Today Mr. Hoffman from Gen-Tech came to do an estimate for a new generator. When he saw that I have a generator he advised me it was possible it could be repaired rather than replaced. He then diagnosed the problem, replaced the faulty part, and ran a test to demonstrate that the generator does work! So now I have a working generator again, and at a fraction of the price it would have cost to replace it with a new one! Many thanks to the company, and they will have my business in the future.

It actually raised the temperature in my house. So I call the company that afternoon, which claims to have 24 hour service, and they offered to schedule an appointment for the following week. You have to literally argue with them to get service. Eventually someone came and after several hours later got the system working. Seems after installation, no one tested the system to see if it actually worked. Now for the ultimate insult, after the thousands of dollars I spent and the numerous frustrations I've had with them, they had someone deliver to my house a coffer cup with candy and a ball point pen stuck in it.
