They had to replace a few parts and part of doing so meant they had to go around to every baseboard and let air out. The estimate was done in a timely manner and was professional. I do like that the owner gave me the estimate right away on the spot and seemed to know the cost of materials. I appreciated the timely manner of the estimate and the professionalism, I always do at least 3-4 estimates before scheduling any job, so it'll remain to be seen whether I go with Bright Star, but I always live by the rule to get at least a few estimates for any job over $500. EDIT: I did find their quote to be on the higher side after getting a comparing estimate, but it could have just been this particular job.
