I give them 4 stars instead of 5 because the wait was long--we waited 20 minutes after out appointment time--and then again we waited at the end for the dentist. Overall, we were there an hour although the actual cleaning took about 10 minutes and the dentist check out another 10 minutes. Other than the wait, the people are great and the little one likes going there. it is very kid friendly and makes them feel comfortable.

The staff here are obviously experts at working with young children. Our exam room, not just the waiting room, had lots of toys for him to play with while we waited (see photo) and he got to sit in my lap during the exam which helped him feel more comfortable. The staff was so calm and patient with him and they were so kid-friendly. I was shocked, but he let them clean and check his teeth! After his exam, Dr. Marr even sat and talked with me for at least 20-30 minutes. She answered all my questions, gave great advice, and was really supportive. No pre op for surgery My 3 year old was intubated in his office (every dentist I consulted with told me this was not normal) Not conservative when recommending treatment Poor follow up after dental procedures No on call physicians for dental emergency too busy taking vacations My son had zero dental pain and now he's in the worst still 2 months after procedure Crown fell off a day after procedure Dental abcesses 2 months after procedure when again my son had no issues before besides demineralization we believed him when trying to be "preventative" and everything we were trying to avoid from happening actually happened WITH the treatment. He was is the most pain for weeks!!!!! My sons 2 front teeth are infected after his treatment. Please google him prior to having any treatment. I am writing this review based on my own experience. Luckily his current dentist is THE best and said these dentists need to be more conservative. She felt so bad for us she didn't even charge us bc she felt so sorry for him. She said his teeth had a little trauma from a fall when he was little and that they were going to fall out sooner rather than later and he should NOT have done what he did to my son.
