They had to replace a few parts and part of doing so meant they had to go around to every baseboard and let air out. The gentleman, who turned out to be the owner, took the time to listen to my concerns and asked questions regarding the matter. He instructed me to contact his office and inform them to have them schedule him specifically to come to my home at first availability. He came to my house, assessed the situation, and had one of their service reps come to the house to make identified adjustments at no charge. I couldn't be happier that the owner took the time to listen to my concerns and provide such excellent customer service. The service rep was pleasant and polite and did an excellent job. You can't even discuss with them what services you need because they know nothing about the plumbing business or even where Buffalo and the Southtowns are. I used to call their office directly , explain my problem and get an appointment quickly and with the right parts etc. and the plumbers were fine. But now it takes me longer to make an appointment and get the message across as to what I need done than the actual plumbing appointment takes. I'm going elsewhere with my business.

Seems after installation, no one tested the system to see if it actually worked. Now for the ultimate insult, after the thousands of dollars I spent and the numerous frustrations I've had with them, they had someone deliver to my house a coffer cup with candy and a ball point pen stuck in it.
