I was more than impressed with the customer service and repair done on my items at Elliot's. My own personal experience is worth a 10 star review. My in-laws gave me a 50 year old ring, very beautiful and big. Elliot's not only resized it but they took incredible care of this delicate and sentimental piece and have done an astonishing job giving it a second life. The second item I had asked to be worked on is an earring that they were able to turn into a pendant. Thank you to everyone at Elliot's! I can't wait to recommend this business and come back for a Mobile momento. Anna Williams

Not a big deal except my finger started swelling so bad my ring was cutting off the circulation and needed to come off immediately. I was adamant that she should be payed for the service she provided but she refused. Goldstein's set the diamond, in my opinion, better than the original designer. Also, the ring & band are both white gold & even upon receiving the rings new, they always had a slight yellow tent. Goldstein's magically cleaned the engagement ring & if sparkles like never before. As you can see in the photo, I'll be dropping by Goldstein's as soon as I can to have them clean my band so it matches the engagement ring. I'm excited to talk to one of their designers. I'm definitely a new, happy customer.
