To have top personnel come out on the job, is absolutely a plus. Second, I watched and asked questions in the beginning- they were not at all annoyed but in fact answered everything I had to ask. They were very polite. Lastly, after they were done, the cleanup was as if you never knew they were there. GS insul cleaned up every step of the way. None of my bushes that were in front of the house were damaged. They were careful and respectful every step of the way. They also did my attic and my crawl space. I am ready for winter ( and summer as well ) no more winter drafts. I cannot emphasize how pleased I am with the service and outcome of this rather large project. I wholeheartedly believe that you won't be disappointed in the results of using this company.

(that review is also posted) Jon quoted removal of the entire existing driveway, installation of 4-6" of subbase material, use of rebar 2' on center and 6" of concrete with a trench drain. Overall, I was very impressed with the quality of Jon's work, and the fair price that he quoted me to do this work. The pictures say it all- he is a professional mason, in my opinion, and I would recommend him to anyone. Note that I reached out to him after seeing another job that he did on 5th Street in Allegany, which was another impressive job. If I had one area of improvement to offer, communication was limited during the execution phase, so there were times when I wondered when he was going to return to continue the job. Overall, he completed the job in a reasonable time, at a great price and his work was very high quality.

Ken came out for a free estimate and let us know it would be several weeks before he could fit us in if we decided to move forward. Ken was in frequent communication with us, keeping us posted on a time line. When they did arrive on site, they kept us informed every step of the way. They even work around our horses as we have no other area to keep them. I am in love with our new fence!!!

To start, we had Ken come out to our property back around the middle of March, before COVID stuff went into full blast. We received a full estimate for agricultural fencing and it seemed fine. We contacted him a bit later, beginning of April, saying we were happy to move forward. He told us he had some other jobs lined up, but would come bring some machinery in to start getting posts in, especially because the no-climb fencing we wanted would take a while to get in... Well, that didn't happen. He told us he was having issues getting all of the materials, but he'd still be coming to do posts in the evenings/weekends. We heard nothing. Nothing came to our house, no posts were put up. We called, and told him we would be okay doing half of what the estimate was, especially if he was having trouble with getting the rest of the materials. It took weeks to get a phone call back from him. It's now July 6th and he still never contacted us back after saying a revised plan was fine - to be clear, we were also happy sticking to the original plan, we just wanted SOME fencing for our horses. I realized COVID had made it hard to get some materials, but we started this process way before spring AND summer. All we wanted was consistent communication. If he wasn't interested or couldn't handle the job, he should have just told us so we didn't wait months for someone to just NEVER SHOW UP. Completely unprofessional, and I would warn any of my friends away from this company. If he was still having issues getting materials, FINE! He never ONCE called us without us having prompted for a call back from him. Just keep us informed! If you're going to own your own business, communication is half the job. He doesn't realize he has totally screwed us over, and inherently, our horses. Our horses still have no pastures, no other fencing companies can do it until end of September/October because we waited so long for him to return our calls or even reach out on his own, so we had to contact other fencing companies in the middle of their busy season. Absolutely beware. I would honestly just go with someone else if you actually ever want to see fencing go up on your property!
