The owner (Tom) came to our home to measure the panels at which time he asked me if he could take one of our panels (off a header above our pantry) in order to match the final finish which we agreed too and he took the panel back to his shop. Once we received their proposal they revealed they would fabricate the refrigerator panels but would not provide installation services which they did not reveal initially and created a substantial problem for us. We searched for labor to perform the panel installation without success so we decided to delete the refrigerator panels from the order and advised their office we were ready to have the work performed when they could schedule it. It was at that time we received an email from their office staff informing us that they were too busy and our job was too small and would subsequently be cancelling our job. We did not argue that point but since Tom had taken one of our kitchen cabinet panels as a reference sample and as their shop is almost an hour drive from our home I requested the panel be returned to us either when they were in the neighborhood or via FedEx or US mail. They refused to return our panel! They said we could "feel free" drive out to their shop and pick up our property even though their (owner) took it from our home and made the decision to cancel the job! This is how they treat customers! Outrageously attitude!!!

My family had the tools but NOT the know-how to build up-to-code stairs for the public. We called upon our 2015 porch 'hero' company, Progress Contracting Corp., owned by Tim & Nicole Fiorillo to ask if they could somehow give my husband and son the ins and outs to do goabout building the stairs. While this company may build high-end homes, Tim knows the value of mentoring others to build well-structured safe things that stand the test of time--Progress Contracting listens and they make their clients happy. West Roxbury's Stratford Street Church was over-the-moon grateful to get Progress Contracting Corp's gift of time and assistance with the measuring, mitering, sawing, mentoring, etc. that allowed my husband, Peter Low, and our son, Aidan, to construct them a set of amazing 'rolling/locking' stairs for the Church. Years ago, Progress Contracting Corp. saved my family from a $50K porch disaster and they became extended family to us. With their help this much-needed project cost my family $150-ish but it was a priceless gift to the Stratford Street Church near us. Good contractors are out there so make some progress on your home improvements--call Progress Contracting the first time. They're based in Franklin but they're often building in Westwood and West Roxbury. You won't be sorry; they're just good people building great things.

I gave Paul a picture of what I wanted the bathroom to look like and he delivered. Paul was easy to work with (professional, efficient, responsive, friendly and accommodating) and scheduled things around the Plumber and when the tub was to come in to get the job completed. When things came up along the way Paul never seemed to get frustrated, and found solutions to the issues. I work from home and was always checking in on the progress of the remodel, but Paul indulged me every time. Thank you Paul, I love my new bathroom! Paul also painted my dining room walls, trim and installed a new overhead light. He worked very efficiently and completed the job in a day. It came out beyond my expectations. I will have Paul back to do more work in my house, hopefully the kitchen next.

He had to replace our bathroom shower floor and there was absolutely no mess. Got us done in less than a week. The best part was his final cost was only about $50 higher than quoted as there were a few other supplies needed. Just for the record, he actually had his assistant Junior here two days on his own due to a charity Paul donates his time to. I highly recommend Paul and Junior for any project large or small
