The appliance company left us with an actively leaking water line and a broken discharge line into our sink. I called Rodenhiser the next morning at 7:30 and was greeted by a great lady. Rodenhiser had someone at our house within 3 hrs. They explained the issues and cost, we agreed, and they fixed everything. All set by 1:00 in the afternoon. I thought Rod was a credible outfit (years ago, they serviced a disposal install w.o too much $$$, perhaps b/c they were the poor souls who were subcontracted by Lowes where we bought it). I yak-ed before Yelping, vm/email about how absurd their knee jerk techniques were to get insane money..yes, plumbers can get more than doctors...but add up what this plumbing gravy train probably gets by feeling up their youngish field crew..its only a matter of time before screwball operations like this start serving mcdonalds and opening churches...conglomeration is the greed that pastes home service corruption, and its heading your way...BEWARE/avoid!
