I reached out to shutter city for a free estimate. Bob promptly responded and a date was set. He arrived on time for our appointment. Bob is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He did a great job of explaining our options. He also had different samples for us to look at which helped in the decision making process. Once we made our decision, I felt that his price was fair for the quality we were receiving. It took about four weeks for our ten shutters to arrive. We scheduled an installation date and time. Again, Bob arrived on time for our install date. After a few hours, our shutters were installed and they turned out wonderful. After installing the shutters, Bob explained how they operate. We had a great experience with Shutter City and I would recommend them to anyone.

Removing and reinstalling them during a renovation earlier this year didn't help. Trace came out to the house (exactly on time) and identified several issues that could be fixed right away, then said he'd need to order replacement parts to complete the overhaul. He immediately took care of the "right away" repairs - which meant taking down and rehanging both sets of blinds. Ninety minutes later he called back - parts in hand he could come the very same day if I was available! I am so impressed by the service, expertise and attention to detail. Highly recommended

Ciera kindly offered to order me temporary paper shades to help cover the windows as I waited for our new ones to come in. The install was super smooth. I appreciated that they used shoe covers inside and made sure to vacuum and clean up the best they could. I'm glad I was able to support a local, family-business that sells high quality products. Ciera, Jesse, Lacey, and Sheena were all fantastic. From measuring the windows to the install, we could not be happier with our purchase and experience. We received two quotes while shopping for shutters and 5 Star made the choice easy when they provided a lower price than a big box store, plus supporting a local family business was the cherry on top. We were notified yesterday our shutters had arrived and they were installed today. The Norman composite shutters we purchased are gorgeous and transformed our home. I cannot thank Jesse and Lacey enough for the thorough, professional, and respectful install today. We had family over during the installation, and one of our relatives plans on using 5 Star for their project. If you are like me and spend a lot of time researching before a purchase, do yourself a favor and call 5 Star Shutters & Blinds. You won't be disappointed. It's been a while since I have experienced personalized customer service like they provide. They clearly take pride in their craft. There is a reason 5 Star Shutters & Blinds has...five stars.
