    Customer service is awful. They don't return calls. Emails go unanswered for several days. Voicemail boxes are full. Terribly run company.

Friendly staff 2. Decent selection 3. Good deals on sale items Cons: 1. Frequently out of broiled chickens. A reason we go is to get something quick for dinner. Too often, they are 30+ minutes from being ready, and even when the timer goes off, it takes them 10-15 minutes to package them for sale. We leave knowing we need to fix something else tor dinner. - People surround the area in in an unorganized queue spending 10 minutes jockeying for position. Rude people usually make it to the front. - The people processing chickens also man the deli counter, so they are often too busy to work with the broiled chickens. GET THEM HELP!! 2. Gas may not be as cheap as you think. Their advertised prices (maybe at all BJ's??) include the 5 per cent discount by using the BJ's credit card. I get a better deal elsewhere using my Costco Visa card, getting 4% back on gas (5% at Costco.) At $4.50 a gallon, that's 18 cents a gallon I save with the Costco card, making local stations near I-495 MUCH more affordable. The same $4.50 price at Speedway or Gulf is $4.32 with my Costco card. Also, all my other Visa and Discover cards often have 5% quarterly rewards for "gas stations" which usually includes items bought at their attached convenience stores, such as Cumberland Farms, Speedway, Seasons/Nouria, Sheetz, and the awesome Wawa in NJ/PA. 3. Produce, especially bananas & berries, is not as fresh and spoils quicker than produce from major supermarkets. It seems to take a while for buyers from other companies to pass on the merchandise before it winds up at stores like BJ's and Costco. 4. Better deals can be found at supermarkets if you shop for what's on sale, without having to buy in bulk.

The Michelob Ultra bottles were previously on the bottom shelf, readily accessible, and the cans on the bottom shelf. They have since reversed these items. Given the weight of the bottles and location height, It is more than difficult to retrieve the bottles from the top shelf. My request(s) have gone unaddressed. Kindly ask that they put the bottles on the bottom, and the cans on the top. It is a nuisance to ask for help retrieving a case of Ultra every time I purchase.

    I initially chose Appliance Expert LLC based on their solid 5 Star reviews on multiple sites. This…read moreturned out to be a major mistake. Chris came out to my house on March 6th to repair what appeared to be a clogged drain on my refrigerator, which was causing water to leak out onto the kitchen floor. When he and his assistant arrived, it quickly became apparent that I understood how to access the drain better than them thanks to a video a woman had posted online, showing a similar issue with a refrigerator much like mine. After some work, they felt the problem was most likely fixed and charged me just the standard diagnostic fee. He told me that if it leaked again to call him, and he would look into replacing the drain pan. During this visit, he for some reason thought I had told him that I had found this refrigerator on the side of the road. I made it very clear that this was both absurd and incorrect. This refrigerator was purchased new from Lowe's, who delivered and installed it. Ten days after his service call, there was water on the kitchen floor again. I called and left a message as well as sending a text. After not receiving a response, I continued to call and text for over a month. I then discovered a large amount of water had leaked into my basement and damaged items stored there. I contacted him again with this new information. When this still didn't elicit a response, I contacted another appliance repair company. This new company came out and found that the issue had never been the drain but rather a leaking feed line for the water dispenser and ice maker. They were able to quickly fix this and put an end to further water damage. I left one more message for Chris informing him of the result and advising that he respond ASAP or I would leave this review and consider legal action. THIS time he texted back almost immediately with the message; "Company closed and I moved to Florida bud. Glad you got it sorted out. Have a nice day". After receiving this message, a call was made from a number unknown to him regarding a quote for work and was responded to right away. Obviously he is neither out of business nor living in Florida. This proved that he not only has zero concern about responding to paying customers with ongoing issues, but also has no qualms about lying to avoid taking responsibility. Don't be fooled by all of this company's 5 Star reviews. There are far better options out there.

    We have been a Franklin KinderCare family for a month now and we could not be happier. With three…read morekids 4 and under requiring daycare, our needs are vast and diverse - and crazy expensive. But KinderCare has proved worth it. KinderCare was the sixth place I toured when trying to find a place that could take all three kids, but most importantly a single place that I felt could care for my infant as well as two toddlers. Walking around with Sarah, the center director, I was struck by how she knew every kid in every room, and they knew her. There's a tremendous warmth to this place and that starts with Sarah and her amazing staff who all enjoy children. KinderCare does not have the technology that most places have that show to-the-minute updates on when your kid eats, sleeps, etc. My personal opinion is that those features are really just a crutch for daycares that perhaps place more value on "checking in" on the app than connecting with my kids. At KinderCare, I know that my kids are *seen.* They're not boxes on an app that need to be checked. We call daily to see how our kids are doing, and always appreciate how patient and accommodating Sarah and the team are in sharing those updates. The wonderful teachers hug our children, they support them, help them through hard days, and celebrate their accomplishments. The biggest endorsement for this place came from my 4 y/o. Maybe week three of their being in daycare, I go to pick up the kids. Upon seeing me, my daughter says, "Mom, why are you here?!" I figured she may want to go home after nine hours, but not so when she's enjoying her friends and teachers. Such a good feeling! We couldn't be happier with our decision to become a KinderCare family at this really, really special facility!
