After coming home I realized what happened I was so upset that an important part of my smile that hold a cultural significance is completely wiped. The doctor insists that this is not an intentional lightening of my gum although they clearly said to me that they've "removed some hyperpigmentation" but also they never mentioned in my consultation that this was a possibility nor was it indicated in the consent form. I consulted with a different periodontist after the fact and after reviewing my consent form, that makes no mention of lighter gum as an outcome of a crown lengthening, they suspect that this may have been done, because to some, a lighter gum is "aesthetically preferred". Gum lightening maybe the "in thing" to do right now but I absolutely didn't consent to it. In fact I hate my results so much that I wish I never altered my original smile. I recommend anyone who wouldn't want alterations to their smile on a whim of a doctor to avoid this place.

This place is like no other as it reminds me a mini mall but for dentist specialties. I went for a cleaning and x-rays. My appointment was around 7:30am and I was down out in 50 minutes which is not too bad. I wish I knew about the mini-arcade that they have in there, but then again I would be occupied and not want to have my appointment nor head to work. The only downside is they do make you fill out a lot of paperwork and it is on your phone which sometimes it makes it hard to fill out. I wish they have an option to send it through email and fill it on the computer as doing it over the phone can be tricky. Xrays was not too bad, they have this machine that does a 360 xray which was fun, they do the other x-rays which where they stick the film in your mouth and take a snapshot. It is not too bad, but that takes around 20 minutes. Then, they did my teeth cleaning which took around 15 minutes. I spent the other 10 minutes waiting to get my teeth clean and then 5 minutes for the dentist to come in and check out the teeth. Overall, I do not mind coming here for my future visit. Staff was nice and friendly and patient.

The atmosphere is 10/10. Cute reception area with comfy chairs, they use an iPad for check in, fancy x-Ray equipment, TVs on the ceiling so that you can watch Netflix while you're getting work done. There's also a huge TV in each little room which is where they show you your X-rays as well as the pictures they take of your teeth (I could do without that part, just because I don't want to see my teeth that big and close to me lol). They play good music on pandora through said TVs, and the music is louder than I've ever heard in a medical office, but it's a vibe! I loveee it because I hate awkward silence. Lastly, the Dentist is super friendly and talkative, she chats with the dental hygienist and I just listen and laugh and add a comment in here or there when my mouth isn't occupied lol. I've been here twice now and will continue to come back!

My Son completed his appt and it went well but a few days later they contacted me stating my insurance was giving problems not covering one X-ray and to contact them. I did so and the insurance advised that a particular X-ray is only to be given annually which had the appt been scheduled 3 days later would have met the annual limit. The insurance advised that the dentist can not charge me the fee and this is their fault they didn't get clarity on the timeframes and they would have to eat the cost, advising me not to pay it. the dental office contacted me several times about payment and I advised them what I was told so instead of eating the cost they chose to no longer take me and my 4 children as patients. The fee was no were near the price of losing 4 customers.

This dental office engaged in what I believe to be improper and potentially fraudulent billing…read morepractices. I was overcharged for services, including duplicate charges and services that were also billed multiple times to my insurance provider. After contacting my insurance company directly, they provided a detailed explanation of benefits confirming that my total out-of-pocket responsibility was $722. Despite this, the dental office charged my card $1,419.60 -- nearly double the verified amount owed. Additionally, I scheduled my care with a specific dentist, but for my second visit I was seen by an associate due to the original provider's unavailability. Although this change was not initiated by me, I was assessed a $75 "new doctor" fee. Charging a patient under these circumstances is misleading and raises serious concerns about billing integrity. When I attempted to resolve these discrepancies, I encountered repeated resistance. I was forced to make numerous attempts to obtain a refund, and while a partial refund was eventually issued, the office still owes me over $100 based on the insurance-approved amounts. Rather than addressing the matter in good faith, staff refused to engage in meaningful resolution and instead directed me to "take it up with my insurance," despite the discrepancies originating from their billing. The situation escalated further when the office contacted law enforcement and accused me of harassment simply for persistently requesting to speak with a manager regarding a legitimate financial dispute. Following this, they ceased communication entirely and appear to have blocked my phone number, effectively preventing any further attempt to resolve the issue -- including contact with corporate oversight. Throughout this process, staff provided inconsistent and demonstrably inaccurate information, much of which directly conflicted with documentation from my insurance provider. These actions raise serious concerns regarding compliance with standard billing practices and transparency obligations. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against doing business with this office. Patients should be aware of the risk of being overcharged, improperly billed, and denied appropriate resolution when discrepancies arise.

I finally asked for the office manager to call me back, and she did an hour later; she said once I had the consultation they would do a predetermination of cost. As a potential client why would I involve myself further in the process if you aren't able to confirm with insurance on coverage? Also, why are you as office managers and staff employed if you aren't able to facilitate new business? I called you, you literally paid nothing for this lead and I'm insured. This dentist is probably amazing but the staff in the office needs to be better.
