He called me back an hour later to see how I made out. So my hat is off to him. PS: he answered his own phone at 7:45 in the morning as he was getting in the shower! They were able to find a new board on Thursday morning and installed it at 10AM. We can not say enough about the level of service as well as knowledge of the unit. It actually raised the temperature in my house. So I call the company that afternoon, which claims to have 24 hour service, and they offered to schedule an appointment for the following week. You have to literally argue with them to get service. Eventually someone came and after several hours later got the system working. Seems after installation, no one tested the system to see if it actually worked. Now for the ultimate insult, after the thousands of dollars I spent and the numerous frustrations I've had with them, they had someone deliver to my house a coffer cup with candy and a ball point pen stuck in it. That sure made me feel better. My advice to you, DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.........EVER.

After thoroughly cleaning it, he found out that I needed a new condensate pump, quickly went back to the shop to pickup the part and came back to install. He was thorough and professional. I appreciated him explaining how to keep it clean to prevent any gunk from building up in the future. I am very happy with the job and would call them in the future as the need arises.
