This place is like no other as it reminds me a mini mall but for dentist specialties. I went for a cleaning and x-rays. My appointment was around 7:30am and I was down out in 50 minutes which is not too bad. I wish I knew about the mini-arcade that they have in there, but then again I would be occupied and not want to have my appointment nor head to work. The only downside is they do make you fill out a lot of paperwork and it is on your phone which sometimes it makes it hard to fill out. I wish they have an option to send it through email and fill it on the computer as doing it over the phone can be tricky. Xrays was not too bad, they have this machine that does a 360 xray which was fun, they do the other x-rays which where they stick the film in your mouth and take a snapshot. It is not too bad, but that takes around 20 minutes. Then, they did my teeth cleaning which took around 15 minutes. I spent the other 10 minutes waiting to get my teeth clean and then 5 minutes for the dentist to come in and check out the teeth. Overall, I do not mind coming here for my future visit. Staff was nice and friendly and patient.

Just so that the oral sugery can tell me that my underbite was mild and that braces mid-line correction treatments would help. By the way they estimated my 18month treatment for $12,000. Insurance covering 9 and 3 out of pocket. My family of 4 are all patients here and have been for years . It used to be good. Now its a processing center.

I had an issue with it and returned it to them and they obviously fixed it but overall, I'm just wanna update my perspective about the facility. It's great on end of delivery of the services but I still think they are Customer Service lacks just a bit but overall, I'd say that I'm very happy with my experience and I'm it only was there to receive some work that another office was unable to provide, but my experience is great and I'm had a cleaning also while I was there they did a great job with that so smiles workshop is really a great facility to visit. My last visit before this delivery of this partial was very very displeasing but with the delivery of the partial I think all of that has been rectified so to say thank you Mail.

My hygienist, Bev, is simply amazing, and I truly hate that I have to leave her. She is the reason I stayed as long as I did. Over the years, I have seen constant doctor turnover, which leads me to believe this is a training facility. Because of that, I strongly caution patients to be very careful about what procedures they have done here. What should have been a routine procedure was handled poorly. In my opinion, the doctor chose profit over doing what was right, which ultimately cost me more money and led to unnecessary additional work. While they did offer to correct the mistake, by that point I had completely lost trust in the team. To be clear, my main issue is not with the clinical staff, but specifically with Jenny, the office manager. Unfortunately, she lacks professionalism, maturity, leadership, critical‑thinking skills, and basic customer service and patient‑care abilities. It took 7-8 months to get even partial resolution to my issue, and somehow, I became labeled as "the problem." This stemmed from her inability to have difficult conversations or answer direct questions. It is disappointing to see leadership project their own professional shortcomings onto patients, turning the situation into victimization and labeling the customer as problematic instead of addressing the real issue. Do better and find a role that better suits your strengths--this behavior is a poor representation of the company. Overall, for simple maintenance and cleanings, the team does a great job and I would recommend them. However, for anything beyond basic care, I strongly suggest seeking treatment elsewhere. I have documentation that shows Invisalign as the procedure. I was called in December of 2025 saying they were running a special on Invisalign and if I was to pay in full for the service before the end of year the doctor (Melina Morrison) was going to knock off ~$500.00. The appointment was in December 2025 and it is now April 2026 and STILL NO ALIGNERS. I kept getting the run around when I called to inquire about my retainers and cancel since I have NEVER received any product. They refused to call me back or refund my money. I also discovered that Invisalign is in fact not the product they use but is listed all over their website. This is a continuous battle and in my personal opinion the office needs to be shut down for fraud based on my own experience and that of other reviewers that have posted.

I was able to sign up really quickly and then after you sign up, they make you fill out paper work which took around 10 to 15 minutes if I can recall. I did not realize this place was actually near my house like walking distance if I really wanted to and in that plaza where the Golden Chick, Aldi, Pie place off a really busy street. I did a teeth cleaning and x-rays which was covered by my insurance. I was impressed how friendly the staff was, the hygienist, Linda, Wendy the front desk, and the Dr. herself. My appointment started on time at 9am, I got x-rays done and were much different as their were hardly any biting and gagging and Linda was very patient and kind and had a smile behind the mask as you can tell she loved her job. She gave me a couple of great pointers of how to floss and how to brush which was great. The overall process took around 50 minutes which is normal for cleaning and x-rays. They recommended that I get a night guard with lowers retainers removed and get ortho treatment on my upper teeth. The quotes were not too bad as insurance covered some of it. I ended up getting a night guard and lower retainers removed and they ended up doing it right away. The ortho I felt could wait as I did not feel like spending that much for that day, but they did not pressure me into getting it which was nice. Maybe in the future I will consider. It took another hour to removed my retainer and do impressions on my teeth. Impressions are not fun to do, but they did their best to comfort me while I was in pain. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to go to.

While most dentist offices I contacted were either closed on Fridays (?!?!) or didn't have an opening, Mirror Lake Dentistry made it work. They made an appointment for my husband during a time that worked for HIS schedule, and gave plenty of time to work on ALL of his problem areas in one appointment. All costs were addressed up front, and my husband came home with a brand new mouth saying (and I quote) "5 stars. I know who I'm giving my dental record to now." Every time I would feel *everything* while he drilled into my teeth. I would cry and ask him to stop, and he would get irritated. He never gave injections properly. I potentially have nerve damage, as the entire right side of my face droops and I no longer smile straight. I went to a new dentist, and today they drilled into fillings that were previously done by Taylor. There was decay that was left there underneath the filling. Taylor did not remove the cavity completely. I now have to get a root canal on one tooth and three crowns. I had to go to Taylor several times for these same teeth, each time I still went home in pain. He never solved the problem by getting rid of the decay. I am only 22 and have to get a root canal because of this. He is evil for doing this to me. Avoid going here at all costs. There are several other dentists nearby that will work with you with costs and make sure you are comfortable the entire time. I didn't feel a thing with this new dentist.
