I am not overly familiar with jewelry, but they quickly took me to show me examples, recommended four prongs (instead of six - to show off the stone), had my ticket written up and price estimate all done in less than 10 minutes. To me, this was a perfect experience. I knew what I wanted, just needed a little bit of guidance, and didn't want any sales pitches for a more expensive band. My ring was ready within 2 weeks and it couldn't be more perfect. We also thought the price to remove the stone and reset it, including the price of the setting was VERY reasonable. Now that we've upgraded my engagement ring, I'll need a new wedding band. We'll definitely be getting it at Zundel's.
