for us to use. All the food labels were in the wrong places. The salad bar area was a complete mess and never restocked. read more

I hosted a birthday party here on a Friday evening. Supervisor gave me a tour as I had never been there before. I then booked on line the week before my party. The day of the party all was smooth, guests enjoyed the food at the buffet. One of the many positives is that the location is so large that it never felt crowded. There were also dining rooms away from the game room for additional quiet. All employees were so very nice. I only wish my particular party host had been outgoing. They were sweet but very quiet. The Party room was clean, buffet area was also well maintained and the games were not sticky or gross. The manager Jorge came to check in with me twice. Overall my guests and I had a very nice experience. Would recommend and I would use them again. And I think this is a great place to have a Friday evening dinner with the kids. read more

Was there last weekend and I have to say after having a previous party at another John's my expectations were high. And now I'm just highly disappointed. Food was decent. But for about $400 and it was barely a party. The kids enjoyed being in the room that was dimly lit for $50 extra to make it the "glow experience". Our party host mentioned playing games and entertaining the kids but it only amounted to a couple balloon animals/swords and some glow in the dark vampire teeth. She dropped off the pizza and carafes but She kept leaving as if she was distracted. Not much engagement. Seemed to be a nice young lady but also seemed to dislike her job. I don't think I'll agree when my boyfriend wants to throw our daughter another party. I'll be looking for alternatives. read more

Perfect place to go for my 4 year old. She had a blast. There's a little of everything for her - games, rides, food. She enjoyed being able to swipe her card and play whichever games she chose. Worth the price and a $30 game card lasted us 4 hours! We went on a Friday at opening and there was no one there - we pretty much had the place to ourselves. Some of the game machines weren't working and finding an associate was tough. They seemed to be short staffed but I guess with few people there, they didn't need so much manpower. Anyway, games and rides were cool. Now, the food. Unlimited pizza and drinks sounds amazing but options for kids with special diets were limited at best so taking advantage of this deal wasn't an option BUT if you do eat pizza and soft drinks, this is a steal! Will definitely be back! Oh, and cleanliness. The place was pretty clean and so were the bathrooms. I was actually surprised at how clean. I do wish there were disinfectant wipes around though - guess we'll have to bring our own. read more
