Ordered from here several times, each time the order was massively delayed/wrong items shipped/items shipped broken. No one seems to have a fix for any of the problems, takes them days to "fix". On the Ferguson website (build.com), I was fortunate to find a combination brass and chrome faucet to replace a very old brass one that had become quite discolored. The widespread three piece bathroom faucet is very attractive and complements the other brass fixtures in our bathroom. the price was very reasonable and the shipping was free. I did not actually order online as I had questions so I contacted the company. The sales person was very helpful in responding to my concerns. However, after checking, she told me that the drain was chrome, but did not indicate that the surrounding ring around the drain was brass. The new faucet definitely looks fantastic, but I still must be careful as to how I clean as I fear that the brass will discolor easily. Using just soap and water is best. He worked hard to get me the correct refund on the same day it was posted, and then did research to get me a 5% discount on my next order from Build.com. I will definitely use these guys again! Customer service is awful. They don't return calls. Emails go unanswered for several days. Voicemail boxes are full. Terribly run company.

I would give zero stars if I could. Called for hot water maker replacement which was under warranty. They never called me back. Called again 2 days later and had no record of me calling in the first place. Took all my info AGAIN and then told me that I would have to pay for the heater up front and then after the warranty came through I would get credited. I told them no thanks. Went with another company who said what Ferguson told me was a load of B.S. and would handle getting the warranty reimbursement because that is how it's supposed to be done. Poor customer service and shoddy business practices. read more

Overpriced and customer unfriendly. I had to call their corporate office in order to get things straightened out. For special orders they take restocking fee of 25%. Their sales people make mistakes. In my case the sales person did not order all the parts required and when my contractor told me that I need to buy more things, I was faced with spending more money then I planned or paying 25% restocking fee on the parts that have already been ordered for me. If you work with a budget and need to plan your expenses this will throw you way off! Plus I had to become very familiar with all the internals of my master bathroom and make sure I know all about valves and jets and controllers - I could avoid all of this if the sales people were more knowledgeable. Make sure that you know about the options the product you are ordering comes with, because sales person won't bother explaining these options to you - they'll just order the first thing they see on their screen. Once you insist on some option, make sure that's the configuration that is being ordered for you - check your final printed order before you sign it and make sure you are getting the options you THINK you are getting. I used this store to buy the plumbing parts for my bathroom. My recommendation is to avoid this store all together. You can special order all the things they carry through other distributors. read more

I would not recommend this place to anyone . Had a very similar experience to someone who wrote a review already. You walk around the showroom and no one seems to want to help you . Not to mention they have someone at a front desk where you have to check in ???Come on people your not on rodeo drive. Your customer service sucks. Working with Ferguson to try to navigate through the world of bath and kitchen fixtures for a house that is being redone from top to bottom isn't trivial. I was lucky to be introduced to Mike W. and Michelle F. through Kerri at Best Nest Interiors. They've been especially helpful in translating a world I don't know much about. Only downside is that I had a tub order that I had to chase for a couple of weeks. Other than that, everything has arrived on time every time! I read some of the reviews on here before posting mine and it seems I had a similar experience to those in the past (shocking that after 4 years their customer service would not improve). My contractor highly recommended Ferguson so after multiple trips to Home Depot and Lowe's, I headed there today. When I walked in, nobody greeted me. In my book, that's customer service 101. I did two laps around the show room. There were several other customers browsing around but yet not a single sales person seem to be helping. After setting my eyes on the showerhead I came in for, I walked over to a girl who was on the computer and asked if I could ask a few questions. She couldn't be bothered, quite honestly. I told her I was interested in black fixtures and showed her the one I had my eyes set on. She snapped "Well when do you need it by?" After proceeding to tell me that most items would be on back order she mentioned that Moen might be in stock. When I pointed out another fixture that was Moen that I liked, she very quickly said she didn't know if it was in stock. Wouldn't that be the point in the conversation where she could have looked it up for me? Not sure if it was the fact that I had just worked out and was in workout clothes but she made me feel like a second-class citizen, like I wasn't good enough to be in there. I should have told her off right then and there but I chose to just walk out. I will never be going back and I would never recommend that store to anyone. I marched back to Lowe's and ordered some custom fixtures and glass doors from an incredibly helpful sales person who now I hope to see on a regular basis because that's where I'll choose to shop! read more

My wife and I are having a house built and the builder sent us to Ferguson our sales rep was Mike. The service and selections were excellent but what really impressed us was the follow up. If you ever did a large bath or kitchen project or have a house built you'd know that it can be very overwhelming so when we received a follow up email with the finial price next a a colored picture of the actual fixture we ordered we were very happy being able to recap your selections helps, a lot in fact we ended up making a few changes. The prices are comparable to other plumbing supply companies. Highly recommend. read more

Terrible experience. Made an appointment 10 days in advance with Kathy. Arrived 15 minutes early and was told she was with someone. Walked around and checked in again. Was told she was doubled booked, had realized it this morning and never called to reschedule. I had been putting off making a decision on new fixtures in my 20yr old house for years. I would look through catalogs, surf endlessly online and finally decided to go back to Ferguson where I bought my original fixtures when I built my house. Luckily I was introduced to Doris who make this seemingly overwhelming process quite easy, had tons of patience with me, made great suggestions and helped me narrow the choices down and within a short amount of time, we placed the order and the new fixtures are installed and have totally changed the look of my house for the better! They have a decent selection with some nice fixtures. I just went to their showroom looking for Savoy House Lighting fixtures, one of which I saw that they did have in stock. I made multiple laps around the showroom, not one of the many sales reps sitting alone at their desks offered to assist me. It's a Thursday afternoon shortly before 1PM and there did not appear to be any other customers in there (aka they were not even remotely busy). Two of the sales girls were sitting at a desk chitchatting about their personal lives and another male was at his desk (again not with a customer). After about 10 minutes of walking around and listening to the pros of why the sales women "loves her apartment and does not want to buy real estate," I left and went to another local store with more inventory, great prices and significantly better customer service (Milford Light & Leisure). I cannot comment on their pricing as I was never offered service nor quotes. read more
