Nope, Kevin jumped on it immediately and tried to reach me by phone. By the time I realized it, it was later, so we didn't speak that night. The next morning we set up a visit for two days later. Krystiano arrived right when Kevin said he would. We walked through the project quickly, had a great discussion along the way, and when we both finished addressing any needs and questions, Krystiano departed. Not too long after, Kevin sent me a quote. Bright Bees' quote was reasonable, and I had numerous other quotes, and some were crazy. Bright Bee provided a fair price for the work, so I awarded them the job. On the day of the job, Kyrstiano and his helper arrived on time, both very pleasant, and they got right to work. They both worked very quickly, and these guys just don't stop until the job is done. They had to run some pipe in this job; it involved a new circuit and installing some equipment. Aside from their great work ethic, the quality of their work was great. If they had any concerns about anything, they made me aware right away, then and there, and they really wanted to give me the job I wanted and expected, and that came through throughout the engagement. They finished up earlier than I expected, cleaned up the area, and then took a final walk-through of all their work and directly asked me what I thought, and I said great job. I also told them along the way I appreciated their efforts and would call them back for any future work.
