Sal is the man! I have been using his services for about 2 years now and have been happy with every visit. He always makes/takes an appointment, keeps it, and does great work. He is the first person I call when I have an issue or question with my house and he can usually resolve it. Highly recommend! read more

Contacted multiple times over several months seeking estimate... aside from an automated text, nothing. May not be in business anymore.

Won't pick up the phone. I've tried calling four times and each time I get an automated text message and refusal to call back. Call me old-fashioned, but if I'm going to have someone in my home performing expensive work, I want to know who I'm working with over a conversation, not robo-texts. read more

SS Electrical Services is the best I have ever hired. I remodeled several houses over the years so I have seen it all, the good, the bad, the mediocre, and now the best. Sal is the owner. He was here in person, hands on and overseeing everything to be sure it was done properly. He earned my respect for his expertise, accurate work, problem solving, communicating, keeping appointments, and dependable follow up. Sal was quick to respond to my initial request for an estimate. Then he did exactly what he said he would do for the reasonable price we agreed upon ahead of time. He was fast and organized. Over the course of the job, Sal kept me informed when any unexpected issues came up. He laid out the problem and options so I could decide how I wanted to proceed. He listened carefully to all my concerns. He ethically stuck to his original estimate. Overall, his energy and enthusiasm made it a truly pleasant experience. I was so impressed with their first days' work that I immediately hired SS to do additional electrical improvements. When you finally find someone that good it's worth bundling any work you need done and get it all completed while you have someone who will do it right and on budget! We are very satisfied with everything SS Electrical Services has done for us this summer. read more

Very professional and customer friendly. Also, took care of coordinating with power company and other needed services and inspection/code requirements. That saves lots headaches and time for us. Will not hesitate to call him again next time should any electrical problem happens. We give him a 5 star ration. read more

Fast, friedndly service. Explained the process well. Completely understand all the positive reviews. Great experience! Took the time to find the root cause of the problem instead of selling me a more expensive option. Very rare to find that kind of integrity. You'll be getting all my future business. Thank you Sal! read more

Whenever I've called other electricians, I regret it. Sal knows what he's doing. I had some poor electrical work from other electricians and Sal was able to fix it. Whenever I go somewhere else for electrical work, I end up regretting it. I definitely recommend SS Electrical Services whether you're running some lights, running some new lines/power or you have a larger rewiring project, SS Electrical Services makes sure your job is done right and to code. read more

Sal is very helpful with all my concerns. He gave reasonable quote. I did check out other company but found him responsive. He got back to me in a timely manner. His service was fast and he was very friendly. My daughter was very talkative to him and he was very nice and chatted with her. I would recommend this company. When I texted him about something he responded quick. He was very knowledgeable. He went over all the details with what he was working on. read more

Sal was professional, relaxed, charged a reasonable price, and figured out how to make my requests happen even if they were a little more complicated than I anticipated. Sal is going to be my first call for electrical needs in the future. read more

Sal was awesome! We encountered an issue with the fan installation and he improvised and made it work! Huge problem averted! Also removed a couple of light fixtures and replaced with new ones. Works quickly and is very courteous. I will be hiring him again to hang multiple new light fixtures. read more

I called Sal on a Monday looking to have an outside outlet repaired and see about installing another. He came out that Wednesday and replaced our broken outlet with a much better product than had been there previously. He provided a quote for the new outlet the next morning and came out the same day to install once accepted. He even replaced an outlet inside the house for us because it was dated and sharing the same wall of the outlet he was installing outside. Basically, he replaced 2 outlets and installed a new one within 24 hours. Very reasonably priced and gave us a little discount on the work preformed day 2 because we were now "repeat customers". We will definitely call him again for any electrical needs! read more

I had trouble finding an electrician for several projects we needed completed in our home. Eventually, I posted a general inquiry through Yelp and the first - and very quick - response I received was from Saleh of SS Electrical Services. From his first correspondence to his visit to determine the scope of work and estimate, through the work he performed yesterday, Sal was very professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. His work was excellent, his estimate very reasonable and we look forward to using his services again very soon. I highly recommend SS Electrical Services! read more

Can't say enough about how great Sal was. We were running a heater and turned on a vacuum which caused the power to go out in 3 rooms. The circuit wasn't tripped, though, so I was thinking that our breakers might be old and need replacing, because it sure seemed like a tripped breaker. I Expected it was going to be $$$ and I said so when Sal got here. He took one look at the box and said nah, everything in your electrical box is good. 10 minutes of detective work later he found the faulty wiring and had it fixed! We asked him to fix another switch in another part of the house, and he took care of that too! Sal was fast, personable, professional, smart, and HONEST. Super reasonable price. Highest recommend! read more

I called to have an outlet replaced and he came out same day to swap it out, including a hardware store run for the exact outlet with safety precaution. I appreciated his immediate response and even more so his immediate help! read more

Sal was fantastic! I needed two ceiling fans installed, recessed lighting installed down a hallway and a chandelier installed. Sal picked up all of the supplies and even exchanged a switch that I wanted on a dimmer. Sal cleaned up everything at the end of the day and checked in with me as to his progress. The job took two days which I found very reasonable. I felt extremely comfortable leaving him alone to work in the house while I ran a few errands. Absolutely trustworthy!! Sal did a great job on the installation. I would definitely call again for any electrical work needed. I highly recommend!! read more

I asked for a quote using Yelp, SS Electrical Services was the first one to reply. After getting a few more replies I still decided to go with them because they had the best price and could fit me the next day. Saleh showed up on the time we had agreed on and quickly figured out that the issue with my hall light was one of the switched had gone bad. He replaced it and had the light working in less than an hour. Saleh was friendly and professional. He even installed (free of charge) the light fixture that a previous electrician had taken down while trying to figure out what was wrong with the light. I would use again if/when I need any electrical work done and would recommend! read more

Sal responded quickly and was able to replace some light bulbs in our church sanctuary that were 30+ feet off the ground. Hugely helpful!

Sal did excellent work in a short notice to add two new outlets and two new circuits to keep AC units from tripping the breaker. Sal also wired and installed a bathroom vent fan for me and cleaned up after the job was done. Good value and good to deal with. I would 100% recommend. read more

Sal at SS Electrical is a very personable young man. He came right out to give us a quote. When he said he'd show up, he showed up! He cut a bunch of new electrical outlets and wall sconces, as well as a ceiling fixture, and his cuts were nice and precise. He installed the sconces very fast and professionally and they look beautiful! We're already looking for new projects for Sal, as his business is also a Handyman service as well! read more

Very glad I reached out to SS Electrical Services. Sal was very responsive, reasonable, and professional. It was very difficult to find an electrician who actually responded and was willing to come give an estimate for the work I was seeking. I highly recommend and will be contacting again if I ever need more electrical work. read more

Sal responded within an hour and was at hour house the next day. He is super reliable, efficient, and good at what he does. Highly recommend his services and he will be our go-to electrician in tthe future. read more

The experience was wonderful and very timely! I asked for 2 second floor bedrooms to have non-exististing ceiling lights and switches installed. I got quotes from other electricians that were too expensive and booked out a month or more. Sal got me an appointment to get my much needed lights in less than 2 weeks and the price was very reasonable! He even cleaned up after himself. Wonderful. Will always call him for more electrical work! read more

Sal is the best. Recently purchased my first home (lots of electrical issues/lack of electrical, indoors & outdoors.) He's been nothing but responsive & on time. Quality work, done right at a fair price. Best part, he doesn't drag out labor time. Jobs I was told would take a week, took ONE visit. Appointments are usually 1-3 weeks for non-essential stuff, but well worth your patience. read more

Sal was great! Called to ask if he could come over earlier. Checked and rechecked our electric range and circuit breakers. Found that our electric line was good. He said he would just look at the range before he left and opened up the back and .....surprise of surprises......found that a small mouse had gotten in to the range and electrocuted itself and shorted out the range. We had the Sears repairman in a few days before and he never even looked in the back of the range. He said simply the stove was o.k. and that we should get an electrician look at our circuit breakers. Sal said he would even come back...no charge....if the new range we get doesn't work. Sal was neat, clean, thorough and had a great sense of humor! read more

Saleh was wonderful. I contacted multiple electric companies for quotes on upgrading the electrical in my garage. I originally requested a subpanel, outlets, conduit extension, etc. Saleh was the last person of 3 to come quote me, but I am so thankful I had him come out. While here, he walked me through everything and even discouraged me from spending unnecessary money on a subpanel because of the alternate solution he could offer me. When Saleh left, he sent me a quote within hours. Another company took 10 days to get back to me. Not only was Saleh the fastest with returning to me with a quote, but he was the cheapest option for more work to be done (new lights, tear down of old electrical wires, outlets, breaker, etc... he even replaced a light without me asking him to do so and filled some holes in my garage without me asking). He scheduled me in very quickly and stuck to his schedule and plans. I definitely feel I got my best bang for my buck with him. Super thankful I found him on Yelp. read more

We had a laundry hooked up and we needed an electrician to install an outlet for our washer and electric dryer, called a bunch of local electrician and either they won't answer calls or won't show up at all until I found SS Electrical and Handyman Services through Yelp. Sal responded quick, answered all our questions and got us scheduled right away. He did great job installing the outlet and he is very knowledgeable. We definitely recommend him and will call him again whenever we need an electrician. read more

We recently purchased a home that had no lights/fans in the bedrooms. Saleh did a great job running wires from the light switch to the ceiling and installing new ceiling fans for us in 4 bedrooms. His pricing seems fair and he came to give a free quote for the job. He has been extremely professional and even cleaned up after the job, which I really appreciated. He is coming back in a few weeks to complete more electrical work. Highly recommend this company for electrical work! read more

I had a light fixture that I had a hard time connecting to a 3-way switch. Saleh answered my request within minutes of looking for help and scheduled an appointment for the same day. If I ever need additional electric help, I'll look to contact SS Electrical Services in the future. read more
