When we walked in, it was liked we just entered another realm. We were greeted by Megan Barnes who was a breath of fresh air. My wife wanted a gold chain so she could wear a diamond pendant of my mother's engagement ring diamond. Megan did exactly what I wanted any jewelry store to do, put my wife on a pedestal and treat her like gold. She helped find a chain, cleaned the diamond pendant. Checked my wife's wedding ring for loose diamonds and cleaned it. We are looking forward to coming back and have her check her marquis Emerald ring also. I was thinking it's been 30 years since I have been in a jewelry store where the customer felt special. Then the frames on the wall said it all.
