I got the quote the same day. I already had 240 service in the garage, but I wanted the charger in a location that required installing additional wiring. They thoughtfully and carefully ran the wiring up through a storage space above the garage and minimized the amount of visible cable in the garage. The charger they provided is a highly rated Emporia. The two guys Matthew put on the job were Jonathan and Jay. They were polite and knowledgeable. They took the time to ask questions and gave updates as they completed the work. They cleaned up afterwards. They finished the job in about a half day. They provided professional level service and clearly enjoyed what they were doing. I am extremely happy with the work they did. I'm also happy with the price I paid for this product and service. Matthew and his crew deserve 5 stars. Before I retired, I was a professional buyer in manufacturing and also ran Supply Chain organizations within those companies. They quoted me $7000+ for a new A/C. When I asked for a quote to just replace they fan motor, they said they would get back to me. It seemed crazy to replace the whole A/C when there was nothing wrong with the coolant line or compression. Didn't hear anything so reached out a week later. They said they couldn't get the part. That my A/C mount was different and requited a special size. Bullshit. I went to S-S Electrical (on Seneca St), bought an A/C fan motor with the same specs as my old one, and changed it out myself for $200. Problem solved.

It actually raised the temperature in my house. So I call the company that afternoon, which claims to have 24 hour service, and they offered to schedule an appointment for the following week. Seems after installation, no one tested the system to see if it actually worked. Now for the ultimate insult, after the thousands of dollars I spent and the numerous frustrations I've had with them, they had someone deliver to my house a coffer cup with candy and a ball point pen stuck in it. That sure made me feel better. My advice to you, DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.........EVER.
