When he drove thru the parking lot I thought he was going to open the doors but that was not the case. He didn't even look at me but went out where the lawn mowers were in the front and met someone else. I walked over and asked him if he was going to let me in and he said he was too busy and I could come back tomorrow. This was at 2:30 in the afternoon. It was supposed to be open. So today I stopped in there looking for several things to buy. I played a few guitars and was looking for a pa and a tablet. A guy came in with an autographed guitar and was standing right there. I asked the guy what kind of guitar it was and the owner told me to move away and I couldn't speak to his customer. I said "OK" and walked away. He kept yelling at me and I told him I just wondered what kind it was. It was autographed by several people from Nashville. I have been a writer, mastering engineer and publisher in Nashville for 30 years. l tried to walk away and look at the tablets but he kept yelling at me. Then he came from around the counter and kept yelling. I told him I didn't want to buy it....just wondered what kind it was. He told me to leave.....he didn't need my business or my kind in there. Well what kind does he need in there. I am a nice person. I told him he was being rude and he said "yes I am...I am an asshole" and I said " I'm not going to disagree with you on that". It is people like him that make the world a bad place. I am a 60 year old woman and very polite. When he said I could not talk to him customer I walked away. I was there to spend money... It seems to me he doesn't need any customers. I will everybody he is an s.o.b. and I don't cuss. He made me cry and very upset.

I contacted Parke Place Jewelry three times by email and also sent multiple text messages to the number listed on her own website at the time. Here are the facts: * July 19, 2024 - First email sent requesting a detailed receipt for the estate jewelry I sold on July 16. * July 21, 2024 - Second follow-up email with same request. * July 23, 2024 - Third email again asking for the receipt. * Multiple text messages were sent to the number listed on her website: 251-943-7225 (NOT the new number she conveniently listed in her reply). In her public response, Paula claimed: "We did not receive a phone call or text..." She also provided a different phone number (251-223-9953) in her reply than the one advertised when I did business with her. That alone shows dishonesty. Let me be clear--I have documentation of every email I sent and screenshots proving the dates and details. Her claim that she never saw my emails or that I didn't reach out is simply untrue and meant to cover her tracks. This was never just about money--I asked repeatedly for a basic receipt for tax and estate records. Paula refused to respond until I left a public review, then turned around and called me the liar.
