Today Mr. Hoffman from Gen-Tech came to do an estimate for a new generator. When he saw that I have a generator he advised me it was possible it could be repaired rather than replaced. He then diagnosed the problem, replaced the faulty part, and ran a test to demonstrate that the generator does work! So now I have a working generator again, and at a fraction of the price it would have cost to replace it with a new one! Many thanks to the company, and they will have my business in the future.

They had to replace a few parts and part of doing so meant they had to go around to every baseboard and let air out. It was a big job that took a couple hours but they were friendly and respected our home by taking off shoes, etc. we felt the price was spot on. We'd definitely call these guys again.

Armor looked for a new board for us that evening then sent a technician out on Christmas morning at 9AM to check the unit. They were able to find a new board on Thursday morning and installed it at 10AM. We can not say enough about the level of service as well as knowledge of the unit. Mark and Nick at Armor were genuinely concerned about our access to heat and due to two space heaters, we were able to stay at home and made our Christmas dinner. So he tells me he needs more money to finish the job because it was more than he thought. When they come back the following day, I asked him to show me what was more than he thought.
