This place is a sham. You go in there and need help. They then pull out a book that doesn't actually reflect fair market value. Then they offer you a fraction of what they would buy it for on a pawn. The guy didn't even look at hardly any of my collection. I have several Morgan's, Peace Dollars, 2 vdb, and 15 Washington Quarter Proofs silver including the 53 DDO FS-101. Plus 8 Walking Liberty Half Dollars. Not to mention most of my collection was top population. A pawn shop not to long ago gave me 5k for less than what I brought What Loop does is offer you nothing for your coins and he had lower graded coins in his case selling them for ridiculous prices. They look to rip you off. I asked for 3k. I need a transmission and make 65k a year. If you go there look for the know it all people to screw you over. read more

I have two dollar coins, the smaller ones, that I have had since they were issued. Have always wondered the value of said coins. Social media has lead me to belive that perhaps the gold one has some value greater than face. Some 30 years ago I did some business with Loop Coin and Jewelry in buying and selling baseball cards. I always found them fair. Off to LC&J I go. I found them to be very professonial and knowledgeable. Willing to take time to answer question and show pictures of coins of value. I heard advertisement for them and thought I could visit and take some jewelry to be cleaned in the same trip. I called to confirm they could do it. They were not friendly on the phone. They must have more customers than they need. Also, they charge $25 to clean jewelry. Don't think it's worth the trip. read more

I went to sell my marquise style wedding ring. The guy asked what I wanted to do, sell or pawn. I wanted to pawn. How much he asked, I replied 2000. He told me, " I have not sold this style in years. So, he would not do business with me. Totally disappointed. read more
