This place is like no other as it reminds me a mini mall but for dentist specialties. I went for a cleaning and x-rays. My appointment was around 7:30am and I was down out in 50 minutes which is not too bad. I wish I knew about the mini-arcade that they have in there, but then again I would be occupied and not want to have my appointment nor head to work. The only downside is they do make you fill out a lot of paperwork and it is on your phone which sometimes it makes it hard to fill out. I wish they have an option to send it through email and fill it on the computer as doing it over the phone can be tricky. Xrays was not too bad, they have this machine that does a 360 xray which was fun, they do the other x-rays which where they stick the film in your mouth and take a snapshot. It is not too bad, but that takes around 20 minutes. Then, they did my teeth cleaning which took around 15 minutes. I spent the other 10 minutes waiting to get my teeth clean and then 5 minutes for the dentist to come in and check out the teeth. Overall, I do not mind coming here for my future visit. Staff was nice and friendly and patient.

Insurance covering 9 and 3 out of pocket. My family of 4 are all patients here and have been for years . It used to be good. Now its a processing center.

I was contacted while at work and told I had missed an appointment, but my actual appointment was the following day. Weeks later, I was informed the day before another appointment that it had been cancelled and I was being referred to a specialist. Months later, I was notified that my treatment could resume, and an appointment was scheduled six days later, but again, the day before the appointment, I was told my referral had expired. Today, I went in for a dental evaluation, and the office refused to allow me to see my dentist. I was told that the office would inform my care team, who referred me to them, that I need a specialist. I stated that I wanted to continue seeing the doctor and that I had already requested my referral be renewed by my Primary Care Team. I was then told they would call them directly. When I asked them to also inform my team that my appointments had been repeatedly cancelled without notifying me, I was told that I was not welcome and not to return. As a result, I am currently without care and must restart the referral process. These repeated last-minute cancellations, conflicting information, and being denied care disrupted my treatment and caused significant delays.

My hygienist, Bev, is simply amazing, and I truly hate that I have to leave her. She is the reason I stayed as long as I did. Over the years, I have seen constant doctor turnover, which leads me to believe this is a training facility. Because of that, I strongly caution patients to be very careful about what procedures they have done here. What should have been a routine procedure was handled poorly. In my opinion, the doctor chose profit over doing what was right, which ultimately cost me more money and led to unnecessary additional work. While they did offer to correct the mistake, by that point I had completely lost trust in the team. To be clear, my main issue is not with the clinical staff, but specifically with Jenny, the office manager. Unfortunately, she lacks professionalism, maturity, leadership, critical‑thinking skills, and basic customer service and patient‑care abilities. It took 7-8 months to get even partial resolution to my issue, and somehow, I became labeled as "the problem." This stemmed from her inability to have difficult conversations or answer direct questions. It is disappointing to see leadership project their own professional shortcomings onto patients, turning the situation into victimization and labeling the customer as problematic instead of addressing the real issue. Do better and find a role that better suits your strengths--this behavior is a poor representation of the company. Overall, for simple maintenance and cleanings, the team does a great job and I would recommend them. However, for anything beyond basic care, I strongly suggest seeking treatment elsewhere. I took my boys in there and was told one of them needed six fillings and one of them needed five. They also told me one of them needed a crown. I took them back to our old pediatric dentist for a second opinion, and it turns out that neither of them needed anything other than a cleaning. I don't know how this place gets away with stealing, lying, and scamming, but they are terrible! And it's been going on for years, it's a common topic of conversation in community forums.

I found this place on Yelp and looked at the website and found their chat feature. I was able to sign up really quickly and then after you sign up, they make you fill out paper work which took around 10 to 15 minutes if I can recall. I did not realize this place was actually near my house like walking distance if I really wanted to and in that plaza where the Golden Chick, Aldi, Pie place off a really busy street. I did a teeth cleaning and x-rays which was covered by my insurance. I was impressed how friendly the staff was, the hygienist, Linda, Wendy the front desk, and the Dr. herself. My appointment started on time at 9am, I got x-rays done and were much different as their were hardly any biting and gagging and Linda was very patient and kind and had a smile behind the mask as you can tell she loved her job. She gave me a couple of great pointers of how to floss and how to brush which was great. The overall process took around 50 minutes which is normal for cleaning and x-rays. They recommended that I get a night guard with lowers retainers removed and get ortho treatment on my upper teeth. The quotes were not too bad as insurance covered some of it. I ended up getting a night guard and lower retainers removed and they ended up doing it right away. The ortho I felt could wait as I did not feel like spending that much for that day, but they did not pressure me into getting it which was nice. Maybe in the future I will consider. It took another hour to removed my retainer and do impressions on my teeth. Impressions are not fun to do, but they did their best to comfort me while I was in pain. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to go to.

I decided to go with the best reviews and the receptionist that made me the most comfortable. While most dentist offices I contacted were either closed on Fridays (?!?!) or didn't have an opening, Mirror Lake Dentistry made it work. They made an appointment for my husband during a time that worked for HIS schedule, and gave plenty of time to work on ALL of his problem areas in one appointment. All costs were addressed up front, and my husband came home with a brand new mouth saying (and I quote) "5 stars. I know who I'm giving my dental record to now." They were kind, quick, didn't give him the run around, THEY HAVE NETFLIX, and my husband is no longer afraid of getting dental work. Thank you, MLD! BEWARE of UNNECESSARY TREATMENTS THEY ARE PUSHING!…read more I came in for my annual cleaning and was left with a diagnosis of having gum disease and a need for a root scaling and planing treatment plan even though they could not point out where tartar was trapped under the gums or where I had visible bone loss. All they could tell me was my gums were receding. I don't experience bleeding, swelling or even bad breath - suddenly, I have gum disease?!? They refused to perform my annual cleaning - the reason why I was even in their office. It was either I submit to the root scaling and planing scam OR nothing. It left a bad taste in my mouth. I could already see this office bleeding me dry for every cent I have, upselling future treatments I don't really need. HECK, NO! I will not be coming back. These scam artists wasted so much of my time already. It makes me so mad thinking about it again. Visit this office at your own risk!
