The worst do not go to this person, disgusting and unprofessional behavior!!!!! I took my daughter to him for a 12 o'clock appointment, she sat until about 12:30 to be seen-not that bad, right? Wrong, it went downhill from there. He touts that he is with you providing each service from beginning to end, wash to straighten, but he passed her off to be washed by someone else. After being washed and conditioned, he then proceeded to let my daughter sit with soaking wet hair for over 2 hours, even though he told me he'd be done in an hour to an hour and a half. He even totally disappeared for 20 plus minutes while my daughter continued to wait with wet hair. She is a child, so by 3 o'clock she was tired and hungry and he still hadn't even TOUCHED HER HAIR 3 HOURS LATER! I then wait for him to show back up once I went back in to sit with her and saw the awful service she'd been getting, he finally comes back and I tell him that its been 3 hours and he shrugs his shoulders and says, "Well I have other clients". I said, "But thats why I made an appointment with you" He then responds, "Well I was just squeezing you in!" I had made this appointment over a month in advance and we told him if he couldn't accommodate it let us know and we'd go elsewhere! I told him, "You cannot have a child sitting for over 2 hours with soaking wet hair." He shrugs his shoulders again and says, "well like I said, I have other clients and was just squeezing you in". I then told him, "Well, obviously you didn't squeeze me in and maybe you shouldn't make appointments that you cant accommodate because I could have just simply taken her elsewhere." He then tells me in front of my child that he'd made wait for hours, "Well you can leave." At no point did he apologize or try to make it right, he simply had this horrible entitled attitude as if he was doing me and my child a favor, when that was obviously not the case. My daughter left with soaking wet hair and a plastic cap on right before her graduation. He knew she had an important day, we'd also made that clear to him. His head has been inflated by the other FOUR good reviews it seems, my sister recommended him and she's disappointed by his inconsistency and to see that he doesn't care for new clients and referrals. I wasted over 3 hours of my life and my daughter is legitimately sad and now we're frantically trying to get her hair done. Avoid this person, he has no sense of good customer service, there are so many wonderful options in the city for quality hair care in the great personable and capable hands of other true professionals. read more
